Garrett Y. was our service technician and came with all the equipment needed to perform our annual Spring tune-up. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional during his time at our home. He has been trained well, with a thorough understanding of all the workings of our HVAC unit, both inside and outside. He also made some recommendations about other services offered to protect our HVAC investment. He was an absolute joy to have in our home and we would love to have him back again.

We were able to get someone out right away after we called them to check our current A/C. Justin P came out and handled all of our concerns AND the repairs we chose in the same day. It didn't feel like someone was just trying to find line items to make money off of. He was informative and not pushy at all, while also being very patient with my kiddos (they always want to know what tools are being used lol). Not sure if everybody at this place is like Justin but we had a great experience!
My husband is most impressed by how clean the A/C unit was after he cleaned it for us. 10/10
Because our water in this area is not the best we have had to use salt to soften it, and then we had to add a reverse osmosis faucet in the kitchen so that we could actually cook without all the salt and so forth. When Daniel came out from Comfort Experts to do a routine inspection for us, he told us about Halo ultimate that would not have to use salt and would do such a good job that we wouldn’t have to use the reverse osmosis and that we wouldn’t have to do anything to it for 10 full years. We told him that we would be gone that morning for several hours, but would leave the garage door up so that he could work. By the time we got back, he was already through. He had cleaned up. He had flushed out the hot water heater and was telling us exactly what we needed to do for the next couple of days until he could come back out and turn the system on. We not only love the Halo system, but can’t say enough for Daniel. He has a really fun personality and made us feel both comfortable and confident. Thank you Comfort Systems and Daniel!!

My air conditioner would not turn on so I googled top rated air conditioner repair service in my area and Comfort Experts came up as a choice. It was on a Saturday when I called and was not available to meet the Technian until after 7:00 pm. The Technician arrived about 7:30 and stayed until 10:30 working in the rain to identify the part that had caused the unit to short out. When given the bill I was surprised how little I had to pay. The Tech was great & explained everything to us.

Advised cust that growing Vines near unit will become problematic. Recommended indoor air quality upgrade or bulb replacement as the current system is rated for 1-2 years.

Came out to replace a warranty Goodman cased coil for the downstairs unit number two removed the old one purged with nitrogen installed the new one ran a pressure test then pulled a vacuum and ran a Decay test vacuum did not above 500 microns release the refrigerant and then adjusted the levels to the ideal subcool and superheat everything is running and cooling also resealed the plenum on the bottom and front face appeared to be completely detached no charge for this

On arrival downstairs warranty Goodman system had a frozen solid evaporator coil. Once thawed the system had a low side saturated temp below zero and a very high superheat. I leak searched inside and outside and found leak in evaporator coil. Please order warranty evaporator coil.

Arrived onsite customer had a lavatory in guest bedroom area backing up. Went ahead and ran small hand auger through drain and cleared stoppage. Tested after repairs were made everything working properly.

For this free second opinion I leak search the evaporator coil for the upstairs unit. Customers had another company come out and they also leak searched and found the leak, so I followed up and also found a leak on the evaporator coil. The customers didnt like our $5500 price for the coil plus refrigerant however may follow up if they decide to go ahead with us and replace the coil.

On this job I inspected the cooling side of the system. The filter was nasty damp and caked. Causing biogrowth to grow on the registers of the rooms. The condensor was also caked up. Not allowing heat to reject as quik as it should. So I cleaned the condensor and changed the filter. He wants to consider a new system due to price increase for new systems and would like to replace come December.

System showing no error codes except for a communication code. On arrival both condenser and furnace showed normal operation codes but neither were running. Cool cloud confirmed a communication problem. I reset the system and it ran and cooled with no issues. Not a recall on daniel, it is not a reoccurrence of a previous problem.
