For the cooling tune up I inspected the furnace and condenser. I attempted to get a Delta from the return and supply, however I was only getting a 12° Delta indicating there was a possible leak. When inspecting the coil I noticed there was oil on the suction line where the field weld was connecting the coil to the suction line. I leak detected and indeed got hits on that weld and on the insulation on the lines. I do not have torches, therefore there will have to be another appointment set for someone to come and fix that weld.
Defrost control board failed in the same way Low voltage wire has several small cracks in the exterior insulation layer Recommend running new wire with conduit to prevent damage from critters and undertaking surge protection
Added a return Sealed and lifted duct System left functional
They system is low on 410a. The tD is 9. We washed the system and check all other conpenets. He wants to call auther Hager to see about fixing this problem since they were the installers.
After doing the tune up we found large amount of biogrowth in the system. We added 2 iaq200 to tackle this issue. Both installed in the supply side. The tD is 19 on both system. After condensor washing the system is ready for cooling .
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home, I met Mr. Burch and he guided me inside to the thermostats and attic access. I started at the furnace for the left side of the house, the wheel on the inducer motor was broken and causing the system to make a bunch of noise while the heat was on. I showed the homeowner and she wanted a estimate for replacement. The blower had some dust buildup and the coil was corroded as well as the drain pan. Aside from the inducer, all the other safeties of the furnace functioned properly. I then moved on to the system for the right side of the house. The furnace turned on and went through all its safeties normally. The blower was clean, but the evaporator coil was very corroded and the drain pan as well. I noticed that the drain line was clogged and in need of clearing, the customer wanted an estimate for this as well. I swapped out the filters for both systems. I then headed outside and washed out both coils. The compressor and fan motor on both systems were o

When I was here previously I had mentioned a couple of things too as well as moving the panel to the outside because currently is it it is inside of a closet and I did reiterate these things this time around but he is an interested mainly for the fact that he says that it's been working just fine but beyond these facts I found nothing specifically wrong
Opening up the main panel it was relatively new less than 5 years old previously tuned up so connections were tight he did not have a surge protector I did talk to him about that but he was not interested in one at this time as he has a surge protectors on most of his equipment he was also slightly concerned with the fact that a part of his kitchen wall and his office are connected so when power goes out in a portion of the kitchen it also goes out in his office but again he wasn't too terribly concerned it wasn't that much of a nuisance

Tech Cody Brooks arrived customer's home. I met Mr Edward and he guided me inside to the thermostat. While asking my fact finding questions he told me that he could see daylight through his return bit and showed me. The return duck had come loose from the plenum under the house and was in need of repair, I told him that there would be a repair fee for fixing the duct and he was fine with that and told me to go ahead and take care of it. I adjusted the duct and got it as close to the plenum as I could and then I started to use sheet metal tape to find it back to the plenum. once I got it nice and tight I got mastic and put it all around the tape that I had just put on. I did a final inspection and found no holes / leaks in the return duct. I then headed out back to the package unit to start my super tune-up. The unit did not have a hard start kit installed and the inrush amp test show that there were more amps than according to manufacturer's specifications. Be running amp test for the
