Arrived for CTU All components were working Connected Guage and showed low refrigerant Recommended IAQ 200, surge, membership and refrigerant with leak detect Customer wanted to upgrade membership but wanted to wait on the other.

Arrived for Eval Ran test and figured out it was the cap Replaced cap under warranty System running when I left.

Arrived for rec work Installed new board and system was running before I left Customer would like to have a plumber come out and look at their Toilet

Spoke with Mr Erikson and listened to the outdoor unit turn on. Customer stated fan did not turn on. Booking 45 on myself for as early as possible tomorrow.

Customer has to call city to mark her meter so I can turn the water off. Cannot find the meter to home. She will call us back out once the city marks the meter so we can shut of the water and work on the shower valve.

Arrived for eval Ran test and confirmed the board on the outdoor unit is bad Relayed information to customer and will hold for parts

During inspection discovered that suction line has zero pressure and liquid line was sitting around 500 psi and this was due to a major restriction coming from the TXV Spoke to customer about the route of getting this problem fixed or the route of putting in a more reliable system with warranties and customers wanted to hold off for now on any decisions and give us a call once they decided which route they wanna take System had a 3.5 ton TXV

Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area and ductwork was dirty. The drain line was draining slowly and had visible buildup. The attic insulation was low. The ductwork is outdated and is know to have durability and efficiency problems. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer decided to move forward with an AprilAire filter upgrade and treatment strip. These items were installed and functional today. She also decided to add a membership to thake advange of the services and discounts. The system was functioning upon departure.

Completed annual heat and air conditioning tune up.

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the system was not blowing cold air. The system was out of refrigerant. The customer asked about adding refrigerant but was advised against it. The customer will look into gathering some finances and will call us back about replacement. The system was left in the Off position upon departure.

Tech arrived at a 2 system membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The contactors were in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were replaced. The drains were clear. The blower areas were dirty. The Deltas and refrigerant were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with adding treatment strips to help keep the drain system clean and install a compressor saver on the downstairs system. The items were installed and functional. She will revisit the surge protection on the electrical visit. The systems were functioning upon departure.

During inspection discovered that indoor cap was below tolerance and that compressor was over amping on the inrush Spoke to customers about getting both these problems solved and any other issues and they wanted to go ahead with the new cap and installing a compressor saver Left customers house with system operating properly

Both ystem are in tolerance. I've cleaned both condensor and changed both filters. I added the iaq200 to improve air quality on 1 system today. Td is 20 on both.

The system was functioning upon departure. Pause for financing. If she doesn't answer, she would like us to keep calling until she does.

Arrived for Rec work Installed condenser fan motor and contactless board. All components were working before I left. Related information to customer.

Arrived for Eval The customer states the cooling side wasn’t working Ran test and figured out that the outdoor fan motor has a short and the condenser contactless board was bad too. Ordered new parts Related information to customer and will come back later to install new board and fan motor

On arrivalmsystem was running and cooling as intended. Indoor unit was clean and the drain line flowed when flushed. I recomended buying thicker filters to prevent dust buildup on the coil. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this and increase the compressors lifespan.

04/02/24 Tyler - clogged toilet, shower still drains. Used 6ft auger and plunger but no luck clearing toilet. Denied further chargers like pulling toilet. Informed her to try a drain cleaning specialist company. Toilet was 100% full upon arrival.

On arrival system was running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. Indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean coil. The blower was dusty. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. I installed an April aire filter upgrade to improve filtration and reduce dust bypass and I installed a compressor saver kit to prevent the compressor from overamping on start up. When I left the system was running and cooling.

Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Customer did not have replacement filter will purchase and replace themselves. Recommend duct cleaning lvl1 after remodeling of home. Emailed estimates.

03/30/24 Tyler S- couldn't afford $220 drain cleaning so unclogged with trip fee. 15min clog

On arrival the system was off. The indoor unit produced a 20 degree delta in cooling and had a clean blower, coil, and drain lines. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended the microbial mist sanitizing spray to sanitize the system and with the customers permission I preformed this service. When I left the system was off at the thermostat.
