Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. I found the P trap on the primary unit had a clog. I shared my findings with the homeowner and explained the benefits of our home and budget protection club, he decided to join the membership and wanted me to clear the drain. I cleared the clog and pour a gallon of water as well as a half gallon of vinegar down the drain which flowed out without issues. System was cooling when I left.

Need to order DC heat sequencer Customer states that the air conditioner is running all the time and it is not maintaining temperature. Refrigerant levels are in range. Discovered that one of the heat strips was pulling 20 amps. Heat sequencer has failed and is causing the heat strip to stay on. Need to order heat sequencer and return to replace part. Heat strips have been temporarily disconnected so that the air conditioner can maintain the temperature. System running and cooling the home upon departure.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. She showed me where the equipment was located. I started my inspection inside, the system had a temperature split of 18mdegrees at the vents, the filter was not in need of replacement, the bottom side ofmthe coil was clogged up and in dire need of cleaning, there was no drain protection installed, the blower had minimal dust buildup, the blower motor auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance, and the heat strips were pulling proper amps. I then moved outside, a mouse had died on the auxiliary motor starter but it was still operating within tolerance, the primary electrical control was in good condition, the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range. When I hooked up my guages I was getting a higher than normal superheated and subcool and the pressures for both high and low side were lower than normal, this was an additional indicator that the indoor coil is clogged up and needs cleaning. Repaired water line under home in crawl space. Tested after repair was made. Everything working properly no more leaks on system

Upon arrival condenser was in an hpc lockout, condenser coils heavily impacted buy dirt and dust. Could not breath Cleaned coils, found compressor out of manufacturer range swapped 40 + 5 cap under pnl warranty System is on refrigerant acceptable

Inspected service, gfci outlets in kitchen and bathroom. Informed customer he seriously needs service upgrade. Was not interested in quote. One kitchen counter top outlet not gfci protected. He didn't want to fix. No other electrical issues.
Tyler is in my doubt an employee all others should copy in both work ethic and skill set! Absolutely the best, if he goes I go!! I’m team Tyler all the way.

On this job I returned to clear the drain line. I complete opened the system using hot water I cleared the drain pan and drian line. I also bumped up the fan speed to increase air flow. System is back online and ready for cooling.

2006 trane package unit. Found Dual run cap was out of range, blower cap is out of range, cap coil is fully covered in dust, dirt and biological growth, blower blades are compacted with dust, dirt and biological growth, megohmed compressor windings, run start and common are all reading in caution zone. System is still shaking even after blower and blade change out Recommended CA visit, Customer denied and stated he will clean blower and coil. Stated he will have us replace caps soon. Per Mark W replace Condenser fan motor and blades under warranty Trane package unit MODEL - 4TCC3042A1000AA SERIAL - 6184WR19H fan motor that we installed specs 208-230v RPM 825 HP 1/3-1/5 New fan motor and fan blades need to be ordered

Upon arrival tech was shown to the condenser and the mini split. Tech located three leaks. Tech fixed the leaks and pulled a vacuum. Once the vacuum was pulled Tech had added 25 pounds of R410A into the unit. Once done Tech collected payment and clean area up.

Refrigerant control valve replaced, pressure tested lineset and coils Corrected charge Deltas acceptable Refrigerant acceptable System is on and operating efficiently Cust is having problem with one room getting hotter then the rest of the house, this room happens to have 3 exterior walls. Duct work is getting good airflow Static pressures .4 Recommended upgrading insulation and burying duct work in insulation
Derek did a great job taking care of my plumbing issue. The local water provider had raised the water pressure extremely high causing a break in the line and additional problems. Derek diagnosed the issue and quickly resolved the problem.

Came to home for water heater issues with t&p popping off. Water pressure to home was 175psi extreme high pressure level. Installed new t&p at water heater with new pressure reducing valve install in yard with valve box to maintain 75 psi to home. With new expansion tank on water heater Repaired 1" water line in yard broken tee.

Upon arrival system was blowing and Condenser was not running. Found Dual run cap and compressor saver had failed. replaced both components and reset system, system started and ran in cool mode system is cooling as should

Condenser fan motor and blade were changed. Unit is still shaking but it is better. Shaking stops when weight is applied to the top of the unit. Technician can come back during the day to further troubleshoot if the customer would prefer.
