Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the duel run capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The Delta was low. The filtration system was broken. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The indoor coil was rusted and leaking (refer to video). The attic insulation was low. There was a leaking exterior faucet. One of the flood lights were not functioning. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will monitor the HVAC system through the summer and will call us back if it breaks down. He would like a plumber and electrician to come out and evaluate the corresponding problems. The system was functioning upon departure.

Upon arrival for safety check systems off. Turned systems on. Inspected Bedroom system. Inspected outdoor unit. Bedroom's unit low on refrigerant again. Unit still functioning but delta low. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications. Capacitor within tolerance. Service disconnect binding and not allowing tech to turn off unit properly. Inspected indoor unit. For water heater water heater was froze and pipe in the attic. on the first day that I came out Water heater has been replaced now the outlet for the water heater had water in it replaced yet all the lines in the attic were froze at the same time and now everything is functioning like it should be. <br>

Customer has frozen pipes in his attic that goes down to the hot water heater looks like the hot water heater is OK at this time will know for sure after the water stalls out customer is going to put a heater in his attic to see if he can get the lines unfreeze Will have a comfort adviser to come out to talk to customer about a generator on 26 December 1 to 3 o’clock in the afternoon
