Job Locations and Reviews
Upon arrival I found the thermostat hanging not connected properly, Put thermostat on correctly and system fired up and started cooling efficiently Cleaned and waxed condenser
Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Evaporator coil is clean. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range.
Carrier heat pump with air handler in stalled in 2010. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Evaporator coil is clean. Blower wheel has slight build up starting to form. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Hose bib in the back is leaking into the wall and needs to be replaced. Customer does not know schedule and was not able to set an appointment for a plumber right now.

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Customer changed filter recently.
Quoted for water heater in attic 50 gallon with circ pump
Resealed supply from the Inside re mastic sealed the return and spliced inhigh voltage from the compressor contactor to the second set of heat strips to give additional heat tested unit and left on in heating
Opened up his panel there were quite a few loose connections on the breaker so I tightened all of those up he did not have a surge protector I recommended but he did not take he has solar and a generator outlet on his meter everything regarding those looked like it was perfect and I tested outlets inside GFC eyes were present within 6 ft of water and they were all wired correctly
On arrival the system was not heating. After troubleshooting a customer installed thermostat I found the low voltage wiring and programming issues and corrected it. When I left the system was heating with no issues.
On arrival system was cooling and heating as intended. I eventually found that the thermostat was intermittently not functioning and sending a signal to cool or heat.
Removed blower wheel and motor from system brushed blades of blower wheel and sprayed with cleaner and water till blades and blower cage were clean and all debris was removed. Wiped down all wires that had biological growth build up. Wiped condensate pan and coil where biological growth was. Assembled fan and motor back into system. Turned system on everything is working as should.
Arrived to find customers thermostat blank replaced batteries and thermostat would still not come on talked Joe and decided to replace the bad t stat with a used t-4 Honeywell unit is now up and running
2017 carrier Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor, wheel and wires were impacted with dust and biological growth Evaporator coil was acceptable, condensate pan had some biological growth Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range 2017 carrier Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Compressor saver was functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit Recommended blower cleaning and uv bulb, customer accepted work. Installed uv bulb today. Blower cleaning need to be scheduled for 11/7/23 in the morning.
Found thermostat had a jumper wire from y to w removed jumper wire and tested unit in heating and cooling unit is now functional
Install 60k elec package unit
10/21/23 waterheater full flush
Install 42k hz heat pump keep current filtration and uv system, includes duct cleaning
HTU performed on 14SEER 3.5 TON HP 2012. Drain was cleared and primed with customer supplied vinegar. Evaporator coil inspected - rust, oil, and leaks detected. Blower cabin - Blower compartment has biological growth present. Electrical connections inspected- tightned. UV light power cycled, fixed. Outdoor unit. 45/7.5 capacitor failing. Refrigerant levels low, superheat is high, confirming leaks detected in evaporator coil. Condenser fan motor was replaced just before manufacturer warranty ran out. Expressed all of the known issues; refrigerant leaks detected in evaporator coil, oil and rust, biological growth in the Blower cabin, a failing dual run 45/7.5 capacitor, high superheat on refrigerant levels and the potential issues of compromising the compressor if no action is taken. Manufacturer warranty ended 02/23. CA appointment set 10/11/23 @2pm to discuss upgrading to a more efficient and reliable system due to age and issues.
During inspection discovered that system was working properly and cleaned out the condenser Spoke with customer about a uv light and hard start kit and said he would like to be emailed the estimates so they could think about it Left customers house with system cooling

2018 Amana airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Heating elements were functional 2018 Amana heatpump 35 Single run capacitor was below manufacture range, replaced 35 Single run cap p&l Electrical connections were acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was acceptable Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit
Install 36k hz electric use current filtration
Cap on downstairs unit was blown on fan side and 20 % outside tolerance on herm. Fan motor was not coming on causing the compressor to short cycle on overheat. Replaced with new dual run cap 55/7.5 mfd and single run 5 mfd combined to create 60/7.5 mfd. Installed fan and compressor came on system 8s now on and cooling properly. While I was onsite customer mentioned upstairs unit was chasing the thermostat temp and running long periods of time told customer I would take a look. Hooked up gauges refrigerant reading yielded system was low on refrigerant leak on system R22. After a conversation with customer we both agree it would be more beneficial to replace system than bandaid repair the current system. Signed up for titanium membership and scheduled visit with comfort advisor tomorrow 3-5 to discuss their options of replacement. Equipment being replaced serves the upstairs area of home.
Upon arrival for service system on and not cooling. Inspected system. Found outdoor unit tripped on high pressure. Cleaned and power cycled system. System came on and cooled properly
