Ryan the service manager and I spoke after a not very good experience, he went out and checked the technicians work and said it was done properly which I wasn't sure about, and told me I would receive a discount off the price I was charged and I was happy about that since they had been out 45 days prior for the same issue. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the credit. I just made my second call so hopefully he will take care of it.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta and a 13 superheat. Indoor unit clean and in good condition. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but the compressor was fairly loud on start up. I recommended a compressor saver kit to address this. System cooling as I left.

Install 24k hz heat pump keep current filtration includes code kit

Performed cooling tune up Delta 18 Washed condensor and tightened connections Replaced filter Reccomended indoor coil Reccomended blower motor Reccomended fan motor Reccomended soft start Flex System left on cool at exit Comfort advisor scheduled Thursday 04/24/25 1pm-3pm Reccomended April air kit and soft start for new system

On arrival system running and cooling as intended. Indoor unit produced 23 degree delta t. Drain lines flowed when flushed. Current filter allowing dust to bypass. Recommended electrostatic filter to address this for this system and the next. Supply plenum had significant biological growth. Recommended indoor air quality system that kills mold, mildew, viruses, and bacteria in airflow. Outdoor unit in good condition, capicator is out of tolerance and the compressor is overamping on start up. Customer would like to follow up at the end of the month and address air quality issues.

Yo o you

For this evaluation the customers system was not cooling, but rather running continuously and blowing out ambient temperature air. When I gauged up the system was completely flat on refrigerant and leaking at the condenser coil because the customers dog had been urinating on the condenser which over time has eroded the coil. This case is not covered under manufacturer's warranty. Please schedule Monday 17 March between 3-5pm for a CA to come out and talk with the customers about replacement.

Installed new water heater in hall closet and also flood stop with plug installation. Tested after installation. Everything working properly. Customer financed job through goodleap

I have installed a circuit extension for a new leak detector

For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. The dual run capacitor on the condenser is out of tolerance, measuring 30.8/45 MFD. The capacitor will need to be replaced soon to keep the system running especially as we move into warmer weather. I recommend adding a hard start kit as well, as the LRA is right at the max Amp draw, and will start to damage the internals of the compressor. The customer had another company come out and do a duct cleaning for $99 however she still has dust coming out of her vents when the system is running, a thorough duct cleaning performed by us would be highly recommended as well. The attic only has an R-Value of about 13.5 or 5". She needs a lot more insulation, as she stated her electric bills are really high and insulation is the number one thing she can add to her home to lower energy consumption. Homeowner would like to have an electrician come look at her electrical panel since it is from 1972, and she has been having

Need to schedule installation for next Friday morning after meeting.

Service repair -- Zak L

City fixed issue, customer does not have surge protection.

Arrived for service Eval Reading 5 volts between legs of power at the panel Per conversation with Ryan this is an issue on the city's side Homeowner contacted the city and was informed that they will be out later today to inspect and are the issue Setting up one of our electricians to come out and evaluate the panel once the city gives it a clean bill of health Highly recommend panel surge protector

Arrive for HTU replaced filter with AA 310 (20X20) Drains clear Heat strips fine Blower and coil clean Condenser coil clean DC inverted Condenser no error codes Refrigerant fine Homeowner will budget accordingly for an IAQ package at her next tune up Plumber visit to evaluate 10 year old water heater Feb 21st Middle of the day

On arrival system running and heating with no issues. No co detected. Blower is getting dusty, evaporator coil has some rust in drain pan. Condenser had a pitted contactor and a worn out compressor saver. With customers permission I replaced both. System able to both cool and heat when I left.

On arrival system running and heating as intended. Found damper for bedroom failed and unable to close. Recommended speaking with comfort advisor about replacement due to age and condition.

On this job I look at both heating and cooling. The system is in tolerance as far as the components go. But it could benifot from uv and a duct cleaning.

12/22/24 Came to job to figure out why kitchen doesn't have any lights could not figure it out by myself so have to reschedule for Monday and scheduled to have Nate out with me but it will be around noon after the Christmas lunch
