Job Locations and Reviews
On arrival systems were running and cooling producing 18+ degree deltas. Indoor units had clean coils and drain lines but dirty blowers. Supply plenum for upstairs system had large spots of biological growth. Outdoor units passed all electrical testing but were overamping on start up. I recommended compressor saver kits to address this and to reduce wear and tear on the compressor. I recommended an April aire upgrade kit to prevent further dust bypass and I recommended iaq 200 uv systems to prevent further biological growth and improve air quality.
Arrived for STU Recommend refurbishing, IAQ 3000, blower clean and coil clean. Customer would like to have a comfort advisor out on May 2/2024 @12-3
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned condenser. Customer changes filter himself on the 1st every month.

All components were working and in tolerance Recommended IAQ 200, 1000, Blower clean, Coil clean, panstrip for both units. Surge protection for whole house and membership. Relayed Information to customer and told them that their upstairs system was working. Customer wanted to think about recommendations.

Tape was applied to these areas. The Delta was within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will call back in at the end of summer to approach further system needs.
On arrival both systems were running and heating producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor units passed all electrical testing and were running when I left.
Quoted on tankless and electrical tank waterheaters. Insist on having tank installed on risers. Water supplies will have to be moved up in order to reach. And have an air gap with the T&P drain line.
After arrival I was able to use the homeowner. Step stool to get on the counter where they recently cut open the sheet rock for a previous leak on the same pipe. Luckily, the pipe was already exposed so there was no need for a diagnostic fee to search and locate. But after I gave the home owners the price for the fix, they did not seem interested in moving forward and said that they will take care of the leak themselves. I did refer our restoration company for the water damage and told the homeowners if they changed their mind to give us a call. Thank you
