Arrived for STU Due to lightning and thunder I talked to customer about it being unsafe to perform STU Customer understood but wants to be first call Saturday They need the technician to be at the house by 9 and need to be done by 10:30. They have something at 11. Called office and let them know too.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended an improved uv system to improve air quality and decrease maintance, a whole home surge protector to protect both the hvac system and the home, and a duct cleaning. Customer would like to receive a call and schedule me back out in September to do the whole home surge protector and duct cleaning.
This system is over amping out side. The cap tested in tolerance and the fan motor is running at 1 amp. The system could use a hard start kit and uv system to keep system Evap coil clean and air fresh. Sustem is cleaned and ready for cooling.

Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. Tech filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area was a little dirty. The Delta was within range. The heating system reached complete ignition. The customer was informed of recommendations today. After arriving and getting to the electrical panel I checked and tightened all connections including grounds neutrals and mains I checked plugs in the kitchen dining room and wash room and all of them were wired correctly and gfci's were present in the proper locations, I did talk to them about a surge protector but they were not interested in getting one at this time
Tyler L completed an electrical etu when I opened up the panel I found no particular problems all of the connections were tight he had gfci's afci's no search protector but it was all wired correctly and then I tested plugs inside of the home all of which tested correctly he had GFC eyes in the correct spots I also tested the asci and talk to him about a surge protector he did talk about how they probably weren't going to be in the house for far too long so he wasn't very interested in getting one I did rebuttal with how they are becoming a mandatory thing nowadays so he might have to put one in if you would ever sell the house
