Upon arrival HVAC was not cooling due to capacitor being blown as well as the fan motor being blown out. Replaced motor with one provided by customer and added new 7.5 MFD cap as well as a new 45 cap for the compressor. HVAC was left cooling with 20 Dt. These folks were suuuper nice! Found small leak in the indoor unit at the piston. Tightened the piston and could not find leak after that. Checked refrigerant levels and determined the levels to be ok. Determined it was an air flow issue. Washed off outdoor unit and thawed out indoor unit. Unit is r-22 unit from 2009
60k upflow electric with standard filtration, slab, disconnect, whip, programmable thermostat
Changed failed contactor. Located leaking bearings on outdoor fan motor
Inspected system. System functioning on arrival. Contactor showing signs of damage
Did evaluation on the system found copper tubing were runbed together and created a hole cause the refrigerant to leak,repair the hole and charged the unit under P&L WARRANTY and system is working fine,checked capacitor, one of the access valve caps is missing when we arrived need someone to stop and put one on, refrigerant levels are good now, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving A
Checked machine for refrigerant leaks, verified motors and capacitors are in proper ranges. Found metering device requires critical charge. Advised to replace piston with TXV. Also advised that no technicians check charge unless problem is suspected due to nature of system
Add 33.8 ozs of 410a Building estimate for new plenum and registers
Inspection found failed 45/5 dual run capacitor. Replace dual run capacitor
Replace back toilet at no charge
