4/20/24 - Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met Mr. Bearden. he showed me inside to the indoor unit, and explained that he had tried to put in some electrical components himself but didn't know how to do it. While looking at the equipment I tried to get the relay and transformer wired in but ran into trouble whenever I realized that there was an extra relay and wires in the circuit. I called Mark W for assistance and he instructed me to ask the customer to reschedule for first call Monday when we both can come out to examine the system. The homeowner was okay with this

04/20/24 Tyler s- cleared shower drain of hair and tub drain.

For this evaluation the customer stated their furnace was leaking from the coil. I showed up and opened the coil door and immediately notice the coil was frozen. The filter was not dirty so I went outside gauged up and had a below freezing sat temp. I like searched the EVAP coil however with the amount of ice buildup I was not able to get any solid readings from inside. Some sporadic hits but nothing steady enough to confidently say that's where it was coming from. I added refrigerant to detect where the leak was coming from on the condenser and was getting an indicator on my leak detector that a leak was somewhere in the vicinity of the compressor and low pressure switch. I sprayed bubbles on it however was not getting any indicator of an air leak. I called my supervisor Ryan and informed him of what I was seeing, and we agreed we would come out together next week. For the super tuna if I inspected the air handler and condenser. I'll equipment was measuring with a manufacturer specs and running well. During my inspection of the air handler I noticed there was no water safety on the primary drain line I do recommend them getting water safety installed.

Installed pan treatment, Dual run cap and compressor saver

For the super tune-up I inspected the air handler and condenser. All equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well. Customer had a full switch on the drain pan however no water safety on the primary drain line. I recommend getting a float switch put on the primary drain line, a compressor saver, surge protection with the kind of system they have to protect it. Lastly their system is approximately 4 years old and there's already dust buildup in the supply plenum and blower wheel therefore I recommend a Aprilaire media upgrade kit. Customer said he'll talk it over with his wife and call the office and they decide to move forward.

Upon arrival indoor was Blower, outdoor was off. Checked line voltage and low voltage. Had no low voltage at Condenser, took thermostat off wall and found y wire was loose. Tightened wire and outdoor Condenser came on. Checked all components on out door. System running in cool mode Customer confirmed

During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about recommendations for the system including a new uv bulb and upgrading to the aprilaire filter kit so catch more dirt and dust before getting to the unit Customer wanted to hold off for now and possibly give us a call back if they decide to move forward

Performed plumbing inspection small home one bathroom could not get into had dogs locked in that room. Made recommendation for flood protection for water heater.

I've come back today to install germ light and iaq200. Work is complete system ready for cooling.

His main panel and sub panel looked good but his sub is in a closet and I talked to him about this but instead of moving it he's going to make the closet into an office space so it's code compliant

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Changed filter. Recommend replacing r22 geothermal system.

Bio growth apparent on indoor heavy buildup on fan refrigerant level is half capacity no overflow safety installed ducts are in need of cleaning compressor amps over max. Recommend replacing if not then estimated repairs.

Completed STU additional work will be done this Monday at 6 30pm. I'm ordering an iaq200 and a value germ light.

During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke to customer about membership upgrade and he wanted to move forward with the upgrade Left customers house with system operating properly

03/26/24 Tyler s- 2 leaks under the trailer. Capped off one line and repaired the second with a crimp coupling. All water lines are poly and had to do repair with pex crimpers.
