I conducted a thorough evaluation of the system. The indoor unit was operational, but the outdoor unit was not. Upon inspection, I identified a high pressure lockout code on the outdoor unit. Further investigation revealed that the capacitor and hard start were faulty, which I replaced under the power line. The unit was then cleaned to ensure optimal performance. I also discussed the benefits of our Comfort Club membership. After these interventions, the system started cooling effectively without any further issues. Thank you for choosing our services.
I performed a comprehensive Super Tune-Up on the heat pump system. Starting with the indoor unit, I poured about 2 gallons of water through the primary drain line and condensate pump to ensure proper drainage and operation. I then checked system performance, confirming a 15°F temperature split. All indoor electrical and control components were inspected and verified to be functioning correctly. I also checked for biological growth, finding no significant issues, likely due to the installed UV light system. Moving to the outdoor unit, I checked refrigerant pressures and cleaned the condenser coil to ensure unrestricted airflow and optimal heat transfer. During testing, I found the run capacitor to be out of manufacturer tolerance and replaced it under warranty. I discussed the benefits of installing a soft start/compressor saver kit with the customer, who expressed interest and will discuss it with their spouse. The system is now operating properly, cooling as designed, and all function

Upon arrival, I assessed the cooling unit, which had stopped cooling the previous night. The homeowner had already attempted to reset the unit, which subsequently resumed cooling and maintained the set temperature. I checked the system's refrigerant levels, electrical components, and coils, ensuring everything was functioning correctly. The system was operating at the target super heat level, indicating optimal performance. Although no immediate repairs were necessary, I recommended installing a start kit on the condenser to enhance efficiency. The homeowner was advised to replace the filter. Overall, the system is in good working condition.
During the evaluation of the Man Cave Unit, I identified a refrigerant leak that was preventing the system from maintaining efficiency. Additionally, the air filter required replacement, and both the blower cap and compressor cap were out of tolerance. I have arranged for a Comfort Advisor to meet with the homeowner to discuss potential replacement options. The system's performance will be significantly improved once these issues are addressed.
Upon inspection, we identified a clogged drain line that was impeding the system's functionality. After a thorough evaluation, we successfully cleared the obstruction from the drain line. Post-clearance, we tested the system to ensure it operated without any leaks, confirming the issue was resolved. However, we noted that the drain port is damaged, which may lead to future clogs. To prevent recurrence, we recommend replacing the drain port. Additionally, installing a drain pan is advisable to provide an extra layer of protection against potential leaks. Thank you for choosing our services; we appreciate your trust in us.
Upon arrival, I identified that a dog had chewed through the thermostat wire, disrupting the system's functionality. To address this, I carefully inspected the damage and located the affected wire. I then secured the wire to the line set using zip ties, ensuring it was safely out of the dog's reach. This temporary fix restored the thermostat's operation until a permanent solution could be implemented. The customer appreciated the quick resolution and promptly settled the service fee. The job was completed efficiently, ensuring the home's comfort was restored.
Today, I conducted a comprehensive Super Tune-Up on a furnace system. I began with the indoor equipment, ensuring proper drainage by pouring 2 gallons of water down the primary drain line. I checked the temperature split across both plenums, confirming a minimum 15°F differential. All electrical components were inspected and verified within manufacturer tolerances. I also discussed indoor air quality options and recommended a biological growth prevention device. The outdoor condensing unit was cleaned, and refrigerant pressures were verified within normal tolerances. The system operated effectively.
I conducted a thorough diagnostic on the customer's system, identifying a faulty transformer as the primary issue. After replacing the transformer, I ran a 24 V wire to the condenser and replaced the compressor saber outside. These actions successfully restored the system's functionality. The homeowner opted not to replace the entire system and declined a comfort advisor visit. However, they signed up for a membership to benefit from a discount. While the system is currently operational, the homeowner was informed that due to its age, additional issues may arise in the future.
Recently, I addressed a customer's issue with their drainage system. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that a float switch installation was necessary to prevent future water backups. Despite the recommendation, the customer declined the installation as they plan to sell the house soon. I ensured the system was operational and provided guidance on potential future concerns to help maintain the property's condition.
I provided a detailed quote for the installation of two Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlets. These GFCIs are essential for safety, particularly in areas prone to moisture such as bathrooms and kitchens. I assessed the specific requirements and explained the benefits of GFCIs, including their ability to prevent electrical shocks. The quote included the cost of materials and labor, ensuring transparency and clarity. I also discussed the installation process and the importance of adhering to electrical codes for safety and compliance.

Level three 42k heat pump
Today I looked r22 system. The evap coil is caked up and the drain lines are clogged the system is currently down. If they don't do replacement we can try a cut and pull cleaning and adding soft start to help the system live as long as possible. ****** Cut and pull cleaning on evap coil is risky this is not a fix for the coil just cleaning it so air flow and resume. Coil this old sometime do not survive the cleaning******** They are set for CA today 5 to 7 pm

CA 10-12
For this job I did a super tune up. Homeowner mentioned dust concern in home. Noticed there is dust bypassing filter, recommend april air kit to eliminate bypass dust. Filter has been changed recently. No safety on primary drain line, recommend adding. Furnace components are good. Refrigerant is good. Electrical components tightened and in tolerance. Washed coil. Compressor rated for 112 startup and currently reading 132 start up amps. Recommend start kit. Homeowner declined work for today. System cooling when I left.
