On arrival the system was cooling and producing a 16 degree delta. The indoor unit had a clean blower and coil and the drain lines flowed when flushed. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. When I left the unit was back on and cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day

Customer heater is working on em heat only. I've mentioned A comfort advisor for there 2 system replacement customer needs time to consider. Both system are now cleaned and all caps are still intolerance. Customer is also thinking about solar.

Tech arrived for a service call. Upon inspection the system was blowing warm air. The condenser fan motor was running however the compressor was not. The capacitor was checked and it was out of tolerance. This item was replaced and the system regained functionality. The home was very warm. It will take a long time to exchange all the air in the home. The Delta was 20 degree and the refrigerator was at acceptable levels. The filter was very dirty. The customer will order another and replace it. The blower area and coil was very dirty. There was excessive growth present. It is recommended that the system recieve a level 2 duct cleaning. The customer was given a business card and will let us know about possible becoming a member. The system was functioning upon departure.

Upon arrival, found compressor not running. Found ants in contactor. Replaced contactor and cleaned out control panel from dead insects. All inherent components were within range and functioning properly. Refigerant levels were within range.
