Today I installed a 210 April aire / soft start / iaq200 Job complete system ready for work.

Completed a tune-up on the system. Indoor: biological growth noted near the blower; thin filter likely contributing. Outdoor: high inrush observed. Work completed today: • Installed the premium (lifetime) capacitor and verified proper operation. Approved & paid (pending installation): • Soft-start for the outdoor unit • UV-C light for the indoor unit (includes a FREE blower cleaning) • Upgraded filtration (filter upgrade / filter box as discussed) We’ll return to install the remaining items the 23rd of December Comfort note: Homeowner reports the bedroom stays warmer than the rest of the house. Recommend airflow/balancing evaluation (check duct sizing/leaks, supply/return, and register/damper settings) and provide recommendations.

Today I performed an evaluation on a 5 year old carrier gas furnace system compressor was not running due to a failed capacitor replaced the capacitor and got the system cooling again discussed membership with homeowner he would like to think about it left an estimate in case he calls back

Came out for plugs in laundry room not working pulled off panel cover and found loose neutral reattach neutral and tightened it down whoever was out here before that replaced the breakers did not do it right and didn't tighten them down at all but everything is good now and working told customer if lights breaker goes off again to call us and I will come back out but as of right now couldn't see anything and everything was working

We have no gas leaving at this time for sure watched gas meter and it is not moving AC drain is not working and need to flush water heater

Electrical inspection. System looks great. No issues. Replaced flood light and added grommets to existing outside fixtures.

No active leaks, recommended replacement of the upstairs laboratory. Faucet does need to be replaced Customer supplied estimate sent Pressure test completed

Upon technicians arrival technician was greeted by homeowner. Technician was shown to the thermostat where the thermostat was not coming on. Technician added upstairs to make sure he was getting a 24 V call at the unit. Technician went back to the thermostat to see if the thermostat was getting 24 V technician confirmed thermostat was getting 24 V. Technician tried different thermostat without batteries and it came on immediately. Thermostat unit has failed. Our owner would like to go to Best Buy to buy another thermostat. Thermostat could have internal issues, causing it not to come on home on claim that they have had no power outages in the past month. Homeowners would like the summary to be sent to the email that is listed.

Duct cleaning at a residential home. Upon arrival, removed accumulated dust, debris, and allergens. Ensured the system was thoroughly cleaned, improving air quality and energy efficiency. After completing the task, I inspected the ducts to confirm optimal airflow and provided maintenance tips to the homeowner.

Wants 6" apart. Exterior permanent lights. Prewired outlet in soffit. Husband will be calling me this afternoon to clear up couple questions. Customer does not want government pro. Wants something a bit more robust that has raceway instead of hare wire.
