Trane heat pump installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Refrigerant levels are in range. Dual run capacitor is within spec. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Drain switch is highly recommended.

Upon arrival system was on and running, compressor was running loud. Found blower cab did not have cover so air was bypassing Evaporator coil. Added cardboard as temporary cover to increase airflow through coil. Refrigerant levels were shower that system was possibly over charged. Electrical bills were high due to Straight electric and heat kit running. Left system in cool mode.

During inspection I found heat strips Amp draws high, blower wheel Amp draws high Coil dirty choking down airflow, resulting in compressor failing Adjusted choked up duct work underneath home Located leak in line set and coil Contactor on Airhandler had lots of pitting and welding marks Cust explained to me they had a change in their electricity bills this month Ca scheduled

Refrigerant and airflow levels are in range. Delta T is 15 degrees at furthest supply vent, 17.5 at the closest.

Upflow air handler with straight cool condenser installed in 2009. Evap coil and blower wheel are very dirty. Supply ducts very dirty and blowing what looks to be biological growth on to ceiling. Level 2 duct cleaning is recommended. Level 2 includes duct cleaning, blower wheel cleaning, and coil cleaning.

Install Amana 18 seer 60k heat pump upflow with high efficiency filtration, 2,000 watts solar and duct cleaning

05/01/23 Tyler L completed a service call installed new light bulbs and replaced outlet with GFCI

Customer paid for the UV BULB to have it brought out on April 10, 2023 when we go out for her tune up; KR

1 year old Payne condenser unit and 12 year old air handler with one year old evap coil. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor had side movement in bearings. Blower wheel very dirty. All amp draws and capacitors are acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Replaced blower motor and cleaned blower wheel.

Condenser fan motor replaced, 407c charge check, overcharged, recovered. Refrigerant is in a good spot. Verified heating and cooling before leaving. System operational. Brian Hobson in-law.

Needs to build estimate for pass-through box and adding two RV stations to garage

12/22/22 Evaluation found high temperatures inside and near main breaker reaching temperatures above 250° F. Double lugging found in main disconnect on poles under meter.

Evaluated will return 9/22/22 to complete repairs

New build. Customer states AC was installed between 2-3 months ago. Poor air flow in side of the house furthest from indoor unit. Tech believes it to be a duct work issue. Customer has videos of duct work as house was being built. Request to come back out with Brian H. next Wednesday in the morning.
