On 6/2/26, I arrived to address the recurring issue with the condenser. After inspecting the system, I replaced the outside condenser board. Despite the replacement, the unit continued to malfunction. I informed the customer that we will schedule a compressor replacement as soon as it is available. Thank you for choosing our services. Have a great day!
I successfully repaired the condenser, ensuring it operates efficiently. The process involved replacing faulty components and meticulously reassembling the system. After thorough testing, I confirmed that all parts were correctly installed and functioning. Notably, I cleared the previously clogged drains, enhancing the system's performance. The condenser is now running smoothly, providing reliable service. Thank you for choosing our expertise.
Upon arrival, I found the system was not operational. After reviewing the error code 06, indicating an issue with the compressor's start winding, I replaced the capacitor and hard start with a relay system. Despite these changes, the same error persisted. Further diagnosis revealed a potential fault with the control board or the compressor's start winding. I discussed the situation with the customer, who understood the potential outcomes. If the board replacement resolves the issue, no extra charges apply. If not, a compressor replacement will be necessary, with a refrigerant deductible. The customer agreed to proceed with the outlined plan.
I arrived to complete the recommended work that was quoted yesterday. Upon arrival, I began the task promptly. During the process, Adam joined us and discussed an issue with a blood stop that lacked an outlet for drainage. We identified the need to add an outlet to manage the flood situation effectively. After assessing the area, we successfully installed the necessary outlet. The work was completed efficiently, ensuring the area was safe and functional. I am now ready to move on to my next task.
During the recent service, I addressed issues with the drain lines for three systems. The middle system's drain line was improperly vented, causing it to drain through the secondary system. To resolve this, I added a vent before the P-trap, ensuring proper drainage. Similarly, I identified and corrected the vent issue in the front system's drain line. After implementing these changes, I thoroughly tested all three drain lines to confirm they were functioning correctly. The systems are now draining as intended, providing relief and efficiency. Thank you for choosing our services.
During the electrical inspection, we identified a problem with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) that was affecting the operation of the refrigerators. This issue was causing inconvenience for the customer, who wanted to separate the fridge and freezer circuits from the others to ensure better functionality. We discussed the need for a new circuit dedicated solely to the fridge and freezer. After providing a detailed quote for the work, we scheduled a return visit for the following morning as the first call to complete the task. This will ensure that the refrigerators have a stable and separate power supply, enhancing their performance and reliability.
I completed a comprehensive drain line renovation, upgrading all three lines to a 1-inch diameter and securely connecting them to the vent stack. This enhancement ensures improved drainage efficiency and prevents future blockages. Additionally, I installed Jones valves and shut-off valves to isolate each system, allowing for easy maintenance and cleaning. Post-installation, I meticulously tested each system to confirm optimal functionality. This meticulous approach guarantees reliable performance and peace of mind. Thank you for choosing our services.
I performed a comprehensive tune-up on two gas furnaces, meticulously inspecting and testing all mechanical and electrical components to ensure maximum efficiency. Filters were replaced, and all parts functioned optimally. However, I noticed significant biological growth in both plenums, which could affect indoor air quality. I provided detailed images and discussed potential solutions with the customer, who opted for two IAQ UV systems, one for each furnace. Both UV systems were installed and activated, along with pan strips to prevent clogs. Thank you for choosing our services.
Today, I completed a comprehensive home maintenance service. I began by inspecting the electrical systems, ensuring all outlets and switches were functioning properly and addressing any potential hazards. Next, I moved on to the plumbing, checking for leaks and ensuring the water pressure was optimal throughout the home. I also performed a thorough cleaning of the HVAC system, which included replacing filters and inspecting ductwork. Additionally, I conducted a safety check on the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, replacing batteries as needed. Finally, I inspected the exterior of the home, ensuring all doors and windows were secure and that the gutters were clear of debris. The homeowners were pleased with the detailed service provided.
Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door several times, but there was no response. I then checked the status of the initial payment and discovered that it had not been made. Additionally, I attempted to contact the customer via phone, but the number provided was not in service. I made multiple attempts to gain entry or contact the customer, but my efforts were unsuccessful. I ensured to document all interactions and the status of the payment to provide a comprehensive report for further action.
I spoke with the customer to discuss the proposed plumbing work. After reviewing the requirements, we agreed to proceed with an increased PVC pipe size from 3/4 inch to 1 inch, as recommended by our manager. Additionally, we will install a Jones valve on all three primary lines and reroute the drain lines to a vent stack. This adjustment will help prevent future clogs. The customer confirmed their agreement to move forward, provided we have the details in writing. Thank you for choosing our services. Have a great day.
Upon arrival, I identified a Code 03 on the condenser, indicating a short cycling issue. After resetting the code, the system resumed normal operation. A thorough inspection revealed that the drain lines require immediate attention. Specifically, the emergency drain line was continuously draining outside, posing a risk. I provided a detailed estimate for rebuilding all drain lines and directing them to the vent stack. This solution will prevent future issues and ensure the system operates efficiently. Thank you for choosing our services.
For this job I did a super tune up. Filter in good condition. Drain line clear. Electrical components tightened and in tolerance. Several ducts which are torn and even in perfect condition are no longer considered good for use. Homeowners only use one side of home/system. May be worth re-evaluating and redoing duct work. Refrigerant is good. Washed unit. Recommend upgrading to soft start and adding surge protection. Recommendations declined for today System cooling when I left.

High limit being hit, made adjustments to gas pressure, dampers, fan speeds. Blower limit premature trip, also out nowhere ignition failure, replacing gas valve and limit switches
This is a quality control. Found system hitting high limit on dat sensor due to bypass being constantly open and found faulty dat sensor that would read random numbers and 0, replaced dat sensor, adjusted shut off temp on zone control and adjusted bypass
Recall- limit switch was internally doing their job by cutting off at 145 degrees Zone board internal high cutoff set to 135 degrees vs 150 degrees this will allow the furnace to keep running by having a delay to cool furnace down and keep cycling on and off Insulation levels need to be higher, recommended but will think about it next time Surge protection recommended
