Jonathan Cox referred me to this customer as a trusted technician, he found discrepancy with the drain system when he was In a conversation with the customer about electrical work. I arrived and helped Johnathan with the electrical and after worked on the HVAC indoor unit in the attic. I found a UV system that was not functional, spoke to the cust about it and agreed on a Copper membership to enjoy the discount on the UV bulb. Upon further investigation, I found a leak in the Evaporator coil and discrepancy with the drain line build. Upon showing all this to the cust, she agreed to have a comfort advisor come out today 11-29-22 at talk about a new system. I mentioned that we would pause our Job (Johnathan and I) until after the visit with comfort advisor. If the customer does not get a new system then we will collect on the work (I can only speak for my HVAC work and not for Jonathans electrical work). My ticket should reflect $399.20 - UV bulb and a copper 20 membership. I'm not sure
