1 year old Payne condenser unit and 12 year old air handler with one year old evap coil. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor had side movement in bearings. Blower wheel very dirty. All amp draws and capacitors are acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Replaced blower motor and cleaned blower wheel.

Condenser fan motor replaced, 407c charge check, overcharged, recovered. Refrigerant is in a good spot. Verified heating and cooling before leaving. System operational. Brian Hobson in-law.

New build. Customer states AC was installed between 2-3 months ago. Poor air flow in side of the house furthest from indoor unit. Tech believes it to be a duct work issue. Customer has videos of duct work as house was being built. Request to come back out with Brian H. next Wednesday in the morning.

2016 Goodman Package Unit Changed filter for customer Blower wheel was acceptable but reccomend cleaning On arrival UV light was functional Evaporator coil was acceptable Electrical Connections were acceptable Drain was clear and draining Primary electrical contractor was acceptable Dual Capacitor was within range Refrigerant levels were acceptable Electrical connections were acceptable Washed the unit from the inside out Cleaned debree out of the unit

No signal. Unit was in good condition. Had not access to indoor coils.

Performed an annual heating and cooling check. Customer changed filter, unit heat kit was 3 heat strips, 2 of those heat strips were broken causing the 1 heat strip to heat entire house and run longer than usual. Outdoor dual run capacitor out of specs, straight electric 14 years old, contactor buzzing, condenser fan blade cracked, blower wheel dirty, heat strip limit switch broken and wires burnt up, took off wires to prevent hazards because unit was sparking inside switches. Unit running in heat, but one heat strip is working causing a low temperature delta. Due to age and condition, recommended replacing, customer opted for an appointment today 6-8 pm

Tyler B.
HTU performed today, refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor is testing within manufacturer specifications, I cleaned the unit with a water hose, system is functioning properly in heating

.
Performed a no cool evaluation and cooling tune up. Customers capacitor was out of range, customer declined repairs saying he would fix it himself. Both units evap coil rusted, both condenser fan motors running hot and leaking oil, both blower motors in good condition, blower capacitors in range. Biological growth on both units, customer not interested in replacing. Downstairs compressor amping high. Upstairs unit was down, downstairs unit running and has cooling.
