Saved the day on a hot day - very responsive honest and quick
Upon arrival system was turned off with fan on but outdoor unit was still running. Contactor had gotten stuck. Replaced contactor. System turns off when satisfied and when turning off on thermostat. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Left system in working condition.
Upon arrival system was turned off with fan on.turnung system on refrigeratant levels dropped system started to ice up. Started leak search but unable to find leak. Tried to top it off for the night but did not have enough refrigerant. Schedule us to come back out tomorrow with refrigerant and try leak search again. Leak was from suction line valve. Fixed leak. Topped off system. Left system in working condition.
Upon arrival for service system off. Inspected system. Line for txv had moved out of place stopping the the txv from adjusting properly. Reset line so txv would function properly. Left system on and cooling at departure
System was in working condition. System low on refrigerant, started leak search. Found leak in the indoor unit , picture of where leak detected is in warranty form. Unable to fix leak due to not having appropriate equipment. Please send someone with appropriate equipment to fix leak.
Upon arrival system was turned off. Turning unit all , system works as it should. No airflow restriction that could cause coil to freeze up. Check refrigerant levels and the refrigerant levels are not accurate.No leaks. Client will need a new txv.
Install 48k straight cool outdoor unit with new slab, disconnect and whip
Christopher Howell will be the provider for the membership with the card ending in 6826 (son). System was low 34oz of 410a. Replenished. Customers don't know how much longer they'll be in the current home. Pausing so the membership info gets seen and adjusted.
Arrived compressor in thermal condenser coil extremely dirty ,cleaned coil ,and got compressor out of thermal ,to find that fan motor was dead, customer decided to have comfort adviser come out tomorrow from 10-12
Outdoor tags were all faded. Indoor coil leaking, system cannot get below 74. Heavy sediments on blower wheel. Blower capacitor is failing. System age is difficult to decipher. Customer will meet with a CA. 5/12/23 10am confirmed.
Compressor is seized. P&L warranty until 1/2025. Customer would like to know how long it will be before we can install new compressor. Customer would also like to get an estimate from a plumber regarding changing a bathtub to a shower. Customer would like to have a receipt mailed to her address.
Customer interested in remodeling restroom, advised her we can only go as far as completing the plumbing end of the project, she wants the Roman tub replaced with tub/shower with new water lines running up inside the wall drain will also need to be moved, also wants to replace toilet she will supply commode will remain in the position, and existing sink will be replaced with cabinet sink with access to existing drain, she will supply fixtures to sink as well and sink bowl its self, get with Mark W to confirm an estimate for this project.
2014 Goodman Air Handler Blower wheel needs to be cleaned Changed the filter for customer Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Electrical connections were acceptable Surge protector was functioning Evaporator coil was acceptable Heating elements were functional and within manufacturer range 2014 Goodman Heat Pump Electrical connections were acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Washed the unit from inside out Waxed the top of the unit Cleaned debris out of the unit Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coil was acceptable Primary electrical contactor was acceptable Dual Capacitor was within the manufacturer range Customer pan under shower is leaking asked for a plumber Customer made the great investment together the blower wheel cleaned
3 ton system with gas furnace is in excellent shape filter is well kept up with. Condensor was a built clog but after I washed the condensor it's ready for cooling season. System is within tolerance # solar not interested water heater looks great too. Thanks for choosing comfort experts.
Arrived to no heat/no cool. Thermostat appeared to be blank. Changed batteries and cleaned off corrosion to terminals. System turned on in both heating and cooling. System was running in cooling when I left.

Did a evaluation on system, checked capacitor, checked filter, checked drain poured 4 gallons down the drain and went down fine,amp draws are good, refrigerant levels are good, unit is running and cooling when leaving,customer verified unit was working properly when leaving

4/25/22 Casey - Customer does not have any replacement filters, and thought we bring them with us. Ordered filters on Filter Fetch, and customer wants to reschedule STU until after they receive the filters.
