Arrived for eval on upstairs Customer stated it wasn’t cooling but he has had another company out to replace the downstairs but it ended up being the upstairs outside unit Leak detected and found leak at the indoor coil of the upstairs system Gave the refurbish option but customer is incline to replace the indoor only since the refurbish is close to a new unit Comfort advisor appointment is for 08/05/24 10-12 Pre approval got declined for some reason

Her panel looked good she does need a surge protector but her service on the outside has the conduit detached from the box I advised her to call her provider to get the ball rolling on getting that fixed

Arrived for rec work Replaced Evap coil Passed pressure and decay test Left system cooling with 25 super heat Installed April Aire filter into the other system Both System cooling at exit

Arrived for ACx 2 Main system Evap coil leaking Ordering replacement Replaced Dual run cap in master bedroom Condenser Removed extra fan cap from main Condenser s the Dual run was in tolerance and the extra was out of tolerance Installed 20x25 AA for today Will do the 16x25 and Blower clean at the same time as the coil

Install Upstairs Amana 2 stage 36k gas horizontal use current filtration, code kit, nest thermostat and replacing cond fan motor on downstairs condenser

Arrived for system evaluation - system LRA Recommended soft start kits System reset - system left on cool

On this job the condensor had 06 open start circuit. I would recommend an easy start to help the system expirance much less of this. Also iaq 200 for the air handler.

05/17/24 TS- outside hose bibb leaks when the water is on the house. Tightened up the packing nut stopped the leak. Quoted for extra work he's considering

Arrived for Two system STU All components were working and in tolerance Recommend Duct cleaning, IAQ 200, one compressor saver, surge protector and membership upgrade Customer okayed hard start and membership

Annual maintenance completed.

On arrival systems were running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Indoor units had clean blowers and coils and the drain line flowed when flushed. I installed a drain treatment strip in the bathroom unit and a new uv bulb in the garage unit. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing and were running when I left.

Ran STU on customers unit. All heating and cooling components tested within recommended tolerances. Found biological growth in supply plenum, no hard start and no surge protection. Customer declined all repairs at this time.

3/5 Brock & Daniel- Installed inducer motor under customers parts and labor warranty. Tested in heat and all components tested good. Found no other issues at this time.

During inspection discovered that pressure switch was tripped due to inducer motor seizing up and not allowing the proper pressure to build up Spoke to customer and made him aware of the situation and that the part would need to be ordered Order single phase inducer motor

On arrival both systems was running and heating producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor units had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. There was biological growth present in both air handlers. I recomended iaq 200 air scrubbers to prevent further growth and provide clean air. I recomended primary drain line switches to further protect the home from water damage. I recomended upgrading filters to April aire filters that do not allow air to bypass them. The outdoor units were in good shape electrically but the down stairs system was overamping on start up. I recomended a compressor saver kit to address this.

Customer called

Ran Stu on cusotmers unit. All heating and cooling electrical components tested within normal tolerances. Did find Dirty ducts and Signs of biological growth inside of evaporator coil. Recommended to customer that we install u v system and clean duct work. Customer would like office to call tomorrow about duct cleaning since she had to talk it over with daughter. Found no other issues at this time.
