Alec G, with Comfort Experts, gets an excellent review from me because he took his time to find the source of the leak from our a/c unit and applied a patch to stop the leak. He explained what steps were to be taken next if, for whatever reason, the patch didn’t hold. He treated us with respect and courtesy. If I had received a link to rate Mike R with comfort experts, however, this review would not have been excellent.

Wyatt was great, explained everything etc. However, your scheduling sucks! The first contact was between “2 pm and 7 pm” , so I planned my time accordingly. Then it got changed to 1 pm and later to noon. I had already scheduled myself to be elsewhere, I had to leave and come home to take care of my end of things. NOT professional or considerate of the customer. You NEED get that right!
