Michelle Phipps - Cleburne, TX 76033
We are a club member. I was told on the phone when I made appointment that service call was $79.90. We were not told that was just to send technician. I had asked that the outside be cleaned. He just looked at it and said didn't need to be done. I had asked that all bathroom sinks be snaked and said all didn't need done, only did the guest sink. We were not informed that a flapper for the toilet would be $99 or we would not have had that replace and would have don that ourselves.

Filter on the door was replaced. There is no need for the smaller filter that sits ontop of the evaporator coil as there is no proper airflow from that area. Biological growth is forming on the inside of the unit. Discussed issues with the Lady of the home and she asked me to email an estimate for an Indoor Air Quality product along with photos of the issue. System functional.
Kellen M.
Systems are functioning properly. Discussed various IAQ products. Copper membership for upstairs unit.
Brock S.
Ran diagnostic on customer unit. Previous company suspected a leak, but was unable to pinpoint location. Used leak detector and found leak in the evaporator coil. Recommended replacing the evaporator coil and new refrigerant to resolve issues. Customer will consider repair and call office back. Found no other issues at this time.

09/22/23 Tyler S - replaced master toilet flapper to stop bowl from leaking. If problem arises, then will have to rebuild inside. Main issue was guest bathroom sink stopped up. Note: AC condensate line dumps into drain so the drain may back up from time to time. Cleared sink drain and ran water continuously for 20 min

Faulty temperature relay was causing a short to ground. Bypassed the relay and system is now running. Compressor ia showing serious signs of wear. Pulling high amps upon startup with compressor saver installed. Have already collected service fee last night for this same issue.

2007 3 ton gas Trane. Electrostatic filter plate re-sat correctly. Evaporator coil detected leaks (see video). R22 refrigerant levels are slightly below recommended manufacturer subcool levels. 45/5 dual run capacitor is below tolerance with a burnt C terminal and wires. Discussed the issues found with Mrs.Higgins and her daughter about the next steps with the systems age, refrigerant type, and known issues. Daughter stays with her mother periodically (Mrs.Higgins is elderly) and is about to head out of town for a few weeks but wants/needs to be apart of the CA appointment set for 10/18/23 @10a

Arrived to no cool. Discovered that the outdoor condenser had no high voltage to the contactor. Breaker in the panel had tripped. Reset breaker and system turned on. Cycled the system 5 times and could not make the breaker trip again. System running in cool upon departure.
Alec G.
During inspection discovered that filter was very compacted not allowing airflow across coil causing it to freeze over Let customer know what was causing the problem and went ahead and cleaned condenser coil and checked refrigerant levels to verify that refrigerant levels were good Left customers house with system cooling
Mike R.
System tune up showed a drity system all componets are in tolerance system drain was also unclogged today and ducts will be cleaned September 20th at 9 am
Mark D.
Arrived to no cool. Customer states that condenser fan is not running. Found that compressor was starting but fan was not. Fan motor was very hot and bearings had started to seize, blades were very difficult to rotate. Replaced condenser fan motor and performed function check. All systems normal upon departure.
Mark D.
Arrived to no cool. Discovered that indoor unit was turning on but outdoor condenser was not. 45/5 auxiliary motor start had failed. Replaced auxiliary motor start under warranty and performed hard reset in the system to clear any codes. After 5 minute delay the system turned on and started cooling the home. System running in cool upon departure.

Install electric 36k upflow with standard filtration and new supply plenum

3 ton goodman 2008 HP S# 0810202174 System down upon arrival. Diagnostic determined that the 45/5 dual run capacitor had failed. 3 ton compressor saver failed. Replaced both item, compressor saver was on company warranty. System back up and running. Unit has a condenser cover that flaps open when fan turns on, encouraged customer to take it off.
Kellen M.
Both systems down upon arrival. 2008 Nordyn electric, 3 and 4 ton. 3 ton unit had no disconnect and no r22 refrigerant in the system. Both units have minimal to no r22, failing capacitors, leaks in coil an a blocked drain line. Customer is very elderly and seemed slightly confused. Spoke to the son that resides in the home. He claims that someone has stolen parts/refrigerant from systems. Both the mothers room and sons room have window units. I explained all of my findings to both and we attempted to obtain a credit approval but was declined. Due to the age, refrigerant type and major issues of the system, there was minimal I could do. When asking for the service fee to be paid, the customer claimed that her insurance company was to pay us and that she had no way to pay. I told her I'll pause the job and have Comfort Experts call to sort it out. Systems have not been on for a long time per customer.
Dennis C.
10 year old carrier heat pump, evaporator coil rusty and dirty, build up on blower wheel, system is operating normally at this time.
Dennis C.
7 year old Goodman gas system. Checked all components and system is operating normally at this time. Soft start.
colby.finch@acgenius.com
On arrival the outdoor unit was not running. I replaced the completely open capicator and tried to start the outdoor unit. The compressor turned on but the fan would not. I advised the customer that the fan motor and capicator needed to be replaced and that I would recommend speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement before investing in an older system that has been stressed by the fan going out. Since I am unable to check refridgerantin levels without the outdoor unit functioning I cannot say for certain that there are no further issues outside of the fan motor and capicator. Comfort advisor appointment is scheduled for 10-12 tomorrow

2018 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Uv system was functional 2018 Amana heatpump Dual run capacitor was within manufacturers range Electrical connections were acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Condenser coil was slightly impacted with dust and dirt Fan blades and motor were acceptable Washed coil from inside out Waxed top of unit Offered compressor saver customer declined for now
Brock S.
Found that flood switch was tripped, causing unit tonot cool. reset switch, blew out drain line with co 2 and added a Pan strip treatment to unit. unit cooling as normal. did inform customer of biological growth near coil and would recommend a UV system. found no other issues at this time.

completed an electrical evaluation the problem was the outlet that the indoor AC was plugged into it was not functioning properly at first it read hot and ground reversed then as I took apart an additional plug it said open neutral I will be calling the customer back on Tuesday the fifth so that I can ask them which options they prefer and what date they would like this to be done
Mike S.
Upon arriving customer said outdoor fan was not coming on. I asked if the thermostat was on he said asked him to turn it on so i could see what's happening on the outdoor unit. Compressor started fan was not starting tested capacitor it is within ratings on both sides. Tried to turn the fan motor is locked up also took amp draws compressor is over amping RLA is 18 measuring 21 amps. System is a 33 year old R22 Heil unit told the customer I could repair however I think it would be better to replace the system and asked if he was open to talking about replacement. Customer said he was open scheduled comfort advisor to visit on Tuesday 3-5 pm I asked if he wanted to us to come sooner since the system was down. Customer said he wanted to wait till Tuesday. Sending estimates for repair.

2018 Ameristar 3.5 ton HP attic. System fully functional upon arrival. Customer stated that the installation company came back in the nick of time and fixed the issue. I asked if it was okay to just make sure everything was in proper order, customer inclined. After I verified system functionality, we discussed the need for insulation and duct redesign as the customers have minimal insulation and duct work that is strapped high and enveloped in 100°+ temperatures. Wife politely defaulted to her Husband which was not home. I asked if we could "pencil in" a CA appointment to talk about insulation and duct redesign, wife seems interested but needed to have her husband present for any future scheduling of the sort. Customer also mentioned that her husband has a lot of contracting contacts.
