Will return to install customer supplied faucet, there current faucet is leaking. Slowed the leak down and showed Cust how to shut water off Installed garbage disposal Cust needs electrician to give an estimate on fixing outdoor lighting Cust request that I return two weeks from today to install kitchen sink faucet
Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2020. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evap coil are clean. 45mfd compressor capacitor is within tolerance. Compressor and condenser fan motor are in good working order. Refrigerant and air flow levels are in range. Drain switch and compressor are installed.
On arrival the system was running but the outdoor units compressor was not turning on due to a failed capacitor. Replaced the failed part and system functioned appropriately. Checked the refrigerant and the system is showing low on freon. Subcooling reading at 1 when data tag says it needs to be 10. 35/5 dual capacitor failed causing compressor to not start Talked to customer about adding freon together system back to standing customer politely declined. 2016 Air Handler Evaporator coil was acceptable and clean Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor was acceptable Blower wheel has some debris on the fins reccomend cleaning Filter was acceptable Tightened electrical connections Heating elements were within manufacturer range UV bulb is due to replaced every two years last one installed in December 2021 2016 Coleman Heat Pump Dual capacitor was within manufacturer range Primary electrical contactor was acceptable Fan motor and blade were acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Washed the unitfrlm the inside out Cleaned debris outof the unit Waxed the top of the unit Customer declined estimates at the time of the visit Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
Tyler L completed etu checked his house panel and his outside garage panel both of which looked perfect I recommended him a surge protector for his panel he did deny but I also checked the plugs inside of his home all of which worked and were wired properly he also requested that we not send Mark w as he was not satisfied with his customer service
Upon arrival for service customer states one duct is not supplying any air to home. Inspected duct. Found duct kinked and collapsed at multiple places. Attempted to work kinks out of ducts but could not return flow system was not balanced and is diverting air flow to other parts of home. Recommended speaking to engineer about redoing duct work. Customer agreed and scheduled for Thursday July 27th 10-12.
Upon arrival for service system on and not cooling effectively. Inspected system. Refrigerant pressure off. Did refrigerant adjustment to improve cooling effectiveness. Rest of system work properly. Left system on and cooling.
Arrived to 99 eval Customer stated master bedroom isn't cooling as they would like Everything at air handler is working as should, found no problems Checked charge at condenser, refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Dual run cap was out of manufacturer range, replaced capacitor Unit cools master bedroom and main living area Main living area has large number of windows and very open Believe the unit is fighting itself to keep living area and master bedroom cool at the same time
System was low on refrigerant 34oz added
On arrival system that cools the downstairs game room was having issues cooling. System was low on freon , leak checked the indoor coil , leak checked the outdoor coil and could not find a leak. Customer is going to double check with Carrier for warranty on this unit. Looked up warranty for customer it expired in 2022 but she wants yo double check. Will call us out next week for full leak search and repair

Flex changeouts plus duct cleaning
Frigidair straight cool package unit installed in 2012. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Evap coil and blower wheel very dirty. Biological growth present. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant and airflow levels are in range after cleaning evap coil and blower wheel.
Did a AHC on 7 5 year old Carrier system het pumps,tested capacitors found capacitors weak on Matser bedroom,kitchen,braxtons landing,and sitting room,changed filters, flushed drains, recommended a membership, compressor savers, and replacing capacitors, customer stated they wanted to think about the capacitors, need to return to install IAQ200(send blake) ,refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving D

Did a evaluation on system, determined that 1 of 7 systems needs a level 2 duct cleaning, and would recommend level 1 duct cleaning for the other 6. Customer stated they wanted to get level 2 duct cleaning on master bedroom unit and eastside unit and a IAQ200 system for the Eastside unit, customer wants us to do the duct cleaning same day we do the tune-ups on 04/08/2023
Did a Annual Heating and Cooling Tune-up on 8 months old American Standard electric system and 10 year old electric system, tested capacitors, checked filters, drains are good, recommended duct cleaning 2 for master bedroom unit and duct cleaning 1 for upstairs,compressor savers, membership,refrigerant levels are good, customer verified unit was working properly when leaving
When I arrived I found that the dishwasher was connected properly plumbing and plugged into wall, but no power was coming on, when I checked breaker box breaker to the DW was off and didn't want to stay on the ON position transfer to electrician. Mark W

Drain is draining properly now. Need a plumber to come out and hook up dishwasher customer is aware that there is a charge for hooking it up

Was having trouble with thermostat, set system to heat and it is operating normally.
Arrived and performed plumbing tune up. Everything looked to be in working condition and everything has been updated
