Great service. Good price.
My only objection is that the air conditioner is louder than my prior units.
Joel Buckingham from Comfort Experts Inc. And I had a great conversation. He was prompt and provided recommendations to make my system work better and last longer.

2 flooded systems with clogged evaporator coils, systems have excess amounts of oil in them, systems upgrade do to age and condition. Mr is selling house not present new tenants in house, tried calling him several times and sent to voicemail.
Did a evaluation on system, found the zone damper was stuck closed customer stated they would replace it on there own, placed the damper to the open position so it would cool the downstairs ,checked capacitor, checked filter, flushed drain, refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving
7/30/22 Upon arrival found hvac cooling. This system is brand new and found no issues. Delta is 22 drain lines are clear and system's sat temps are perfect. The only thing that they will need in the future is a compressor saver. I've notified the customer of this and they're aware a compressor saver will need to be installed to make sure this system has a good long life span. Left system cooling with 22DT
7/28/22 Upon arrival found system cooling. Systems DT and sat temps looked good, but the capacitor was low charged. I replaced the capacitor and they have a lifetime warranty now since they're club members. System was left coolinf with 20DT and drain lines are clear
Tech arrived for a CTU. Upon arrival the capacitor tested within specs. The contactor was functioning. The compressor was pulling very high amperage. The coils were clean. The filter was very dirty and was restricting airflow. The Delta was 29. The blower area had minor rusting from condensate problems. The refrigerant was at acceptable levels. Drain was flowing at the time of inspection. Before arrival the customer stated that there was a bunch of water below/around the attic unit. There water had evaporated by the time the tech arrived. Multiple gallons of water was poured and the source of water was not identified at this time. It is suspected that the dirty filter may have caused the coils to freeze and an excess amount of water may have accumulated in the bottom of the unit. It is advised that the customer change the filter and observe the drain system after this is done. It is an AprilAire filter 910. Bleach should be poured down the drain on a regular basis. 7/27/22 Upon arrival found system not cooling. The system was killed due to the drain switch cutting power. The customer had already cleaned the drain pan and gotten rid of the water before I got jere. 24v was going to the condenser but the system's defrost board was going out on low pressure. I plugged in my gauges and got a whopping 0psi. Somehow every last drop of freon leaked out. I offered to get a comfort advisor out to the property to give him a bid but due to how new the system is he's going to try to get ahold of whoever installed it. It's a 2020 system and nearly brand new.
