This system had tripped float switch. I cleared the drain and installed uv system. The system is now online and ready for cooling. He would like CA to come talk tomorrow about installing 2 mini split systems.

This system needs a 30 5 cap it's also over 10 years old. I installed a cap and tested the system . The home owner and I agree we really didn't like what we heard when it turn on. The home owner would like to meet CA this Monday 12 to 2 pm.

06/21/24 TS- found issue on bathroom shower drain was clogged and needed some drain cleaning done. Informed customer about waterheater and to be informed that it could go soon.

Duct is at bottom of plenumn feeding 3 other ducts reason for lack of airflow

05/07/24 TS- inspected house plumbing, found a toilet fill valve that's bad and needs replaced. And quoted to snake the laundry drain line if it backs up in the future.
Arrived timely. Worked efficiently and provided a clear description of the conditions of my units. Not a hard sell type of guy. He let the facts speak for themselves. Highly recommend.

Is panel was very well done all of the connections were tight he did not have a search protector and he did not have a GFCI in the kitchen but all of the other plugs tested great

Tech arrived at a warranty service call. Upon inspection, the outside system was not running. The panel was removed and there appeared to be some fire damage. The capacito, compressor saver and multiple wires were damaged. The wires and capacitor were replaced and the system regained functionality. The customer was informed that due to age and condition, it is recommended that the customer pursue replacement options. She will start budgeting for it and will wait until her home warranty company condems the unit. The system was left functioning at this time.

The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The UV bulb was expensired. The customer was informed of recommendations today. They will hold off today. She was informed of the disadvantage of leaving the bulb in this condition. The system was functioning upon departure.

On arrival both systems ran and cooled producing adequate deltas. Both indoor units were clean and the drain lines flowed when flushed. Both outdoor units passed all electrical testing. Systems running and cooling as I left.

Opening up the main panel I found that they did have a surge protector all of the connections are tight and all of the voltages tested perfectly I then tested plugs inside of the home all of which were wired correctly gfci's were in the kitchen and bathrooms and they currently aren't having any electrical issues

03/29/24 Tyler S- code issues with new installed waterheater. Needs to be on risers and I didn't see enough combustion air flow for closet. Gas line out side is rusting and needs to be painted for protection. No other issues

Tech arrived at a 2 system tuneup. Customer asked about airflow. Upon inspection the downstairs system duel run capacitor was out of tolerance and replaced. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The blower areas and ductwork was very dirty. The blower capacitors were out of tolerance. The drains were clear and bleach was poured. The heating systems reached complete ignition. The downstairs flame sensors were scorched. The refrigerant and Deltas were within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will review the information and let us know what they decide. HW The systems were functioning upon departure.
Mike Robles and his helper were awesome. they took the time to show me what they found and recommendations on how to make my unit work more efficiently. This system is in tolerance and tD is 20 in cooling. The system could benifit from a UV system to handle air quality. It could also use a hard start. Over system is in good shape

Tech arrived at a service call. Upon inspection, the downstairs system had low voltage short on the Y wire. The short was isolated to the contactor. The contactor failed the resistance test. This item was replaced and the system regained functionality. The system was cooling upon departure

Arrived to customer for a recall ,after performing evaluation of system I found that the thermostat was wrong,was unable to find customer to discuss repairs and collect service fee pausing call,bad control board

Diego and Mark were our service technicians, and they did an excellent job of cleaning and inspecting our furnace and condenser. They were thorough and professional.
Blake is our go to tech for any of our heating and a/c issues. Blake is always on time, super reliable, very friendly and explains everything in simple easy terms.
Mark is a great service technician. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mark evaluated the problems and concerns of both our plumbing and water heater systems. Mark found that there was a great need for a replacement to our hot water heater system. Showed me the things that were faulty and offered fix options. Decided to upgrade our system. Mark gave us three options to review. Considered two of the three. Chose the one that best suited our needs. After working up a breakdown of the costs, Mark explained the needed repairs and the cost of each stage including installation, parts and labor. I agreed with the work and the cost involved and Mark scheduled a quick turnaround time to get it done. We have used Comfort Experts for our heating/AC needs for 14 years now and have never had an issue and all of the technicians have been top notch. I’m sure you can get a cheaper price from one of their competitors, but service, reliability and quality will not come from saving a few bucks.

Blake has serviced our units before. As always, he is prompt, polite, and provides an excellent evaluation. He doesn't push repairs that are unneeded. He does keep us informed as to the status and condition of our units and gives us an expectation of what repairs will become so and a ballpark of how far out the needed repairs will occur.

After CE cleaned our vents in Nov. everything was great. Due to the heat and very dry conditions this summer, our house and vents have shifted a bit. Noticed we had some mold growing on the two vents closest to the indoor unit. After the tech, Tyler, removed the vents and inspected the area, he established that the vent and duct had slightly separated causing the cold air inside and the hot air seeping in from the attic caused the mold to grow in that area. Tyler cleaned the vents and affected ceiling area, sealed up the gap letting in the hot air creating the moisture, and reattached the vents. All in about 20 mins. He explained the problem, his solution, did the work and was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time. We are very pleased with CE and Tyler for helping us out and knowing the solution to our problem.
This is the way all service companies should act…perfect!
