Hobson AC/Comfort Experts service exceeded my expectations and believe me with Hobson being my last name we are our biggest critics. Brian, Brady, Joe, Jose, Daniel and Jonathan all showed up and within 3 hours had the new Generac generator set, hooked up and professionally installed. I could not be any more pleased. The three men that came out did such a great job I was so amazed how will they did considering the conditions they were working with in such Heat I feel so bad for them but overall I couldn't have asked for a better crew

REAR GUEST BATHROOM this restroom is ok supply is slow all around house drain for sink is slow,recommended a p trap clean, shower like all fixtures has poor water pressure but drainage is good FRONT RESTROOM is also good Drains goodbut pressure is low, toilet flushes ok and fills slow. KITCHEN drain is okay and supply is slow, all other kitchen fixtures are good. WATER HEATER everything is water heater is installed properly, two shutoffs were turned off but customer states he installed all plumbing for water filtration and supply. Customer opted out in inspection of master bedroom
2/10/23 Building estimate for low voltage lighting - 9 lights on front of home
9 year old Lennox heat pump: disconnect to outdoor was turn off, turned on system is operating. Primary electrical control, extreme case of biological growth.
Replaced outdoor unit, system working as it should in heating and cooling, nest is bad, ordering new Wi-Fi thermostat
Upon arrival, customer complained about an odd smell coming from the vents, a "mixture of urine and wire" said the adult son. I looked over the indoor unit thoroughly, removing the filter which needs to be replaced immediately, removing the blower wheel and inspecting the heat strips and the supply plenum. No smell inside the unit. The UV bulb was not functional as well, which aids in overall system smell for the most part. <br> I spoke to the customers about the benefits of a maintenance agreement, UV bulb replacement and it's required time frame, the importance of the filter being replaced and adding a condensate drain line treatment to help with performance and odor. Customer will call us when his filter comes in and further discuss the membership plan.
12/21/22 Changed out compressor and charged unit. Will need to return on a day when it is over 65 degrees to fine tune the charge. System was running when tech left.
Compressor terminals burnt and pitted beyond repair and compressor has open winding. Need new parts warranty compressor and harness.
Primary and secondary drainline clogged, cut and cleared drain lines, both clear, pipe doped threads at airhandler.
12-7-22 Phase 1 complete.
Performed ah, 8 year old dual fuel propane Lennox, system operation is normal, high dust levels in return, dual run capacitor is testing out of tolerance and will cause failure in future if not replaced, cleaned condenser of leaves, customer has no water to wash system.
