If you have to have a whole new system, a 3 day turn around is best.
Arrived to no cool on upstairs unit caused by a tripped drain switch. Recall on previous technician for failing to fully clear the drain. Performed function check. Both system running and cooling upon departure.
Homeowner use to do HVAC back in the day. He took me right to the issue. Primary drain line blockage. Cleared, pushed and pulled, gallon of water down and chased with customer supplied bleach. Had two customer supplied UV bulbs that did no fit current system. Encouraged drain pan treatment strips. Upstairs System fully functional.
Arrived to no cool due to an intermittent low voltage short. Technician found a popped 5 amp fuse in the indoor control board. Replaced fuse and added a fuse to each low voltage circuit in order to track down the short. System operating at time of departure. This is an intermittent issue and technician will not know which low voltage circuit is causing the short until the unit fails again.

Arrived at customer's house turned on system. Put gauges on r 22 system and saw low pressures was told that they have been told that there are leaks in the evaporator coil. I went up stairs to verified leaks in evaporator coil also asked about any air flow issues in the house due to house being added on master bedroom has horrible air flow and a return in the utility closet. Also wants to talk about redoing lindset due to poor Installation of line set.
Arrived at location. Turned on system and found outdoor unit humming and fan spinning. Removed panel and found the compressor side of the capacitor dead. Informed customer of different options. Replaced the capacitor and then verified proper amps on systems and left system cooling.
Replace upstairs system with 24k hz heat pump with high efficiency filtration and code kit
Apon arrival found no power to thermostat. Opened up air handler and found 5amp fuse blown. Replaced fuse and verified proper operation of system in cooling. Found thermostat wire being pinched by the door of air handler. Re routed wire and left system cooling properly.
Arrived to system blowing hot air. Found that the plug going to the coil on the reversing valve had come loose. Tightened plug back and secured it. Washed the outdoor coil to ensure proper airflow over the condensing coil. Performed function check. System running and cooling upon departure.
Blockage in drain was preventing the system from cooling the business. Cleared drain and confirmed clear with 2 gallons of water down the drain. System running and cooling upon departure.
2 system super tune performed today. Upstairs system is a Goodman straight electric system installed in 2024. Downstairs system is a Goodman straight electric system installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Refrigerant levels are in range. Both blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. Compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Both outdoor units were washed and waxed.
Replaced outdoor TXV and bi flow filter drier. Moved filter drier from the outdoor unit to upstairs in the attic. Replaced recovered refrigerant. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
NOT A CALLBACK. Customers well switch was functioning when I arrived, he did not want to change it today but said he would get parts himself and call us again.
Customer had busted crimp ring on water line above water heater. I successfully replaced the broken ring and small section of pex.
Upon arrival system was tripped on a pressure switch. Reset system and watched pressure slowly drop on low side. Found indoor filter at one of the filter grills 100% blocked. Removed filter and pressures improved. Found no other issues at this time
Customer states that the downstairs system is not cooling the home. Technician discovered the system to be very low on refrigerant. Performed a leak search and found a significant leak in the evaporator coil. Coil has been documented with pictures and a video. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer did not have a filter to change out. Upstairs system is a Payne straight electric system installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has a home warranty company that they would like to do the repairs on the leaking coil. Customer declined repairs at this time.
Estimate for customer supplied softener. This is a brand new home and customers just moved in. Water has been ran for softener but drain will need to tie into a vent in the attic. Customer wants to wait on builder to install unit
We will install a new customer supplied rinnai tankless water heater in existing box on outside wall of guest house. This will include service valves and start up. Warranty on installation only. No warranty on c/s parts
Upon technicians arrival technician found downstairs unit and high-pressure lock out homeowners state that they are running the system and heat yesterday technician reset the system and found nothing wrong with it. Technician had the system running for an hour and all the readings looked perfectly fine. Technician did find a leak and evaporated coil for the upstairs and has a CA coming out today for it.

I have finished my rec work and found the cause of the problem, I have rewired a splice that was under the house
