Tech started at the condenser tech found that the inrush amps were higher than the rated inrush on the data tag tech suggest a compressor saver. After cleaning the unit tech headed to the attic were tech found biological growth in the supply plinam. Tech suggested iaq 300 to kill the biological growth as well as prevent further growth.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. INDOOR: The filter was clean, the coil was clean, blower was dirty and needed cleaning, the heat strips were functioning within range. OUTDOOR: Compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the primary electrical control was in good condition. However the capacitor was very weak and near failure. The refrigerant charge was within acceptable levels at this time. I shared my findings with the homeowner and gave estimates on repairs, she was not able to at this time but she will call us in the future when she can. System was operating normally when I left.

His panel looks alright but the big thing is the wires from his service are way to small and definitely need to be replaced, I'll try to call sometime during the week to maybe get that handled but for now he's very much on the line

Upon arrival indoor was running outdoor was not. After evaluation found heatpump had low pressure lockout codes. Checked indoor filters and found that they were heavily compacted with dust. Removed filters and ran system. System pressure were acceptable, washed Condenser coils and Recommended replacement of filters system is now cooling properly

Controller for mini split installed operating properly at this time, left system on and cooling efficiently

Install 18k heat pump mini-split and a 100 amp sub panel plus wiring

I quoted a level 2 18k mini split, 100 amp sub panel, and 36 additional feet of wiring for $7,000. Customer said he will give his decision by Tuesday August 13th.

We got with manufacturer and seeing if we can get a remote sensor so that the temperature is not different from where unit is to the room. There is a 7 degree difference in the 2 temperatures

Wrote estimate to repair 2 small pvc lines already dug up. Customer said he will be able to fix himself for much cheaper.

Performed Rec Work and evaluation on main Lennox system. Lennox system was throwing high pressure lockout codes on Heatpump and Blower failure code on furnace. Furnace Blower was getting power but was not able to function causing outdoor to build high pressure and shut off. Customer paid for lennox replacement oem Blower motor Lennox Oem Blower motor needs to be ordered

Install 24k heat pump mini split for shop

Upon arrival Customer stated outdoor was not running at all. Found heatpump had locked rotor code, Dual run cap was within range. Found compressor saver had failed causing compressor to lock up

System is still cooling more than is should, does not turn off after reaching setpoint. Control board is not reading temp from thermistor cause system to continuously run New control board for indoor needs to be ordered Indoor Model FTX18BXVJU Serial K000756 Outdoor Model RX18BXVJU Serial K001943

Installed indoor thermistor and new remote for mini split. Problem seems to have improved. Told customer to keep an eye on it and see if it improves further. If problem persists the board may need to be replaced.
