He was very professional
Justin is very knowledgeable did his work quickly and reported that everything looked as it should and I should not have any issues with the upcoming winter weather.
None at this time.
These guys went above and beyond just installing a mini split. I know how to use each option on the keypad and how to maintain the filters on-going. After they explained their process and cleaned up, they used their ladder to adjust my Nest cameras because since installation of those I have different needs. This was the best service because I try not to climb ladders myself. Thank you Joe & Tyler (?) I’m awful with names.
Had a leak in the HVAC system. They came in the next day. Got it cleaned up and patched. Appreciate it as always.
I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. Thank you Justin, I have found my new A/C service company moving forward!

One little mistake happened and they were prompt to correct and make it right. Trust-worthy and professional group all around.

I have been using the contractor that put the unit in the home. I found out I have been paying double for my maintenance contract. I am receiving greater benefits and services for the same price that includes a 30% discount on Service Fee/ Repairs & / Accessories. Trust me I was not receiving any type of discount with the other company. I say good riddance and Hello Comfort Experts where have you been the last four years. Today I had Hobson back out because my electric bill has almost doubled since my 21 year old nephew moved in with his computer and gaming systems. They throughly looked at all my key systems to no avail but did not leave without a suggestion. They were great. I had Comfort Experts/Hobson out today for my semi-annual service and in Comfort Experts/Hobson's style they did an outstanding job, took their time and took pictures of all key components. Cody even waxed the exterior of my outdoor unit after making the inside of the same unit shine also. This team is worth every penny (and they aren't that expensive when compared to their competitors). Keep up the great work. I love you guys and gals. Great service all the way around.
Recently, I was tasked with addressing a leaking water heater issue. Upon inspection, I identified the source of the leak and assessed the damage. I promptly replaced the faulty components and ensured the water heater was securely sealed. Additionally, I conducted a thorough inspection of the surrounding area to prevent any future leaks. The water heater is now functioning efficiently, and the leak has been completely resolved.
Upon arrival, the compressor was emitting a bump noise approximately every 20 seconds. Upon inspection, it was determined that the 35/7.5 dual run capacitor was significantly weakened on both sides. I replaced the faulty capacitor, which successfully resolved the bump noise issue. The customer opted not to proceed with any maintenance services at this time, focusing solely on addressing the immediate problem. Refrigerant levels were confirmed to be within the acceptable range. Additionally, the outdoor unit was thoroughly cleaned to enhance its efficiency. The system is now running smoothly and effectively cooling the area. The customer has also enrolled in our home and budget protection plan for future peace of mind.

I performed a comprehensive tune-up on a 2005 Trane air handler and heat pump using 410 refrigerant. During the inspection, I discovered biological growth on the air handler and coil, along with significant dust and dirt accumulation on the blower. The primary drain line was clogged, and the system lacked a drain safety feature. I checked all electrical components on the heat pump and verified the refrigerant levels, which were within the acceptable range. I cleared debris from the bottom of the unit and cleaned the condenser coil from the inside out. I also waxed the top of the unit. I discussed the possibility of replacing the system with the customer, but they insisted on using it for at least another year due to family medical issues and a new job. After discussing their home and budget, they decided to sign up for our service. I cleared the drain and left the system in cool mode.
I communicated with the customer through email while they were finalizing their funding with the bank. During this period, I paused the job to ensure all necessary information was gathered and to maintain clear communication. I provided updates and answered any questions they had, ensuring they felt supported throughout the process. This approach helped streamline the project and maintain a positive customer experience.
Arrived to outdoor unit shut down on high pressure. Customer states that he ran the system in heat during the cold weather. Technician found the system to be overcharged by about 13oz. Recovered refrigerant and performed function test. System running and cooling upon departure.
