Craig - Tolar, TX 76476
Technician was polite and answered all my questions. The issue was beyond the scope of what could be expected to be repaired in one visit but all information was well explained and diagnosed.
Waste of time and very costly.
Beulah - Tolar, TX 76476
Needed to fix heating part of HVAC. Could not fix it. Said he would come back at some time in the future when and if needed parts arrive from China. Charged me almost $800. This is the last of multiple problems I’ve had with a system I bought from them and that they installed. Had someone else look at it and it appears it was installed incorrectly and can never be fixed as it is. Everyone I talk to is always really nice, including the service technician, but they can’t or won’t fix my HVAC system.
AWESOME SERVICE FROM BRADY

2015 Lennox air handler with a 2017 Payne heat pump. Blower capacitor is weak and needs to be changed. It is reading 16.1 mfd and is rated at 20 mfd with a +-5% tolerance. There is biological growth inside the air handler. Blower wheel is very dirty. There is no drain protection installed on air handler. Evap coil has small leak in lower right hand side. Dual run capacitor is within tolerance. Condenser fan motor and compressor are acceptable. System is low on 410a refrigerant due to leak in evap coil. Delta T is low at 8.5 degrees and subcooling is around .5 degrees. Customer would like to speak with home warranty company before deciding on repairs.

Upon arrival found system off and bottom of return flooded. Wet switch was tripped and submerged in water. Removed wet switch and cleared condensate drain. Replaced wet switch under P&L. Air filter was soaked and there was no air filter to use to replace the old one. Drain line was clear before departure. Left system on and cooling.
Kellen M.
Upon arrival, we heard the condenser unit clicking. Upon further investigation, we found that the indoor wet switch had tripped the system due to moisture in the area it was in. The dew point for the day in the area was 72° and the tstat was set at 72°. Gave the customer options and landed on just setting the wet switch a little higher than the ground it was sitting on. I also noticed that the UV light bulb was out, and the customer allowed me to replace. System Is running. Customer set Tstat to 74°
