Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection the capacitors were within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. There was no observed surge protection. Loose connections were tightened. Low voltage conduit was secured per customer request. The filter was clean. The blower area was a little dirty. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The UV light was expired. Customer was informed of recommendations today. They would like to move forward with upgrading to an IAQ 200 System and Air Cleaner. We will pause to call to order and install at another time. All three units temperature delta drops were normal, all capacitors tested within range, drains were tested, outdoor coils were washed off, and refrigerant levels normal. On arrival the system was cooling and producing a 17 degree delta. I checked refrigerant levels and the outdoor units cap and everything was in line. Ms Roberts stated that she didn't remember calling us and that everything was working fine and she didn't want me there too long. As I left the system was running and cooling.

Upon arrival the system was running. We adjusted the refrigerant levels and the system is cooling much better now. We also cleaned the outside unit to help cool better. As I left I ensured that both the indoor and outdoor unit was running. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

On arrival the outdoor and indoor units were running. We had a 17 degree delta and the drain lines were clear. All tests on the outdoor unit came back within an acceptable range. The air coming from her vents was 6-7 degrees higher than the air after the coil, which led me to inspect the attic for duct or insulation problems. I diagnosed the 80 degree temp in the house as being a heat load issue that could potentially be rectified by adding insulation and potentially new duct work. As I left I ensured that the outdoor and indoor units were still running and cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Upon arrival the outdoor and indoor unit were both on and running. The outside unit capicator tested within range, and the systems superheat confirmed that there were no refrigerant issues. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and I flushed them to confirm. The delta at the closet unit was 20 while the delta from the grills and at the thermostat was 10, indicating the 81 degree house hold temp is a insulation or duct issue. I inspected the attic and found that the insulation was 3-4 inches deep and that half of the ducts are older mylar and half are metal. As I left I ensured that the outdoor and indoor unit were still running. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day.

Arrived on site customer said unit wasn't coming on. Located thermostat thermostat was set to cool at 89 degrees home temp was 81. Performed troubleshooting tests i.e. refrigerant , electrical components, filter was dirty however I don't believe it caused the issue. Upon completion of inspection system has no deficiency that could be found. Asked customer if they had any spare filters if so i would replace while i was there they did not. Advised customer to replace filter as soon as possible. Provided filter fetch info to customer.

Upon arrival the outdoor and indoor unit were both running as intended. The closet unit was clean, the only issue was the filter needs to be changed. The outside unit was clean and in good working order, I recommended a compressor saver kit due to the compressor over amping on start up. When I left both systems were in good working condition. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!
