Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Washed and cleaned unit. Changed filter.
Customer stated water was leaking from secondary drain on the side of the house. Ran diagnostic and found that primary drain connection was broken, causing all the water to drain into the pan. Reinstalled primary drain, cleared out drain line and installed a pan strip treatment. Tested unit and unit was running normally. Did inform customer that unit is over 10 years old and next major issue would result in a possible replacement recommendation. Poured water throughout to drain to ensure drain was clear. Found no other issues at this time.
Upon arrival asked customer why she was wanting a duct cleaning and she said because they had just had their house renovated and a bunch of dust was kicked up through the system and the house is just dusty after Spoke with customer about all the options for duct cleanings and any accessories they could add on top of that to promise the system to be even more well kept and they said they would like the estimates so they could sit down and talk about which one they want and said they would make a decision by the end of the day or possibly tomorrow
Checked charge and looked for any leaks, run the unit at 68 Temperature coming out air handler 42 Explained costumer how unit runs depending on thermostat demand.
I replaced condenser board and furnace board today reprogrammed the system there the app. System is back online
During inspection discovered that system was operating properly and avap coil,blower wheel and condenser coil were clean Spoke with customer about getting a compressor saver installed onto the system and he wanted to go ahead with it and get it installed Left customers house with system cooling
During inspection discovered that system was working properly and the cleanliness of the system was good Talked to the customers about getting a new surge protector, compressor saver and uv bulb Let customers know that the system was operating properly and that these components just prolong the life of the system in their own ways Customers decided to go with a unit surge protector and I went ahead and got that all swapped out for the customer
On arrival the system was running but the fan would not turn off. When the fan had no 24v call at the relay it was still running. After unhooking and re attaching all the wires for the relay it began working as intended. I did advise the customer that the relay will likely continue to have issues. Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. Left system in working condition.

On arrival the system was not running or cooling. I replaced the thermostat and the system did not turn on. I jumpered the thermostat and had the same result. I tested the transformer and found 240 going into it but nothing coming out and to the board. I recommended speaking with a comfort advisor before investing repairs into an aging system. The comfort advisor appointment is set for tomorrow from 10-12.
Outdoor unit wasn't coming on checked all safeties and capacitor all checked out. Checked drain switch not tripped indoor board was throwing EEF code fault code wasn't listed did some online research turns out EEF is overflow circuit open. Detached drain switch from board code was still being thrown jumped from terminal to terminal on board to close circuit. Thermostat line outside was frayed cut and spliced new Thermostat line to outdoor. System came on and started cooling blowing 58 degrees from supply vent. I had to make a dedicated jumper for the indoor board since board is faulty. Ordering new indoor OEM primary circuit board and will return to replace upon receiving part.

Year unknown, data tag faded. R22 straight cool. Customer said he thinks it's 13 years old. System down upon arrival. After eval, found the wrong dual run capacitor, contactor wired wrong, wrong fuse, and a faulty 24v transformer. Customer did not want to replace unit and was very explicit about it. Discussed membership but declined. Fixed aforementioned issues and the system is running.
Main water shutoff
System is operating normally, evaporator coil damaged and has filters over restricting the system.
Leak on water line near meter box fills with water, on homeowners side. Customer had to leave for work could not get water heater info.
