Problem with Ducts that was not trivial
Everything went fine, He was knowledgeable and explain everything.
Casey Dobbs was personable, professional, and answered my questions. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
Very kind and honest
Ryan provided excellent service on my AC. He is very knowledgeable.
I can hardly think of enough adjectives to describe Ryan and his work. He is friendly, professional, answers any and all questions, and the best is that he shows you exactly what he is doing. In my case, it was HVAC checkup of 3 systems, and he shows you the standard, and then what your system is doing. He says (in my case) your system will continue to run, but it will overheat and cause damage to the compressor. My philosophy had always been let it run until it quits. Now I understand why it is necessary to change parts when they get to a certain stage so you don't have to pay more later. Anyway, this was a very positive experience.
Office notified us about an hour before Mark B would arrive. Punctual and respectful of our household. Wore facemask and booties. Five stars and a high five for his professional work.
5/25/22 Mark W/Kellen M - Customer will call in when she gets her new toilet and faucet so I can put it in
Performed 1st year tune up, replaced the air filter provided by the customer, inspected all the components, flushed the drain with 1gallon of water, and washed the condenser coil. System is functioning properly. Left the system on in cooling.
New panel looked great was up to code no surge protector everything else looked great
Both units working well. Downstairs unit slightly low on refrigerant. Customer declined fill up at this time. Client concerned with water lines clogging and requested pan strips for both units - installed.
Performed tune up on a 9 year old split system, and inspected the 10 year old unit. Upon arrival found coil frozen and extremely dirty filter, removed filter and let run for 45 minutes. Sat temp went from 29° to 48°, subcool 7° everything functioning properly at this time. Upstairs- condenser fan over amping and fan capacitor below specs, refrigerant levels are good and everything else functioning properly. Customer decided to wait on condenser fan and capacitor.
Completed evaluation. Dead capacitor. Replaced capacitor, system running in cooling on departure. Verified temp at supply vent at 68 degrees
Customer stated that he blew the drain line out after the technician left yesterday and it was still spilling water from the system, I got underneath the home and found that the drain which was always just dumping under the home until the technician came out in February and reconnected it, will not drain well even if supported better due to the fact that the opening in which the pipe terminates from under the home is higher than the highest point of the drain line meaning it will always be uphill, offered customer a condensate pump and he purchased the pump. Will return when pump comes in from being ordered
Upon arrival found drainline clogged. Refrigerant levels good. Customer wants to make repair himself
System not working due to dual run capacitor being bad, customer purchased new dual run capacitor with parts warranty, system is now cooling, I looked over the system for the customer and everything is fine besides the filter, it is very dirty, recommended compressor saver to extend compressor overall lifespan
Did a STU, changed filter, changed uv bulb for customer, refrigerant levels are good, drain was clogged cleared the drain, rodents chewed on wired for drain switch customer stated would call and set up to be replaced at another time, customer stated wants Joel B to come out when she calls to replace the drain switch, customer verified unit was working Drain
