Tightened feeder conductors. Full inspection on service. Repaired loose connections and breakers. Inspected and tightened all outlets in dining room. Replaced defective gfci.

Customer had toilet leaking from tank upstairs and leaking down from ceiling downstairs. She said our quote was high but would talk with her husband.

For this cooling tune up I inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs. The factory hard Start was reading 96 MFD with a range of 88-106 MFD. The dual run capacitor was within tolerance as well. I tightened all high voltage connections and refrigerant levels look good. The customer is scheduled for a dryer vent and duct cleaning Friday March 21st and paid for the service ahead.

Arrived for CTUx2 Replaced one filter. The other is fine Drains are clear but a second drain switch is needed to prevent the higher system from flooding the lower system - declined at this time UV bulb on the bedroom system is out and growth is already on the coil and drain pan - declined bulb replacement or upgrade at this time Blowers and coils are dust free Condenser coils are clean Recommended removing the leaf cover from the main unit. Homeowner will do this on his own Replaced dual run cap on the bedroom condenser as it was nearing failure All other capacitors and motors are fine Refrigerant levels are fine

Came out to complete recwork of replacing a two-stage gas valve for the downstairs unit removed old one installed new and tested it everything is fine did not change thermostat settings while I was here

Gave customer option for running toilet also fixed water pressure on sink by accident had debris on screen

During this visit I looked at his heater. The heat strip all pull 19 amps. This is a 15kw. The blower motor looks clean. The system could use a uv light to help keep the house air clean and prevent biogrowth in the air handler.

3/8/25 Need Nate or Jake to come out on Monday and replace a 40 amp eaten/cutler Hammer breaker double pole the one I attempted to put in was faulty and I cannot get the part tonight but I will not be able to work on Monday the 20 amp breaker that is currently turned off and in the 40-hamp breakers place belongs to us and is solely a placeholder and to test whether or not voltage is good

Customer requested second opinion on 10 foot section of broken sewer line. When presented the estimate customer informed me he had received a quote for 1800 from an excavation company and was gonna go with them.

Customer supplied 2 handle 4 inch spread lav faucet chrome customer is going to pick up faucet and schedule to come out Monday for install

Today I performed a membership tune-up on a 1-year-old gas furnace checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and in cool mode flushed the drain line with white vinegar filter was replaced Yesterday by the homeowner advised getting a better filter no concerns with refrigerant levels Delta and heat rise are spot on unable to wash outdoor coils due to busted hose bib left estimate for replacing this also presented estimates for other upgrades including indoor air quality and longevity of the unit went over the star plan as they are about to expire discussed the new home and budget protection plan homeowner has chosen not to take any recommendations at this time however all information will be emailed and they can call back anytime thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Dug up main water line going to home in front yard found a broken coupling on the main. Went ahead and replaced bad section of piping on home. Tested after repair was made everything working properly.

Upstairs leak. Found upstairs toilet to loose on floor. Also noticed discoloration on linoleum and floor is spongy. Gave estimates for pull/reset and flange replacement. Also told customer that subfloor may need to be repaired. No work done at this time

Today I showed up for a warranty tune-up on two gas furnace units one of them 5 years old and one of them seven years old checked everything indoor and outdoor in heat mode and in cool mode changed the air filters and flushed the drain lines with white vinegar also washed the outdoor coils found multiple concerns one being the two-stage gas valve on the downstairs Amana gas furnace was inoperable this is under warranty and we will order the part and return to replace free of charge other than that the single value germicidal bulb that is installed on the downstairs system is out of date there is no UV system on the upstairs unit made recommendations to Simply install the new upgraded IAQ 200 models one for each unit this would offer a 3-year life on the bulbs and a lifetime warranty on all electrical components through the manufacturer also the outdoor units have both begun to draw more amps than they are supposed to upon startup this is typical as you start venturing past the halfway

1 duct run was not connected properly. 2 vents couldnt open or close and some doucts needed to be hung higher to access unit better. Everything has been fixed and all rooms are getting great airflow.

Arrived onsite customer directed me to a toilet in hall bathroom where toilet was leaking. Went ahead and replaced the flapper for the toilet. Customer did not want us to do the plumbing inspection.

Arrived onsite customer had a leak coming up in front yard when water turned on. Wrote multiple options for homeowner for replacement or repair. Emailed to the customer her son will go over options with her and call us back when ready.

For this evaluation the customers downstairs furnace was not heating, but would occasionally run until temperature was met but then not come back on when it dropped below. The furnace was give an E2 code, for stuck open pressure switches. I spoke to the customer about what I found and recommended replacing both pressure switches which she allowed me to do. After getting them installed and to inWC the system ran in both hi and low stage heat. Customer would like to have an electrician come out to look at electrical outlets, dining room fan, and lights.
