Professional Service
James - Granbury, TX 76049
Kellen demonstrated his knowledge regarding heating and air conditioning equipment. Performed a thorough inspection and check-out. Unfortunately, he had to tell me that my 12 year old system was in need of major repairs. We discussed the pros and cons of pouring money into the old system versus a new system. Opted to invest in a new system.

Good service rep, poor scheduling
John - Granbury, TX 76048
Service rep did a great job and was very thorough pointing out items that could cause problems later on. Communication was very good with emails and text messages however scheduling was very poor. Had a window from 2 - 7 pm on Monday, received text that service rep was on the way at 4:15. Two hours later no rep so call and texted office. Got call back at 6:50 pm that rep was on his way (45 minutes away). Are you kidding they would still have someone coming that late. Reschedule to Wednesday same week with 10am to 12 window. Similar results, text message at 9:15 that rep was on his way, 2 1/2 hours later rep finally showed up. He said he had was sent from McKinney to my location which is over 2 hour drive. One would think when customer is notified that service rep is on the way, they would arrive in an hour or less,, or let you know that it will be longer. That is the way my prior service company worked. Company wasted my time waiting for rep and probably cost company a lot more by not scheduling reps that are in the area.

Jhorden, along with his assistants Philip and Ean, did an excellent job installing the new heat pump and compressor units, with a comprehensive walk-through at the end of the installations and clear instructions to us, the non-technically oriented homeowners, on filter changes and other routine maintenance. Well done and much appreciated!

Kellen was absolutely the most impressive technician I have dealt with in 21 years of home building. He is particularly skilled at explaining the system and showing the client how the system works as he performs an in depth diagnosis of any problem areas.

Responded to an eval call for concerns about hanging wires on unit that was thought to be from previous visit. Upon inspection, It was determined that the wires are thermostat wiring connections to the air handler. This is normal. Customer asked about the water in the emergency pan and lack of cold air flow. Water was in the emergency pan. After checking refrigerant levels, the system has no refrigerant. Suction saturation temperature was 9 degrees with a super heat of 67 degrees. Nordyne 2004 r22 x2. Systems off upon arrival, customer said they moved in the home from California in December 2022 and knew the system has issues. Both units are compromised, I advised the customer to keep systems off until further notice to avoid flooding over the ceiling. Both systems have extremely compromised condensate drain issues with no secondary pvc lines, both blocked and both have lots of water in the main evaporator coil pan. No saftey switch. Evaporator coils both detected r22 leaks, both blower wheels need to be clean, both blower capacitors need replacement. Outdoor units have compromised capacitors, compressors and fan motors. Wife indicated she works for another HVAC company. Husband mentioned possible minisplits when talking about replacement. Customers politely refused a CA at this time. Customers politely refused membership benefits. I left my business card with the husband. Nice people.
