Cody did a very very good job and he is scheduled to come back on Thursday and do some cleaning on my unit I hate is very easy to work with and make things very understandable about what needs to be done and I appreciate him and the work that he does
Matt H. Did a great job and kept at it until all the work was finished. He gave excellent advice and got us up to code!
Did everything he said he would do. I am frustrated with the constant mini and moderate issues I've had since installing the heat pump.
Great service!!
Pleasant, informative man. Educated us
Alonso is very knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly that our unit had a problem and why it should be taken care of while he was here because it would eventually get worse. He explained how he would clear the clog in the lines and showed us what caused the clog. We are glad that Alonso was assigned for our regular tune up and discovered the problem.
Explained everything to me and explained what could happen. Excellent tech.

Great job!!
Had multiple issues with this company. Diagnoses kept changingfirst it was the compressor, then the capacitor, then they said the system just needed help starting. Parts were replaced, but no one clearly explained why, and Im still not sure any of it was even necessary. They seem more like salespeople than technicianspushing expensive fixes you probably dont need. Their membership plan is also questionable and didnt add any real value. Wouldnt recommend if you want honest, reliable service.
5:00 PM A/C decided to quit working was thankful Comfort Air was able to come out and fix my unit.
Alec was very polite and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He quickly pinpointed the main problem and tried to fix it. I didn't use my ac until three days later. The problem was not fixed. I reached out and was told that they would send another technician out. I just can't do that. It was water not draining to the main drain. I'll give a plumber a call. If that doesn't work, ill call another ac repair company. I really didn't want to write this. Super friendly staff. I don't understand why it is so difficult to find an ac repair company that can fix the problem. This makes #5.
Brock was very polite and professional. He even offered some tips for us to use while we wait for the part to come in for our furnace.
I thoroughly inspected and serviced the electrical components, ensuring they were functioning properly with appropriate amperage draws. The refrigerant levels were verified to be adequate, and the temperature split was within acceptable parameters. Drains were cleared and clean, and the condenser was meticulously cleaned. The air filter was replaced, and all gas safety mechanisms were confirmed to be operational. The equipment was tested and found to be working efficiently.
I replaced the dual run capacitor on the upstairs unit, ensuring the system operates efficiently. Upon inspection of the downstairs unit, I identified the compressor as faulty. I informed the customer of the issue and provided a warranty replacement for the Carrier compressor, model number 25TPA760A301, serial number 2023E10244. The customer settled the payment in full via check. Both units are now functioning correctly.
I conducted two comprehensive super tune-ups on the HVAC units. During the inspection, all refrigerant and mechanical components were operating within the normal specification limits. To enhance system efficiency and prevent potential issues, I recommended installing condensate drain treatments to avoid drain clogs. The homeowner chose to install the treatment in one of the two units, specifically the older one. I installed the condensate drain treatment and tested the drain line with a gallon of water to ensure proper functionality. No additional recommendations were made, and the units are now ready for the season. Thank you for choosing our services. Have a great day!
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough inspection of the unit and found it to be functioning properly. However, the condenser at the back of the unit was noticeably dirty, which can affect its efficiency. I meticulously cleaned the condenser, ensuring it was free of dust and debris. I also checked the Freon levels and found them to be adequate, contributing to the system's optimal performance. The temperature split was within the acceptable range, indicating balanced cooling. The customer had difficulty cleaning the condenser themselves because it was installed at a height of 8 feet off the ground, making it challenging to reach safely. My expertise allowed me to perform the necessary cleaning without any issues.
I thoroughly inspected and tested all electrical components, ensuring they were functioning correctly with no abnormal amp draws. The freon levels were verified to be optimal, and the temperature split was within the acceptable range. Drains were cleaned and found to be clear, while the condenser was spotless. The filter was replaced, and both the heating and cooling systems were tested, operating smoothly. Overall, the unit was fully functional and in excellent condition.
For this job, I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival, I noted that the thermostat was reading 78° inside the house although the house felt much cooler. I used my temperature probe to see what the actual ambient indoor temperature was. There was an 8° difference between what the thermostat and what the temperature probe said. I recommended replacing the thermostat due to false temperature readings. After replacing the thermostat that unit began to run within normal limits and the new thermostat calibrated to actual ambient temperature. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!

For this job I performed a evaluation. I discovered a failed DC inverter board and a secondary board on the unit under p&l warranty. I recommended a membership upgrade and a condensate water treatment strip due to condition of drain lines right now to prevent drain clogs during summer. Homeowner agreed to upgrade to home and budget protection plan and have condensate water treatment installed. Done for now, holding for parts, call homeowner when or comes in to have it scheduled. Thank you for choosing Comfort experts!
