Tech arrived at a 2016 carrier zoned tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was out of tolerance. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. The filter was recently replaced. There was no drain safety on the system. There was growth present in the system. The Delta was within range. The customer accompanied the tech through the inspection. The customer was informed ofrecommendations today. The customer will wait until next year for repairs. Customer was informed that the capacitor may not last that long. The customer would like an electrician to evaluate the patio outside outlet. The system was functioning upon departure.

#iaq upon arrival for tune up 9 year old systems on and cooling. Customer states issue with smell coming from system and drain lines. Inspected outdoor units. Fan and compressor amp draws within unit specifications. Capacitors within tolerance. Refrigerant pressure good. Inspected indoor units. Downstairs unit drain lines routed both through primary. Also found paper notebook inside of systems coil. Notebook covered in growth and could be responsible for smell. Blowers clean. Coils have slight corrosion buildup. Recommended repairing drains and installation for drain safteys. Customer agreed. Left system on and cooling.

Tech arrived for a CTU *3. All systems were functioning upon arrival. The downstairs system had a capacitor that was close to being out of tolerance. The amperage was a little high on start up. The master system had a condenser fan motor that showed signs of possible oil loss. The upstairs system also had a capacitor that was barely above tolerance and also had a condenser fan motor that showed signs of possible oil loss. This system had a door switch that was bypassed by use of a wire. This wire was removed. All systems did not appear to have drain/pan overflow protection. All drain systems were checked and clear. All condensers were washed and all systems were functioning upon departure.
