Very professional
Thanks Justin for coming out so quickly, diagnosing our problem and having the part available on your truck to effect repair, all while we were still away from home. My neighbor deserves a lot of thanks too.
What more can you say than the way Justin represented his company. Felt assured in the way he conducted himself and how he presented the information about my HVAC system. All 10's!
Very professional and efficient
I was truly lucky today because I had 2 outstanding service technicians, and Justin was one. He did a thorough inspection of the attic before turning his attention to the reason why he was called. In doing this he found other issues that other professional technicians overlooked. While initially costly to do all the repairs, he will end up saving me tons in electric bills alone.
Matt went far beyond what was asked. Because he believed the attic fans weren't the real issue, he found a more urgent issue, and arranged for another technician to do that repair.
Mark Dennison was great, he took the time to listen to our concerns and took steps to get things resolved. Also did an amazing job checking our ac system.
Really enjoyed our experience with Jeremy. Honest and showed up on time and worked hard for us.
Justin was very courteous and professional and helpful
Mark D was such a blessing last night, we were worried we might have a major problem with our system and he came, checked some things out, diagnosed the minor issue, had it fixed in less than 2 hours, and had our 84 degree hell inside the house back into our 68 degree heaven!! Thanks so much Mark D!!
Knows everything about plumbing.
We had an outstanding experience with Comfort Experts, especially Mark Watkins, who installed the mini split system in my Crafty Cabin! From start to finish, Mark was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and truly an asset to the company. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done right. The pricing was very fair, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell Mark genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. My Crafty Cabin is now perfectly comfortable, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for honest, dependable service and top-notch installation, I highly recommend Comfort Experts and Mark Watkins. Five stars all the way!
Do you love & appreciate a business being truthful & working hard beyond what is expected not only backing but following through with price & quality of work?!? That’s what I experienced with Katie & Mark at Comfort Experts. It’s very refreshing to know & experience that these characteristics are still in practice at a Weatherford Business.
Very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything he needed to do it detail so I understood the work to be done.
Mark is the best!! Always send Mark
Matt went straight to work on a shorted/burnt multi-plex receptacle. He suggested just add another duplex plug and not use the 2 to 6 outlet adapter to avoid possible fires in future. The job was completed swiftly .Now I can rest assured that electrical shorts will not return.
It was a tune up on 3 of my AC units. Justin was methodical, thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what he saw. Did a great job!!
Zach, Karl and Mark worked for hours on Friday to finish the plumbing. Pier and beam is hard. They laid down on the job! 😀 They created a plan with all new pipes. We are satisfied and grateful.
Mark was very knowledgeable but not pushy about suggestions.
Super nice & knowledgeable of his work.
Always like it when he comes out. He is very knowledgable.
Mark was fabulous – he was professional, friendly, and took care of the issue quickly. He kept me informed at every step along the way and I was grateful that he took such good care of me. I would 100% ask for him by name the next time I need an appointment.
We highly recommend Comfort AC for all heating and AC needs. Kellen M was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to check everything out and gave us a detailed explanation of the condition of our AC and heating system.
Justin and Marc were so polite and explain everything to me where I can understand it. I was glad to find out that they offered a warranty plan. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues with the AC or electrical or plumbing.
Great service once again from Kellen. He was quickly able to identify the problem and correct it. Great to be able to trust the service providers and Comfort Air.
They were SO QUICK to respond to our inquiry for service and Derek was wonderful. He was so polite, respectful and helpful! Not only did he fix the issue, SHOW ME how to prevent and fix it myself if it happens again but gavce me several helpful tips and options should we need further help! You never know when these issues will arise but I'm telling you we will be calling them the second we have another situation!
Cody was very informative and very polite. He did a great job for us on our ac unit! Highly recommend him as well as this company!! Everything is running like a charm!!
Kellen came out this morning to inspect 3 systems. In the the 24 years I have had service and product replacement, Kellen is by far the most knowledgeable Tech I have encountered. He also was able to help me understand some techanical aspects that needed adressing.
The technician that was at our place today did a great job. I would like to thank him so much for helping out my wife, and making sure she was taking care of by calling the paramedics and not leaving her alone. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Kellen he goes above his job task by carrying about his client.

Thanks Mark!!!
The technicians did a great job and were very communicative and friendly. These folks always do a great job!
I conducted a thorough inspection of the plumbing systems in the bathrooms, ensuring all components were functioning correctly and met safety standards. The plumbing was found to be in excellent condition, with no leaks or issues detected. Additionally, I examined the water heater and confirmed that it was up to code, providing reliable and efficient performance. Although the customer opted not to proceed with any repairs, I can confidently recommend that the plumbing systems are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
I addressed a malfunctioning air conditioning system by removing the failed coil and installing a new one. After replacing the coil, I installed a thermostatic expansion valve and conducted a pressure test. I then pulled a vacuum on the system and added one and a half pounds of refrigerant. I left the system running in cooling mode to ensure proper operation. Additionally, I set up plumbing and electrical appointments for next Wednesday to address a leaking toilet, add necessary plugs, and fix the customer's lighting issues.
Upon arrival, the system was not operational, indicating a lack of cooling. Upon inspection, it was determined that the 40/5 dual run capacitor and the compressor saver had both failed. I replaced these components with new ones to restore functionality. Additionally, I replaced the air filter to ensure optimal air quality and performance. After completing the repairs, I conducted a thorough function check to confirm that the system was running smoothly and effectively cooling the area. The customer was pleased with the results and ordered a new box of filters through the office. They also requested a receipt for this visit to be mailed to them for their records.
Upon arrival, I assessed the issue with the duct that had been dislodged during a recent tune-up. I carefully reattached the duct to the bedroom, ensuring a secure and airtight connection. Following the reattachment, I conducted a thorough function check to verify that the system was operating correctly. I tested the airflow and pressure levels to confirm that the system was delivering optimal performance. The system was found to be functioning normally, and I made sure to clean up any debris or tools used during the repair. I left the site confident that the issue had been resolved.
I visited to provide a quote for several electrical tasks. The first was to run power to a hot tub disconnect outside, then underground, and back to the hot tub. This involved installing the necessary wiring. Additionally, I wired and piped a fan on the porch, which the customer provided. I also added a plug past the fan for a bug zapper, using an outdoor box cover and plug. Lastly, the customer requested an additional circuit under the outside panel for a dedicated plug. I provided quotes for all tasks, both with and without a membership, but the customer found the prices too high and was not interested in proceeding.
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough inspection of the system and identified that it was not transitioning into the second stage of operation. To address this issue, I began by examining the wiring connections, ensuring all components were properly connected and functioning. I then moved on to the thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) bulb, making necessary adjustments to ensure it was correctly positioned and responsive. After these adjustments, I tested the system to confirm that it was now operating in the second stage as intended. The system responded positively, providing adequate cooling. Before leaving, I verified that the system was stable and functioning correctly in the second stage, ensuring optimal performance.
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough assessment of the customer's needs, explaining the services we offer and the associated costs. Despite my efforts to provide detailed information, the customer expressed reluctance to engage further. When I presented the price, the customer became visibly upset and insisted that I leave immediately. Throughout the interaction, the customer was unwilling to entertain any questions or discuss the details of the services. Despite my attempts to clarify and address any concerns, the customer remained firm in their decision, leaving no opportunity for further dialogue. Ultimately, I had to depart without completing any work.
Upon arrival, the system was not cooling. After inspection, it was determined that the 30mfd compressor capacitor had failed, which was the root cause. I replaced the capacitor under the product and labor warranty. Additionally, I cleaned the outdoor unit, which was heavily coated with cottonwood debris. Following the replacement, I conducted a thorough function check to ensure the system was operating correctly. The system was successfully running and cooling by the time I left.
Upon arrival, I identified that the condenser fan motor had failed, preventing the system from cooling effectively. The customer had enrolled in the comfort care club, which allowed for a premium motor replacement. I replaced the faulty motor with a high-quality premium motor, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability. Following the replacement, I conducted a thorough function check to confirm that the system was operating correctly. The system was successfully running and cooling as expected by the time I departed.
During the roof replacement, the roofing team inadvertently punctured the refrigerant piping. I carefully accessed the damaged area and brazed the nail puncture to repair the leak. Following the repair, I conducted a thorough pressure test to ensure the system's integrity. After confirming the system's stability, I evacuated the refrigerant circuit to remove any air or contaminants. Subsequently, I recharged the system with R407c refrigerant. The system is now operating normally, maintaining optimal performance.
Recently, we successfully completed a project involving the installation and calibration of advanced climate control systems. Our team meticulously assessed the existing environment, identified areas requiring improvement, and implemented state-of-the-art solutions to enhance comfort levels. We calibrated the systems to ensure optimal performance, resulting in a noticeable improvement in air quality and temperature regulation. Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured a seamless transition, leaving the client highly satisfied with the results.
00 AM, and confirmed the appointment with the office.
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough inspection of the refrigeration system and identified that the refrigerant levels were below the optimal range. I communicated my findings with Brian, explaining the importance of maintaining proper refrigerant levels for efficient system performance. After gaining his understanding, I proceeded to add the necessary refrigerant to the system. Throughout the process, I ensured that all safety protocols were followed. Once the refrigerant levels were restored, I tested the system to confirm that it was operating correctly and providing the desired cooling. The system is now functioning efficiently, and Brian is satisfied with the outcome.
I visited the customer's home to address an issue with the doorbell. The doorbell was not producing the same sound as when it was previously fixed by Matt. After examining the system, it appeared that the chime was faulty and needed replacement. I provided a quote for the chime replacement and informed the customer that Matt would supply a Ring doorbell. If the issue persisted after the chime replacement, Matt would contact us for further assistance.
Upon arrival, I assessed the electrical issues reported, including a microwave that wouldn't operate and flickering lights. When the printer was plugged in, the lights flickered as well. After thorough testing, I discovered that the problem was related to the power supply from the company. Voltage readings showed 115 volts on one leg and 136 volts on the other. Each time an appliance was used, one leg's voltage dropped while the other spiked to 166 volts. I explained the situation to the customer and confirmed that the issue was with the power company.
Upon arrival, the customer reported that the system was malfunctioning and only blowing hot air. I began by inspecting the indoor air handler, which was functioning correctly. Next, I checked the outdoor unit, which was not running. I verified the power supply to the condenser and found no voltage at the condenser or at the disconnect. I then checked the breaker and main panel, discovering that the breaker had tripped. I replaced the tripped breaker and continued to investigate the issue. I found that the compressor was grounded, which could be a significant safety hazard. I discussed the situation with the customer, who mentioned they would need to consult with their husband regarding the repair. To prevent further damage, I left the breaker and panel off and the disconnect in the off position.
Upon arrival, I assessed the issue with the outside fan not operating. After conducting a hearing evaluation, I discovered that the thermostat was incorrectly set to emergency heat instead of cool. I engaged with the customer to determine if they had mistakenly set it to emergency heat, but they were uncertain. I double-checked the thermostat settings and confirmed there was no active schedule. With the schedule turned off, I ensured the system was running correctly. As the issue was resolved without any additional charges, I left the premises satisfied that the system was functioning properly.
Today, I conducted a comprehensive cooling system tune-up for a homeowner experiencing health issues. I met with the homeowner's niece and inspected all electrical connections, ensuring they were secure and functioning properly. The filter was changed, and the blower and evaporator were both found to be in acceptable condition. The UV lamp was operational, and the drain was clear and draining effectively. Refrigerant levels were within the recommended range. I cleaned the condenser coil from the inside out and verified that all electrical components on the condenser were within acceptable parameters. No immediate recommendations were needed, but I advised the niece to be aware that the system's warranty expires in August.
Upon arrival, I assessed the door chime system and identified that the wiring was incorrectly configured. The connections between the chime unit and the doorbell switch were reversed, causing the chime to malfunction. I carefully disassembled the components, ensuring no damage occurred during the process. After examining the wiring diagram, I correctly rewired the chime unit, ensuring all connections were secure and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. I tested the system to confirm the chime functioned properly when the doorbell was pressed. The job was completed efficiently, restoring the door chime to its intended operation.
I thoroughly inspected the 2020 Comfort Maker air handler, ensuring all electrical connections were secure and tight. The recently changed filters were in good condition. The drain was clear and functioning properly, with the drain safety in the emergency pan. The blower motor and wheel were operational. The evaporator coil was also in acceptable condition. For the 2020 Comfort Maker heat pump, I checked and tightened all electrical connections, verified the dual run cap was within the manufacturer's range, and ensured the primary electrical unit was acceptable. The compressor started within the LRA specifications, and the defrost board was functioning correctly. Refrigerant levels were acceptable, and the fan blades and motor were operational. The condenser coils were clean, and I cleared debris and washed them from the inside out, followed by waxing the top of the unit. I recommended a UV system for allergies, a Micro Air Soft Start Kit, and adding a drain switch to the primary drain
I inspected and tightened all electrical connections on the 2015 American Standard air handler. The drain was clear and functioning properly, and the blower motor and wheel were in good condition. The evaporator coil was acceptable, but there was biological growth on the plastic components. The blower wires also showed biological growth. For the 2015 American Standard straight cool unit, I checked and tightened all electrical connections, found the dual run cap to be weak, and noted low refrigerant levels. The fan blades and motor were acceptable, and the condenser coils were clean. I cleared debris and washed the coils, then waxed the unit. I recommended replacing the dual run cap and suggested a leak search and UV system. A Comfort Advisor visit was scheduled for July 8th.

Today, I successfully installed a six-month filter on the customer's existing water conditioner. The process began with a thorough inspection of the current system to ensure compatibility with the new filter. I then carefully removed the old filter, cleaned the internal components, and installed the new filter, ensuring all connections were secure and functioning properly. The system was tested to confirm optimal performance. Please note, no warranty covers service parts.
Today, I performed two system tune-ups. The main unit's electrical connections were checked for tightness and corrosion, the drain was cleared, and the evaporator coil and blower wheel were cleaned. Refrigerant levels were verified to be within the acceptable range. The outdoor unit was washed and waxed. For the bedroom unit, the compressor was found to be amping low with low subcooling and superheat, and it was very loud, indicating failing seals. A system replacement is recommended. A meeting with the customer is scheduled to discuss this replacement, duct cleaning for both systems, and attic insulation.
I spoke with the customer over the phone to discuss their need for a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV). They requested that I order the correct model, which required images of the current model and serial number. Unfortunately, I couldn't collect payment over the phone, so I contacted the office for assistance. Until payment is secured, the job is on hold.
