While service is very good, reserving a 7-hour window for when the technician will arrive is a bit much.

Membership purchase was a great investment.

I called after midnight last night when my a/c didn’t turn on. Ryan came in to help out the team on his day off. (I asked him) I greatly appreciated the quick turn around on our service. We probably prevented a future call by having our other unit checked at the same time. Thank you for making this happen and thank you for the sweet lady answering the phone last night she was so helpful in telling me I could buy a membership even though you guys didn’t install these units. I never knew that before. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I am having trouble receiving the emails so I need to check on why.
Good service, excellent price

Good service

The technician, I think his name was Paul, knew what he was doing. Very satisfied with his work. However, I realize Paul is young and still has to learn a few things, just like all of us. The initial visit Paul entered our home dressed appropriately. On this final visit, he comes in with his pants and belt at the bottom of his butt cheeks and about 8” of plaid underwear hanging out. This may seem appropriate to him on Saturday night, but it was very offensive to my wife and I, especially when in a business trip to our home. Paul is good at what he does, but his clothing display needs to be addressed. Tom Sibigtroth

Arrived for AHC #Solar 2 year old Goodman furnace system Furnace functional but has dust build up already - up flow system does not have room for a polarized filter upgrade - recommended upgrading the merv rating of the april aire filter to merv 13 or better to try and catch more of the dust getting past their current 210 Merv 11 Bio growth present on the duct board in the plenum - UVC/UVV system will be installed to eliminate the growth Drains are clear Filters swapped Washed the condenser coil Capacitor is in tolerance Customer stated he saw the unit do some sort of start and stop the other day - condenser started fine and ran for 15 mins with no issues - compressor starting amp draw measured 131 - - per unit data plate amp draw is too high - should be under 114 - recommended a hard start kit to lower amp draw to recommended levels as the core sense module may be causing issues with the start - customer will try to get a video if he sees it happen again Refrigerant levels are fine

Customer said the system wasn’t working this morning but it is now, thermostat satisfied at 71 I turned the system on and it fired up with no issue. The furnace has the ability to display the past 6 fault codes, there are no fault codes on the furnace, customer said he never actually turned the power off he was just setting the mode to off. I told the customer that next time the system stops working don’t touch anything at all and call us asap

10/13/22 Upon arrival found system cooling. Tested heating and the system's furnace started up with no issues. Replaced customer's filter with one they provided. Recommended an ultraviolet light system and customer approved to have me install it. Installed dedicated transformer for UV system and added a fuse to the circuit. Used spade connectors to connect the fuses to the UV ballast. Installed UV bulb mounting bracket to the supply plenum. System's UV system was working perfectly. Renewed customer's copper membership to maintain their warranties. Went outside to the condenser and cleaned a very dirty condenser coil and washed the top of the system off with cleaner and waxed the top. System was left cooling with a 20DT
