Attempted fraud, do not use this service provider or it’s technicians or supervisors. I spoke with both after completion of service. System check found capacitor was failed. Then technician said the fan motor was not working. I asked the tech if he is scamming me and he said let me show you. He went over to the Compressor and coil unit and flipped the switch and the fan motor worked fine. He was about to charge me $127 trip fee and $387 for a $30 capacitor and $800 for the compressor fan motor. The fan motor was fine and I didn’t need it to be replaced. The part number on the capacitor is “Titan HD PRCFD455A.” Look it up. My total bill was $506.40; down from about to be $1300.

Performed cooling tuneup and recommended upgrading uv system to air and surface cleaning iaq 200 uvc system. System running and cooling on departure.

Arrived onsite customer had a water heater just installed last year wanted flushed on special. Went ahead and flushed water heater tested after flush everything working properly.

On arrival systems running and cooling as intended. Drain lines flowed when flushed. Filters changed. Washed condensers, they passed all electrical testing but overamped on start up.

Arrived for service eval Compressor running at 25 amps designed for 23 Restricted filter line dryer causing over pressure lockout Replaced filter line dryer and refilled machine Compressor amp draw fine but no pressure differential present Condenser replacement warranty

Showed up for a membership tune up one under warranty one not both systems heat pumps homeowner expressed his concerns about previous technicians that left him uneasy after a conversation he was willing to allow me to do the tune-ups checked everything indoor and out and cooling mode both units have a good temperature split no concerns with refrigerant levels change the filters flushed both drain lines with bleach washed both of the outdoor condensing coils and removed as many leaves from inside as I could found biological growth inside the air handlers discussed options with the homeowner for updated UV systems as well as different options for start assist as both condensing units are over amping upon startup also brought it to the homeowner's attention that the defrost control board on the smaller older unit is showing signs of burnout I discussed the new home and budget protection plan with him however he is content with what he currently Has the customer did decide to install A com

For this cooling tune-up I inspected the customers furnace, evaporator coils and condensers for the upstairs and downstairs systems. Overall both systems were running well and all equipment is measuring within manufacturer specs. There is a large amount of biological growth in both supply plenums, I highly recommend replacing the UV Bulb in the downstairs system, as well as installing a UV Sanitation System in the upstairs supply plenum to kill the current biological growth in the plenum and continue to purify the air circulating throughout the home. Please have Shaun come out March 28th to look over the customers tankless water heater as It appears there is corrosion on fittings and connections, and water sitting in the drain pan. There is no water safety to alert the customer of any leaks from the tankless water heater.

For this job I came back and installed a new zone damper for the customer as his other one was intermittently failing. After installation and sealing of the duct work, myself and the customer tested all the zones and the dampers were functioning like they should.

On arrival upstairs system cooling when told to heat. I found the thermostat not sending the correct signals to the zone board, and the zone board was sending a call for cooling when not receiving one. Highly recommend replacing thermostat and zone board. Found uv system out of tolerance and significant biological growth in supply plenum. Recommended iaq 200 uv system to address this by killing all biological growth in airflow. Recommended soft start kits to help protect and extend the life of both compressors. Customer declined all recommendations.

Returned and installed iaq 200 and supply plenum. System operational upon departure.

For this evaluation the customers Zoned damper that controls the master bedroom is intermittently opening and closing during the heating calls. The damper is a normal open/power close. I talked to the customer about what I found and how with the age of the dampers I recommend replacing both of them since they are from 2001 and one is failing and the other could also go at any time. He will discuss it with his wife and call the office if he decides to move forward.

The seal for the patch on the Plenum was broken and patch fell off. I repaired it with plumber strap. Patch will not move now system now heating the house

On arrival downstairs system was on and heating with a large hole in supply plenum. I patched the hole for now, will return with new supply plenum and iaq 200.

On arrival system running as intended. Recommended blower clean and insulation, plus an upgraded uv system.
