Joe came out to check our mini split in our master bedroom. Intermittently would make a loud racket. He spent 20 minutes trying to replicate but couldn't. He listened to the recording I had made so he could hear what exactly it was doing. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and how the process was for the parts and what would happen when the came in.
He was our installer of the unit last year so he knew what he was doing. Also, very courteous and cleaned up after himself.

Called on a Sunday due to heater not working. Scheduling was easy, notification on technician was great, provided text when the technician was on the way. Mark was awsome, checked everything. Unfortunate for me the problem was the ducting was torn up by feral cats. Mark scheduled one of their engineers to come out to do an apprasal and quote. Very satisfied with service and information. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again when the need arises.

He found that one of my air supply tubes and come loose and I was cooling my attic needless to say that was wasting quite a bit of money. Several ducts which are torn and even in perfect condition are no longer considered good for use. Homeowners only use one side of home/system. May be worth re-evaluating and redoing duct work. For this job, I arrived for a tune up, however it turned into an evaluation when system was not cooling. – I went on and checked refrigerant levels, which resulted to be low. – I checked the coil and it was starting to freeze. – I leaked searched and found the leak in the indoor coil I went on and talked to the customer and explained to him our different options. I offered him to talk to a service advisor to see what our prices where.
