Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in.
He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself.

Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent.
They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained
They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained.
They are very careful with the cost and keep the expenses to a minimum Which I greatly appreciate
My technician today was Mike R
Not only did he do an excellent job analyzing a few minor issues that could be easily fixed to extend a life of my unit. He was training a new technician Who eventually will become as proficient as he is.

Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.

Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. Upon arrival homeowner expressed concern over system performance and air flow Performed evaluation Washed condensor, replaced filter and tightened connections Delta 17 Previous homeowners added 2 supplies to existing system for garage and near room that is not rated for current tonage Reccomended Duct seal on supply on both ducts Reccomended soft start due to 109 starting amps Reccomended insulation due to very low levels inside attic – estimate for higher insulation levels on different estimate Reccomended Capacitor due to very low manufacturer rated readings When new coil and condenser were installed before new homeowner arrived – piston sizing is in question with higher than normal reading of refrigerant – once the correct environment and repairs are made system performance with home balance will change Added home and budget protection plan System left on cool at exit

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit passed all electrical testing but uv bulb was off on arrival. It turned back on when power was cycled to the unit but is out of tolerance and ready to be replaced. Outdoor unit passed all testing but compressor overamped on start up. Recommended a compressor saver kit to reduce wear and tear to compressor by reducing amp draw on start up to under manufacture red line.

08/31/24 TS- installed new 40gal gas waterheater AO Smith. Customer supplied drain pan and gas flex line. I reused waterline connections and vent hood. Old waterheater didn't have a gas sediment trap or drain pan. New unit has been updated

08/30/24 TS- multiple quotes on installing a new gas waterheater. Water supply lines need to be replaced. Water shutoff works but needs to be updated. Gas line needs a sediment trap and a new shutoff valve. Waterheater is on a stand but there's no pan.
