5/22/22 Joel B - Did a evaluation on system found the blower motor is bad need to order x-13 motor Model #: AVPTC49C14AC Serial #: 1811026006 and contact customer to schedule to install, flushed the drain, sold uv bulb Customer wants Joel B to come back and do the motor install and uv bulb
Customer called because the system was not cooling properly. Found the air filter was installed with the plastic wrap, but was severely damahed. Replaced filter provided by the customer and service checked the system. Amps, capacitors, and refrigerant levels are operating within specs, and flushed the drain with 1 gallon of water. Delta T@19Â°F, left the system on in cooling.
CTU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications, indoor unit filter is clean and the primary drain line is clear. Recommended compressor saver to extend system overall lifespan, customer declined
Cleaned and inspected system. Found cracked primary drain pan leaking into home. System found to be low on charge. Leak search resulted in leaking schrader valve on vapor line. Customer interested in scratch and dent program for new system
Customer says system is making a chirping noise, customer has recording of sound, cycled the system several times and noise did not occur. System is working as it should so I assured the customer that the noise isnâ€™t coming from anything harmful

Today I did a complete and thorough evaluation of the customer system. I checked for anything that affected the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the system. Customer has a four year old air handler with a four year old heat pump. Air handler has a PSC motor, capacitor tested within range and blower head no shaft play but was a little dirty. Coil is clean no fin damage. Heat strips tested within range as well. Heat pumps capacitor tested within range. Refrigerant levels were good. Outdoor fan have no Chef play in was ballads
LV 1 gas 30k upflow with level 1 filtration cut in new 30k duct system, flue pipe, slab, disconnect, whip. standard thermostat, new lineset, power to outdoor unit, 16x20 cover for return and 600 square foot R29 insulation
5/12/22 Casey D - Upon arrival found the evaporator coil was completely frozen over. Turned the system off and advised the customer to leave it off for 1 day to let the system completely thaw. Need to reschedule for tomorrow. Left the system down. Found the system was freezing up because the evaporator coil was extremely dirty. Cleaned the evaporator coil, and verified system operations in cooling. Delta T@16Â°F, refrigerant levels are operating within specs. Customer became a Titanium member. Left the system on in cooling. Advised customer to put a 20Ã—20Ã—1 filter @ airhandler.
Free second opinion. Service checked the system and found to be extremely low on R-22 refrigerant, and compressor capacitor is testing weak. Recommend system upgrade due to age/condition of the system, cost of repairs, and R-22 phase out. Customer will need to think about it. Left the system down.
