Tech Cody arrived to customers home, I met Karen and she guided me inside to the thermostat and the access to the indoor unit. I started the tune-up at the indoor unit, upon inspection I found the indoor coil to be clean with very minimal signs of corrosion, the blower wheel was clean, and when put on emergency heat the heat strips or pulling proper amperage according to manufacturer. I swapped out the filters, and then headed outside to start the tune up for the outdoor unit. I first washed the unit down, and then took my electrical readings of the components. There was no hard start kit installed and this was reflected with a high in Rush amp test. The running amps test for the compressor and fan motor both came back well below the manufacturer specifications according to the data tag. I then after the fins had dried hooked up my gauges and took a reading of the refrigerant charge. During inspection I found that the homes insulation levels are extremely low, r value of r15 Recommended doing a r29 upgrade for more efficient home and more efficient duct work Need to follow up Amp draws acceptable Coil a little dirty Compressor acceptable Fan motor acceptable

Cust has two water heaters one from 1991 one from 94 they are operating but they are leaking. Showed these issues to cust they want to wait till they fail completely. I am no responsible for any issues that may arise due to water heaters

Tyler L has installed the new inverter it is producing power but communication to their Wi-Fi network has not been established every time I have attempted to do so it is told me not available so on the 28th I would like to have a phone call with them to see if they have any update on the established communication

2013 hp. Evaporator coil - leaks detected, rust and biological growth present. Capillary tubing rubbing against door. Blower housing- fins rusty, motor has large oil spot. After my evaluation, checking all incoming volts, amps, boards and capacitors I found a lose 24V R on the indoor uni that was breaking the saftey drain switch. Once I resat the wires and wire nut, power passed and the system came on. Monitored and took temperature readings. Left system in heat mode 72.

During inspection discovered that system was not getting adequate airflow across the coil caused by not having enough return air being drawn in and once we added more airflow sc and sh stabilized to the appropriate readings One return duct that is 18inches and two return vents that are 13.5"x13.5" Have install return to fix return air coming into the system

Rescheduled comfort advisor for 11-7-23 12-3

Supply plenum fell off, evaporator coil rusty and leaking, low refrigerate, compressor amping high, secondary drain pan rusty. System upgrade, comfort advisor 11-2-23 12-3.

Install 42K downflow indoor only with high efficiency filtration

On arrival customer stated they didn't have heat. Opened electrical cabin for airhandler and found very bad corrosion from water to electrical components. Connections appeared to be shorted and wires are in bad shape as well. Unit is very dirty. Unit Isn't inclosed and customer stated it hasn't had a filter in 2 years. Notified customer that the unit is unsafe. Turned breakers to unit off system is down. Talked to Rob G to send CA put for new airhandler, CA appointment at 4pm 10/17

Customer ordered two Aprilaire 410 filters, replaced one and left the other. Put a comfort experts sticker on indoor unit and dated filter replacement.

Customer is deciding between partial home back up and whole home. I am calling back with final quote.

System was in great shape except the very dirty airflow restricting filter. Please have filter sent to office and keep me informed as soon as the 2 pack 410 Aprilaire filters come in. Customers are handicapped and need our assistance.

During inspection discovered that refrigerant levels were low and the reading kept fluctuating told customer I would like to setup an appointment to return next weekend due to it getting late and the issue was not currently causing a problem and he said that was fine Call customer around Thursday to confirm if Friday is still good for us to return Send Mark W on return call next week
