For this job, I work on a super tune-up on this 5-year-old system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Got to customer's house for electrical inspection as well as taking a look at doorbell and got here and talked to customer about issue customer is blind and was having a very stressful day had multiple people over while I was here and also a person calling him on the phone while I was there but helped custom around as much as I could possible try not to stress him out anymore at all and look that doorbell issue and customer thought it was a battery issue but comes to find out battery is fine and he just needs to reconnect it via internet to get it working again but explained all of that to customer and he understands everything and it's just very happy and did talk to him about his panel and having surgery protection also explained a few other things and will email it all to them

For this call we performed an evaluation. We noted the unit was reaching low temp limit on the zone board. We set the low limit to 41 when original was 48. No other issues were noted.

I also recommended homeowner ads a drain switch as a form of protection against water damage. Homeowner agreed to have the compressor saver replace within warranty and purchase a new condensate water treatment pan strip. Homeowner may wait until next check up to add drain protection. For this call I performed a evaluation. I discovered the unit was completely out of refrigerant, the capacitor was completely out of tolerance, the disconnect was improperly installed and broken serious electrical hazard was advised to homeowner it needs to be replaced, all the ducks were not properly sealed on the unit, and there is a giant leak in the evaporator coil. I spoke to homeowner about all repairs needed to get the unit back up and running. Unfortunately the unit is not within warranty. I spoke with homeowner about replacing entire unit due to severity of its condition and refrigerant being outdated. Homeowner opted to have a comfort advisor come first thing in the morning between 10:00 and 12:00 to give financing options for a entire unit replacement.
