Joe and Jose with his team replaced 2 full systems for me. They did it to my 100% satisfaction with professionalism. This is by far the best contractor experience I have had. Before he left he tested everything with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would use comfort experts again for sure.
it was his last call of the day, it had begun to rain, and he had a long drive back home ahead of him. But he cheerfully checked out the system, indoors and out, found a drainage problem that required extra time to fix, eliminated the small gas leak that required service in the first place, and left me two furnaces perfectly tuned and running. Throughout all this he was cheerfully took all the time the work needed. I am grateful to Comfort Experts for hiring such fine people!l
It wasn't mark Bennett who was here; it was Ty, and you should be very pleased to have such an excellent young man on your staff. He is competent, informative, pleasant, and does excellent work. Thanks
Our technician came for our annual inspection. He was extremely polite and listened to every concern. Made sure to address all issues before leaving.
The crew was friendly and efficient. I thought they did a wonderful job.
Completed evaluation. Compressor capacitor dead, reading 0.229. Replaced capacitor. System running in cooling on departure
Upon arrival found system running and cooling. Delta drop was great. Changed filter. Refigerant levels were within range and capacitor was within manufacturers specs. All other components were within range and working properly.
Disconnect was pulled out and on the ground, put back in system is operating normally at this time.
Thoroughly performed a super tune up for all 3 split systems, washed condenser coil out and checked all components. Upstairs-refrigerant levels are fine, dual run capacitor low, no drain switch but everything else functioning properly. Downstairs bedrooms- refrigerant levels are good, dual run cap is new, condenser fan has hot spots, air handler covered in biological growth, everything else functioning properly at this time. Main downstairs- refrigerant levels are low, compressor capacitor below specs, air handler is covered in a substantial amount of biological growth along with the inside of the ecm motor. Due to the age and condition of the system, highly recommended upgrading to something reliable with warranties behind it. Customer is meeting with an advisor Friday at 12pm.

Did a complete evaluation of both systems. Both units were about 5 years old. Customer reported no issues or problems, but did mention that maintaining a homeowners warranty requires their AC systems to be inspected by a qualified technician at least once per year. He said that the $5.80 special was a great deal to satisfy the homeowners warranty requirement.
Customer called because the home inspector found a small gas leak. Service checked both Systems, and performed a leak search on both systems and found the leak on the sediment trap on downstairs furnace( pictures included in photo checklist), no leaks found on upstairs furnace, also found both drains were clogged. Repaired the gas leak and re-performed another leak check, no leaks detected(pictures included in the photo checklist). Cleared the drain lines and reflushed with 2 gallons of water is now flowing properly and not leaking. Systems are functioning properly, left downstairs on in cooling, upstairs off @thermostat.
Did a thorough evaluation did not find anything wrong with both units.
Performed a super tune up. Heat strips amping within specs and working properly. Heat pump reversing valve working, cooling ops working. Unit blower capacitor was low, customer elected to replace, outdoor unit working and amping properly, unit running upon departure in heating. Customer filter changed recently, drain line clear and draining and cleaned outdoor unit with water hose.
Arrived for Stu on a 5 year old Coleman gas furnace. Tested furnace components. Flame sensor clean. Igniter clean. Inducer at proper amperage. Fan clean. Coil clean. Poured bleach down drain at customer request. Recommended a pan treatment. Customer declined. Changed filter. Also recommended a duct cleaning. Customer declined. Condenser capacitor good. Coil clean. Fan and compressor within proper amp ranges. No issues to report. Recommended a comfort advisor to discuss tankless water heaters. Customer not interested at this time. Unit operational on departure.
