Today I did a complete and thorough evaluation of the system. I checked for anything that would affect the safety, the efficiency, and reliability of the system he has a two system house but I only serviced one system it was a seven year old gas furnace with a Street call condenser. Gas furnace had an X 13 blower. The blower was clean and had no shaft play. Coil was clean and there was no corrosion. Capacitors on the outdoor unit were replaced last year and tested perfectly fine. no shaft play with outdoor fan motor and refrigerant levels were good

2/28/22 Dennis - Build up on blower wheel, duct cleaning, evaporator coil dirty, biological growth in supply plenum and duct work, cleaned condenser coil, system is operating at this time. Sold Air Quality 3000 lvl2 duct cleaning with UV light and renewed membership Copper annually to be done 3-1-22.
