We know how tempting it may be to buy a bottle of drain cleaner and dump it down your drain to clear away any blockages. But doing so has more harmful effects than many homeowners know.
Perhaps the biggest drawback is that using harsh chemicals damages your pipes and can cause them to break down, leading to more extensive, expensive repairs down the road.
Not only will commercial drain cleaners cause damage, but they can cause your pipes to sprout leaks, which may lead to sewer leaks in your home.
Additionally, pouring chemicals down the drain could potentially harm the environment.
When you have a drain blockage, it’s best to call a trained professional. At Comfort Experts Inc., we’ll remove any blockages safely and efficiently.
A professional cleaning will remove dirt and grime buildup, and also make it much harder for those blockages to re-form. In fact, one of our professional cleanings can last for years.

I had my insulation replaced and in the process both my upstairs units shut down from accidental wire damage. Ryan found the issues and fixed it! Great job!!
Dennis was very polite and professional
Response from Comfort Experts Inc.:
Professional, efficient, thorough, great job.
Dennis was awesome. Very intelligent, thorough, professional. Most of all he was down to earth. He was very straightforward when discussing the issues he saw and offered multiple suggestions as far as what our options were. He wasn’t phased by our big loud boxer dog and by the end of the visit was giving him treats. I’m super impressed.
This gentleman was the BEST!
It was a Friday afternoon, 102 degrees outside in Texas, and we returned home to it being 84 degrees in the house ... !! Wr called Comfort Experts and explained we had returned home from a Drs visit with a sick 2 yr old who we were tending to and the house was extremely warm and blowing hot air. They immediately scheduled a Tech to come ASAP that day! It wasn’t long that Comfort Experts Tech Andrew was knocking on our door. He was polite, well mannered, and immediately went straight to work, quickly identifying the problem and had our air back on running cool. I appreciated his honestly when he said we only needed freon. He was thorough about checking for leaks in lines and even checked the other unit to make it didn’t need any. I received a phone call afterwards from Riley Hobson, making sure the tech arrived and that we had cool air! I appreciate Andrew, Riley Hobson and the entire Comfort Experts team!! They have another VERY HAPPY and THANKFUL Lifetime Customer!!!!

Once system came in I evaluated the indoor unit and found blower to be working properly. Drain pan was dry and condensate line was clear. Inside coil was clean. All electrical wiring was tight inside control panel. I proceeded to the outdoor unit and found outdoor coils completely clogged an ALL sides of unit. Head just pressure was over 500 psi.
