RYAN S/MATT B - not able to fit evaporator coil in closet due to new coil being larger. Uninstalled furnace in closet and reinstalled coil and furnace, sealed furnace and coil and rewired system. Left while Matt had system on a vacuum and just had to charge and cleanup. MATT B - after Ryan left I hooked up the drains again, tested them, and broke the vacuum outside. Added 3lbs 410a. Delta at 20 and no further issues found. Subcool was at 10

Tech arrived for a Lifetime Parts and Labor tuneup. Amana The condenser capacitor was out of tolerance and was replaced today. The condenser coils were clean and were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The surge protection was functioning. The filter was dirty and replaced today. The blower area was dirty. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. There was areas of air leakage that were sealed today. The heating system reached complete ignition. The water heater is above the average lifespan of water heaters based on location. The customer would like a plumber to come out to perform a water heater flush. Closet gas unit. The system was functioning upon departure. The customer is not interested in having a #Solar Energy Audit performed at this time.

STU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor to testing within manufacturer specifications, indoor unit filter is clean and primary drain line is clear at this time. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage and the system is working as it should in both heating and cooling. System wasn’t working because thermostat is bad, customer purchased new thermostat

Performed Stu. System operating normally. High levels of dust in return plenum and blower wheel. Customer does not treat there drainline, recommend pan strip to prevent primary drainline issues, also due to inconvenience of scuttle hole.
