Upon arrival for service system on and not cooling. Inspected system and found capacitor out of tolerance. Replaced capacitor. System came on and cooled properly. Recommended compressor saver kit to help reduce wear on compressor and capacitor. Left system on and cooling.

9 month old trane. System operation is normal, drains clear, changed filter. Ducts are extremely dirty, will decrease lifespan of brand new system if not cleaned or replaced.

Completed ETU Panel looks good but has double lugged neutrals Gfcis needed for kitchen and 2 baths Cover plants needed on 2 outlets And need a tandem breaker too put in any surge protection Said she didn't wanna do anything today due to her car getting serviced

Tech arrived for a Parts and Labor Warranty HTU. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were dirty and were hosed off. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. There was no pan treatment strip. There was no inline drain safety switch however there was a wet switch. The UV system was functioning. The UV bulb has been in the system since installation. The older the bulbs are, the less effective they can be. The customer decided to replace the UV bulb today. Customer was informed of recommendations today and she would like to wait on the Surge Protector until her next visit. The customer is aware that we provide Solar and does not wish to recieve additional information at this time. The system was functioning upon departure.

Customer had his thermostat break during the storm so I could not perform a proper tune up. A Honeywell thermostat was offered but they wanted to go with another nest thermostat. Customer is going to go purchase one from the hardware store and then reschedule the tune-up and a thermostat install in the near future. Job is being paused until then.

Completed tune up. Outdoor unit capacitor in tolerance. Fan and compressor pulling normal amps. Refrigerant level ok. Washed outdoor coil. Indoor unit blower wheel clean. Filter clean. Drain clear. Arrived for NC/leak call Outdoor Slightly low on refrigerant Cap in tolerance Indoor VERY corroded Unit is leaking directly into the secondary drain pan Water came out of several screw holes once screws were removed secondary drain pan is also very corroded Drain lines are clear Customer has to talk to a banker about financing due to several upgrades she recently purchased for the home
