Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in.
He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself.

Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

For this job, I worked on a double super tune-up on two heat pump systems. I went through all the mechanical and electrical components of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filters were replaced and outside condensers were washed. Adding on, UV bulbs were recommended to customer due to biological growth on both of his systems, picture was shown to customer. In addition, a micro airsoft start device was recommended for both units, I informed the customer about the benefits of this device, I explained the benefit of a soft start, low amperage, and longitivity. Today I showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection checked everything indoor and out hose bibs tankless water heater all faucets and drains found a couple of concerns one of them being the tankless water heater has not been descaled since it was replaced 5 years ago there is a buildup of corrosion currently underneath it there was a leak underneath the right bathroom sink in the master bathroom I repaired that today as well as unclogged the Jack and Jill sink upstairs discussed the home and budget protection plan with them and the benefit that it's provides they would like to think about it unfortunately I'm at a loaner van and did not have paper copies to hand to them today they would like to know if the office can email them the information so they can review it thank you for choosing comfort experts!

For this evaluation the customers system had stopped cooling. We started at the outdoor and it was throwing a 04 Open Start Circuit fault. The capacitor was good however the hard start was busted. We replaced the hsk Under warranty and after resetting the system it kicked on and started cooling.
