sold (2) 50 gallon gas water heaters, returning Monday Oct 3rd to install
09-29-2022- joiner arrived where customer showed me where water was leaking from the ceiling. She immediately directed me to the water heaters located up in the attic. Immediately I noticed the flex line on the hot side of the second water heater was extremely corroded and had a pinhole leak. I was able to unthread the old heat trap nipple and sweat on a new flex line. After completing repairs I then tested to ensure nothing was leaking and everything was in working condition. I also relit the water heater afterwards. At time of departure everything was in working condition.

The UV light was not functioning. The Delta and refrigerant was at acceptable levels. Downstairs system- The capacitor was within specs and the contactor was in working condition. The compressor was pulling high amperage and a compressor saver was installed to help combat the high amperage. The Delta and refrigerant was at acceptable levels. Upstairs system- The capacitor was within specs and the contactor was in working condition. The Delta and refrigerant was at acceptable levels. The drain systems were clear and bleach was poured. The filters were dirty and were replaced. The systems were functioning u
