I was consistently impressed with Alex's technical knowledge, his demand for excellence and his creative mind as he worked rapidly to get two new gas furnaces installed in our home before a rapidly approaching severe winter storm. It was rapidly obvious that Alex is well qualified for his job, and that he is determined to provide excellent service. He was able to explain in layman's terms what was being done, and how each step led to the next task.

Our home had two older Geothermal units that had been down for a number of days and despite a number of contractors and technicians attempting to get the units running, there was no success. Then weather forecasters announce a major winter storm for our area beginning this weekend. We were now racing the clock to get heat before the storm to protect ourselves and our home. I contracted with Comfort Experts to replace the old units. They sent out a team of four technicians to complete the job. Joe's job was to run new gas lines thru out home to fuel two new gas furnaces. He worked tirelessly and with urgency to make sure and get his job completed in order to make sure we had one of the new furnaces up and running at the end of the first day, and both units before the winter storm hit. Joe is friendly, professional and hard working and didn't mind explaining what he was doing .

The service technician, Mike R, was very friendly and respectful. We have had several technicians from Comfort Experts over the past eight years, but Mike R is the best one we have ever had. He is a great guy.

Mike was very polite and respectful. He seemed to know what he was doing. The only problem I have and this is NOT Mike's fault is that the prices for these "Hard and Soft start up kits" are extremely expensive. I paid $379.20 for a "Hard Start Up Kit" in 2022. This kit online is only $49.11. Now, I am being charged $1241.60 for a "Soft Start Up Kit" and this kit online is only $259.50. I don't understand why there is so much difference in the price.

This survey is for service provided on Margie Moore's AC unit on 11/18/24. The unit was not cooling and the temperature was 80 degrees inside the house. Comfort Experts responded in a very timely manner and was able to resolve the issue quickly . The technician was very polite and professional. We are back on the road again and hopefully will not have any more breakdowns.

Comfort experts isn't the cheapest, bit you always get what you pay for. I highly recommend them and today's Tech Cody was no exception to performing the repair to the highest standard possible even going beyond our expections!!

Kellen was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He completed the inspection of the system, removed debris that had accumulated in the outside unit, rinsed the unit and replaced the filter. Great job!

Awesome service! i called and a couple of hours later they were out. the tech was very knowledgeable about a/c units. he diagnosed and repaired my system within minutes. He was polite and professional. i was impressed by his ability to handle the problem so efficiently. i will call for service again from this company
