Upon arrival, we began by assessing the existing sewer system to determine the best approach for the installation of a new main sewer line. After careful planning, we proceeded with the excavation and installation of the new main sewer line, ensuring it met all necessary specifications and codes. Additionally, we extended the sewer line to accommodate the kitchen sauna, ensuring it was properly connected and integrated into the system. Post-installation, we conducted thorough testing to confirm that the new lines were functioning correctly and holding as intended. The system is now ready for inspection, and we recommend scheduling this for Monday morning.

a belly in the main line near a tree in the front yard and a break in the line approximately 45 feet down near the street, caused by tree roots infiltrating the pipe. To resolve this, I recommended replacing the entire sewer line, installing new double cleanouts, and redoing all necessary tie-ins, including the backwash for the pool and the kitchen line connection to the main. I scheduled the job for Wednesday morning to coordinate with the excavation team, ensuring the ground is prepared and the new schedule 40 PVC main line, complete with new double cleanouts and required tie-ins, is installed.

Upon inspection, I discovered that the evaporator coil was significantly dirty, which could hinder efficient heat exchange and reduce overall system performance. Additionally, the condenser coils were heavily clogged with debris, impeding airflow and causing the system to work harder than necessary. To address these issues, I cleaned the evaporator coil thoroughly and meticulously removed all debris from the condenser coils. The system should now operate more efficiently. I recommend returning for a follow-up inspection to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
