Performed ah, system operation is normal, Daikin dc inverted heat pump. Refrigerant levels in range, tightened electrical connections, cleaned condenser, airhandler has an extreme case of biological growth inside and in supply plenum, needs lv2 duct cleaning and uv system.
Replace old polybutylene piping (quest) from where water enters the house, all the way to back bathroom. Three bathrooms, water heater , laundry room and kitchen . Will run one inch pex and branch off at drops using 1x1x1/2in tees. We will re use the existing holes where current piping penetrates through the subfloor. We will remove sheetrock for the shower valves and put on emergency shut offs at every fixture as well as two We will screw sheetrock that is removed back up but are not responsible for tape-bed-texture. Price could increase if we run into any unforseen issues.

10 year old Goodman heat pump, system is operating normally at this time, build up on blower wheel, biological growth, duct cleaning. Cleaned condenser coil, sold lvl2 duct cleaning to be done 9-28-22.
Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection the condenser fan motor was not running. The breakers were turned off and the capacitor was tested. The capacitor was within specs. The disconnects were reengage and the fan motor came back on. The compressor was running intermittenly. The low pressure side was pulling a vacuum on the system when the compressor was running. It is suspected that the metering device is faulty and a quote was given for replacement. There was a leak tested conducted on the system and there was no obvious leaks observed. The filter was not applied correctly and the customer is ordering a new one. The customer will call the office tomorrow to inquire about getting information about getting their Labor Warranty back and back paying on missed payments. System was on upon departure.

Thoroughly inspected the 2006 zone system, the system zones are opening up at the moment, contactor on the outside unit is burned, evaporator coil is extremely rusted up, drain is clogged, blower motor covered in growth/oil and there is biological growth inside the air handler. Due to the age and condition of the system, spoke with the customer about upgrading to something reliable with warranties behind before spending more money on a system this age.
