Performed a super tune up for a straight electric unit. Ac is a 2017, dual run good, Amps within specs, evaporator coil dirty, heat strips functioning but over amping some. System heating and cooling properly at this moment.
Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2006. R-22 unit. Customer complained of blowing fuses. Customer replaced fan relay and blower capacitor and it did not fix issues. Discovered that thermostat was wired wrong and that contactor was bad. Customer refused repairs.
Customer popped out safety switch when moving decorations, inserted switch and system is operating normally.

2 year old Amana heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are in range. Ecm blower motor is strong. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. 45/5 dual run capacitor and contactor are good. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Refrigerant and air flow are satisfactory.

Did a AH on 11 year old Payne system, checked capacitor, checked filter, flushed drain, recommended a membership, compressor saver, and uv lighting,refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving
Performed a heating tune up for both split systems. Garage side system- 2020 carrier - system functioning properly at this moment, biological growth inside the air handler and no drain Saftey. Master bedroom- 18 year old unit, refrigerant is low, condenser fan capacitor below specs- 7.1-10mfd, contactor burned up, there is oil all over the evaporator coil and blower capacitor, evaporator coil leaking R22 and falling apart, blower cap 5-7.5 mfd, no drain safety, biological growth inside the air handler and the system is R22. Highly recommended upgrading the system and adding a UV system. Customer is calling his home warranty
