Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Customer changed filter recently. Drain backed up recommended clearing and treating.

Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines had build up , cleared it. Recommended drain pan strip. Filter is clean. Uv bulb is out , recommended bulb replacement or uv upgrade. Heating components and safetys are good. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. Opened up louvers of return grills because it was making noise. Customer is not happy with how much her electrical bills are coming out to be with this new system. Will talk with supervisor to see what we can do about it. Left system in working condition.

Tech arrived for a 2016 2 system Armstrong Air system tune-ups. Upon inspection 3 of the 4 capacitors were out of tolerance. The contactors were in working condition. The condenser coils were dirty and were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. The filters were relatively clean. The drain systems were clear and bleach was poured. There were no drain safeties on the systems. The Deltas were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer will budget for repairs in the future and will consider becoming a member at that time. The systems were functioning upon departure.

Upon arrival found system satisfied at thermostat. Turned on heat to test furnace. Found clean combustion at the furnace. All safeties were working properly, igniter and flame sensor look good and do not require maintenance at this time. Blower motor was working properly and blower capacitor was within manufacturer specs. Blower wheel was very dirty and duck work was very dirty as well. I recommended to the customer about getting a duck cleaning since they haven't had one before covid and customer agreed to have a level two duct cleaning done. I explained to the customer that this would help with system health and air quality. Treated customers drain line with bleach provided by the customer. Air filter was changed recently and customer will wait till after a duct cleaning before changing the filter again. Found no other issues with the system.
