Jake replaced our heat pump circuit breaker with the proper one. Yes he had the necessary parts with him! He is very professional and efficient and glad we chose Comfort Experts .
Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in. He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself. No payment required at this time.
Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

Comfort Experts is my go to air-conditioning People. They provide maintenance service on my system twice a year. Their service technicians have been excellent. They are experienced professional, and very knowledgeable and appear to be well trained They perform minimal and necessary improvements to my system in order to extend its life. I'm going on 15 years with the current system and anticipate what will last another 10 years as long as they keep it properly maintained. They are very careful with the cost and keep the expenses to a minimum Which I greatly appreciate My technician today was Mike R Not only did he do an excellent job analyzing a few minor issues that could be easily fixed to extend a life of my unit. Alonso was out last week for my annual inspection. He was very professional and cordial. He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. I had him order the part and he came out this afternoon and installed it for me. He was again very cordial and professional.
Alex and his helper came early and stayed late to insure our new HVAC system was installed properly and running correctly. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. In spite of Murphey's law glitches they worked tirelessly to get our system up and running correctly. I couldn't be happier with their service and strongly recommend this company and these technicians.

Performed tune up on straight electric Lennox. Installed in 2013. All electrical connections are tight. Blower wheel has mild buildup. Mild biological growth inside system. Refrigerant levels were acceptable. Outside unit was very dirty causing compressor to pull high amperage. Thermostat cable outside was heavily sun damaged with slivers of exposed copper. Dismantled gas furnace removed front cover from evaporator coil and cleaned it using chemical cleaner removed blower motor from assembly and cleaned blower wheel assembly. Put the furnace back together and did a whole function check. During function check third furnace burner failed function test. dismantled burner and found coil cleaner that caused the blockage on the burner assembly ports. Cleaned burners and processed function test and system functions normally.
