Well I can't really say much about the service from today due to not much was done. But I will say, Marshall was my tech. He checked all the vents for me w/his phone. They all showed to be putting out 45 to 46 degree of air. He said that was normal. The noise that I was hearing from the downstairs vent in the kitchen was gone. Unfortunately, there was no noise. But I know what we been hearing. (My father was present but I couldn't get him to verify the noise because he was w/the physical therapist at the time Marshall was here. I told him maybe it was because the heater had just been turned on. But I will and can say, he had a great personality & and was very kind to me! He was well attentive to my concerns. I appreciate his tenacity regarding his job knowledge! I would like to say I'm gonna give him a (AVERAGE RATE) because much wasn't done.

12/7/22 Upon arrival found system cooling and heating with a 20DT. Cleaned condenser coil and checked filter. Filter was changed by customer yesterday and condenser coil was clean. Waxed top and checked LRA. Lra was too high and I recommended a compressor saver. Customer approved and I installed the compressor saver. LRA after the install was 50. System was left cooling with a 20DT
Upon arrival for heating tune up system on and heating. Inspected indoor unit. Blower has slight growth. Coil clean. Electrical heating functioning with proper amps. Drain line clear. Inspected outdoor unit. Refrigerant pressure good. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications. Capacitor within tolerance. Defrost board functioning properly. Recommended UV system for growth. Customer declined at this time
49 AH HUNTER K 11/19/22. NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED IN JULY Upon arrival system running and heating On Emergency heat I evaluated the indoor unit. Drain line clear. Filter clean. Electrical safeties good. Disconnect good. Blower motor clean and working. Coil and within spec. Heat strips within spec. Return slightly dusty. Control board good. Mastic seal recommended on supply plenum current seal is not airtight and effecting effiency and heat/cool. I evaluated the outdoor unit. Capacitor within spec. Contactor good. Electrical safeties good. Fan motor within spec and running. Compressor running and within spec. Reversing valve good. Pressure switches good. Defrost board good. Overall good health on system. Customer bought copper membership and will buy repairs in the future Left system running and cooling
60k horizontal gas furnace only, use existing drain pan and float switch

Upon arrival found system running and cooling. I evaluated the indoor unit found blower motor very dirty and blower wheel had dirt and dust Caked Up on all the louvers. Blower motor was working very hard and running on very high amperage. Coil was very Rusty on the side and could potentially be a leak in the refrigerant. Some wiring going to the heat strip kit was damaged and melting I uploaded pictures in the tune up form. I also presented every finding inside the indoor unit to the customers that she could be aware of what was going on and see it for herself as being a homeowner. I then proceeded to evaluate the outdoor unit and found compressor and condenser fan motor both working. Compressor sounds super sluggish and is struggling to maintain. System is R22 and also was found low on R22 refrigerant. Contactor was also found chattering and not making a complete contact. Dual capacitor was tested and found within manufacturer spec. Performed htu, system operation is normal, drains clear filter clean. Replaced uv bulb. Recommend running drainline to vent stack to prevent previous issues.
Upon arrival for tune up system on and cooling. Inspected indoor unit. Drain line clear. Changed filter. Heavy growth on coil and blower. Electrical heat came on and heated properly. Good amp draw through coil. Inspected outdoor unit. Fan and compressor amp draw within unit specifications. Capacitor out of tolerance. Replaced capacitor. Recommended duct cleaning. Customer declined at this time and said they would try to clean it up a little themselves. Warned customer to use non acidic cleaner as not to damage the coil should they attempt to do it themselves.
HTU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications, I cleaned the condenser coil with a water hose. Indoor unit filter is clean and the primary drain line is clear. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage and all electrical connections are tight. Defrost cycle is functioning properly
