The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The blower area was clean. The Delta was within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with a Copper Membership today. The system was functioning upon departure.

Upon arrival system was in not on. Thermostat had called for cool but neither indoor or outdoor came on. Using a jumper cable at the thermostat base , both indoor and outdoor came on. Recommended a new thermostat. Installed new thermostat, unit was running heat mode. Re programmed thermostat and system is now cooling. Left system in working position.

Upon arrival for service system off. Thermostat severely damaged. Rerouted wires to other side of wall and installed wiring onto backplate and mounted it. Thermostat is severely damaged so unable to properly test thermostat. Customer is going to order the same model of thermostat themselves so that can just attach it to existing backpanel.

Tech arrived for a AC tuneup. Upon inspection the capacitor was out of tolerance. The customer had a capacitor compatible with the system and his capacitor was installed. He was charged with a level 1 and the capacitor was tested and functioning. The coils were clean but hosed off anyways to assist with air flow across the coils. The Delta and refrigerant was at acceptable levels. The filter was dirty and there was no replacement at this time. This should be changed. The blower area was dirty and there was growth present. A level 2 duct cleaning is recommended. The drain system was clear and vinegar was poured. The customer mentioned that he had a high energy bill. The tech explained the benefits behind adding Solar to the electrical system. The customer would like to hear more from a Comfort Advisor. The meeting is set for October 11th at noon. Customer would like to be called to confirm appointment before we come out. Customer paid by check today.

Performed AHC tune ups on both systems, replaced the air filters provided by the customer, inspected all components and washed both outdoor coils. Showed the customer that both evaporator coils are dirty, and the dual run capacitor on the bedroom side unit is testing under specs. Customer will call the company that installed the systems and check what warranties she has. Left both systems on.
