Customer called because the system was leaking water onto the carpet. Found the drain was not sticking all the way out of the outside wall, also found a refrigerant leak @suction line. Extended the drain pipe to outside the wall and replumbed properly, tested with 1 gallon of water to verify proper flow and not leaking. Performed refrigerant repair, and leak tested for 15 min no other leaks detected, and vacuumed system properly. Recharged with 32oz of R-410a refrigerant. Left the system on in cooling. Customer verified that the system is draining properly outside, Target superheat@15°F actual superheat @12°F, Delta T@ 24°F.

Thoroughly inspected the 2014 split system, Oem circuit board bad, causing inducer to constantly run, blower capacitor below spec ratings, contactor blown up and gas flex line and drain out of code. Due to the age and condition of the system, recommended upgrading to something reliable with warranties behind it before trying to repair something of this age. Customer meeting with an advisor tomorrow at 12pm. System down and customer requests a paper copy receipt.
Back up drain, cleaned and poor one gallon of water

Performed heating tune up on a 2020 split system, washed condenser coil and checked all components. Dual run good, compressor and fan amps up to specs, ducts are dirty, everything else functioning properly at this time. Recommended Uv/ duct cleaning and membership. Customer needs to think about it.
1.5 year old Amana heat pump for evaluation. Customer stated dog had pulled lineset cover off and wanted an evaluation of the system to make sure no damage was done. Inspected system. Lineset cover was on at arrival and ziptied down. Customer informed me he put it back on himself. Took pressures. Heat pump operating properly. Fan and compressor within proper amp ranges. Coil clean. Indoor unit good. No issues to report. Recommended a compressor saver and either a whole home or unit surge protector. Customer declined. Unit running in heat on departure.
