Found inducer port plugged. Bored out port and cleaned inducer wheel. Operating properly. Had to have office collect payment, would not allow me to input customer information.

01/30/24 - 2 waterheaters in attic space. Only issue was the upstairs toilet fill valve needs to be replaced. Customer stated he willhold off and replace whole toilet when he's ready

Customer stated downstair unit was not heating. Replaced defective pressure switch and tested unit. Unit is running as normal.

Ran AH on all three units its in house. All three gas lines didn't have Drip legs per building code. Also found that downstairs unit did not have a water safety. All heating components were working as normal. Found no other issues at this time. #rain

On this tune up I inspected the heating side of the system I turned the heater on and watched it work for 20 min. The componets are still in tolerance. I also changed the filters.

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned both outdoor units. Filters were very recently changed. Recommend installing UVC light, replace contactor and replace hard start cap as corrosion is apparent.

On this job I inspected 2 system. They need to order a 210 April air filter for unit in the attic. Also need a new uv bulb. Other then that the condensor is clean. Both condensors could benefit from hard start kits.

On arrival the compressor would not turn on. I quickly found the burnt wire to the contactor causing this. Thr indoor unit had a clean coil and blower and clear drain lines. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing and once I installed a compressor saver kit it started under the 109 LRA at 94 amps. As I left the system was on and heating.

10/23/23 - Tyler L was not able to complete electrical evaluation found that the voltages to heater number three and all the adjacent appliances connected we're getting incorrect voltages will be sending Brian out there tomorrow morning

Upon arrival found there was no power to furnace, check panel and found faulty breaker After swapping breaker I found that I still had no 24v call, located bad transformer Swapped transformer and tested system charge and amp draws Explained to Cust that he had a power surge and we need to install a surge protector. Cust explained to me that he cannot figure out what breaker goes to what even tho it is labeled, found the breaker labeling to be off Explained to him we need to install a monitoring system for his panel, electric service scheduled

During inspection discovered that I was getting different voltage readings everywhere and spoke with Mark W to switch over to an electrician

Did not see anything out of the ordinary that would produce odor.

Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. capacitor is within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned units inside out. Upon arrival system was in working condition. Client stated that yesterday around 3 pm system turned off. Looking at the indoor unit , drain lines are clear. Blower is blowing. Going to the outdoor unit, Capacitor is within tolerance. Outdoor unit coil was caked. When ahead and cleaned unit inside out. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Left system in working condition.

Upon arrival for tune up system on and cooling. Inspected outdoor units. Fan and compressor amp draws high but within specifications. Capacitors within tolerance. Bedrooms refrigerant pressure good. Main area refrigerant pressure low. Inspected indoor units. Blowers have heavy dust buildup. Drain lines clear. Coils have heavy corrosion buildup. Recommended speaking with engineer. Customer wants office to call to collect payment. Let office know. Left system on and cooling.

Upon arrival for service system off. Inspected system. Capacitor was out. Replaced capacitor. Offered complementary check of second system. Found capacitor out of tolerance. Recommended replacement. Customer agreed.tested systems. Amps, voltages and refrigerant pressures good. Left systems on and cooling.

Hot water heater pilot flame went out Re-lit- Hotwater heater is operating efficiently

Completed my thorough inspection, both indoor units were inspected, both drains are clear and only 1 filter was replaced, the lenex filter wasn't the proper size. I would advise installing 1 UV system for each to sanitize the air as it passes through your blower. I would also advise installing a home surge protector to prevent unwanted power surges from getting to your home appliances and goods. The best way to clean out your lines is to install a treatment strip in each coil to bleach the incoming water from the evap coil. Both outdoor units were inspected, washed, and both capacitors are within rating. 2 treatment strips
