Since getting the new system i have had a constant cough and so has my roommate… the place was left dirty and my rug was damaged, as well as my attic ladder…

We call them every 6 months for an A/C filter change. This time our technician was Joel. He took his time cleaning our outer unit, checking it for issues, then up in our hot attic changing the filter and double checking that everything is working smoothly and that there's nothing growing up there, no water in the pan, etc. We like these guys. They are clean, prompt and thorough. Thank you! July 2023 update: This time we had Ian. He was thorough and professional, as well as likeable. Haven't had an issue with any tech yet, they are all so awesome. April 2024 update: still using these guys, still happy. Our technician today was Mike. He was awesome: professional, knowledgeable and very cool. Checked out the issue I called about and stayed very late to make sure out was solved.

Upon arrival, I found the condenser non-operational. The board displayed a lockout code, and I detected a call from the thermostat with voltage present. Restarting the unit resolved the issue. Further checks revealed high compressor amperage at 164 amps. I recommended and explained the need for a soft start to the customer, who approved the installation. Post-installation, amperage dropped to 61.4. Thank you for choosing our services.
During today's visit, I identified several issues with the system. The thermostat is malfunctioning, requiring a new run. Additionally, the soft start is not functioning properly, and the cap is damaged. The Freon levels are also low, impacting the system's efficiency. Instead of making repairs, the customer prefers to discuss a complete system replacement. We have scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, from 3 to 5 p.m., to explore this option further.
During the super tune-up, I identified a lower capacitor that was out of tolerance. I advised the homeowner to replace it to prevent potential failure. Despite my recommendation, the homeowner declined. I offered an upgrade to the home and budget protection plan, which includes a free second service yearly, but this was also declined. I emphasized that if the blower capacitor fails within 45 days, a service fee would apply. Refrigerant levels and heating components were operating within normal parameters. During the cooling tune-up, I identified early biological growth within the supply plenum and a dual run capacitor out of tolerance on both the fan and Herm sides. I recommended installing a UV system to prevent further biological growth and replacing the capacitor to avoid potential failure. Additionally, I assisted in pulling wire through the attic, which involved careful navigation and securing of cables to avoid any damage. The collaboration with the team was essential to ensure the job was completed efficiently and effectively. The new system is now operational, providing enhanced features and improved user experience.
For this job I did a super tune up. Changed filters. Deltas good. Furnace components good. Electrical components tightened. Recommend adding April Air kit for superior filtration. Recommend Panstrips for upcoming summer months. Refrigerant is good. Capacitor for upstairs unit out of tolerance, needs replacement. Washed unit. Looked at three units ervs and ceiling found two the ervs not getting the correct power building manager is coordinating with an electrician to come out Monday and coordinating with me as well to be here with electrician on Monday in case there are any other issues did replace fan capacitor on erv units and conference room building manager signed off on all required signatures
Came back out here for panels not producing power and not doing and ended up finding CTs were hidden in the corner from the people who did the panel change and we came back out here to hook it back up but didn't see the CT so didn't end up hooking them up and came back and we hooked him up
Came to job to look at solar and rewire it back into panel and gave quote and ended up getting material and doing work while we were here but everything is hooked back up and good and customer is happy also gave quote to come back and clean panels off and also talked about a membership as well and emailed that to her so that she could talk to it about with her husband
45, issue with blower start up. No charge, system operating normally after evaluation within heating.
For this call we performed a evaluation. Heating components were working within normal limits. The cooling side of unit had a freezing coil. We discovered low refrigerant and a leak at the indoor evaporator coil. Homeowner opted to replace capacitor and wait for summer time to replace the unit potentially with his son.I offered having a CA give estimates at no charge, homeowner declined. Came to job for plugs and bathroom not working after having plugs trip from a necklace and checked breaker and breaker was fine and could not find a GFCI but found one in the guest bathroom Hidden and that's what controls the bathrooms but customer knows now but everything else is fine and working again and up to code
For this job, I completed a tune-up on the heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed as requested by customer. Customer ask for a pen strip to be added to her indoor unit and a UV bulb was recommended by technician, and customer accepted. I have made my estimate for the panel change out which includes changing out the panel itself putting in a surge protector and a outside disconnect this is a single day job
12/13/25 Need to set up for Jake s to come out Tuesday the heater seams fine but he says the fan stopped working this morning and made the lights go off for a bit

A different airhandler is making a harmonic noise when running, blower is unable to be pulled due to support beams infront of door.

Showed up for a membership plumbing evaluation homeowner was most concerned about the mainline leading to the street though we discussed various items throughout the home and the need to flush their hot water heater after running a camera down the main line I found sludge building up throughout the length and showed the homeowner she has interest in hydro jetting I gave her an estimate for the main line only and for the whole house if they go with the whole house I offered them a complimentary water heater flush she would like to run all of this by her husband and call us back to schedule
On this job helped him with the door plate. The system is online and he has installed thermostat. Not interested in membership plan. Or any other services
Today I've installed a new furnace pressure switch. System is now online and heating.
