Great service Techs, from earlier on through completion and free check-ups.
Matt showed up and I told him what the issue was with my lighting fixtures. I told him that both my brother and neighbor checked the breaker switch and that there was no issue with it. He immediately went across the room and turned on another switch that I had never used before. The lights turned on! Apparently, they were switched off by someone at some point and time. I did not know that the switch controlled that bank of lights! I’m so happy!
Justin was sharp and on the ball. He found the problem and was able to get it fixed quickly.
Very nice. But….nothing was measured to give an accurate quote didn’t offer any reasonable solution except for a complete duct work engineering. I’m assuming using our original ductwork. He was in our attic less than 5 minutes and came back with a ridiculous quote of $15,300. He was an upsale salesman rather than an “engineer”. If you call this company make sure you get a second or third opinion.
Justin and Aiden were very professional very friendly and went way above and beyond what they required to do I appreciate everything they did. Excellent young men.
Very attentive and assuring that all work from Comfort Experts we be completed to customers satisfaction. Glad he came out.

Excellent Tech. Knows his business.
Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will surely use them again in the future.
Awesome job
Jake was fine. I had the impression my work was scheduled to be done and it was really doing an estimate for work I’d given a complete description of. And the estimate was higher than expected. So I paid for a service trip to get an estimate and the appointment was delayed and ended up being during a time I said I wouldn’t be here.
Mark quickly identified the source of our leak, reported it and explained what happened and what we can do to prevent it from happening again in the future.

First I would like share how professional our Tech Cody was. He completed all time up work in a timely manner and checked everything 100% After completion Cody covered his check list with us and shared pointers on how to keep our unit running like new. Thank you Cody for a job well done. We wish you well.
I diagnosed an issue where the air handler's control board was shorted, causing the fan motor to run continuously. Additionally, I discovered that the vapor line at the coil was inadequately insulated, leading to water dripping onto the board and causing the short. I re-insulated the vapor line from the floor to the coil. A new primary circuit board for the air handler needs to be ordered to resolve the issue.
Upon arrival, I identified a tripped wet switch causing the contactor to cycle on and off at the outdoor unit. The root cause was moisture under the air handler, traced to a blockage in the 2-inch pipe where the 3/4-inch drain was supposed to empty. Despite attempts, the blockage in the 2-inch pipe could not be cleared. A plumber is required to remove the blockage and install a 3/4 to 2-inch PVC fitting to prevent overflow. I removed the wet switch from under the air handler to prevent further moisture damage and placed it out of the wet area. Once the blockage is cleared and the floor dries, the wet switch will be reinstalled.
I replaced the faulty blower motor, blower wheel, and cage under warranty. After installation, I meticulously checked the system's functionality to ensure everything was operating correctly. The system was tested for proper airflow and cooling efficiency. Upon confirming that the system was running smoothly and effectively cooling the area, I left the site satisfied with the successful resolution.
Today, I conducted a comprehensive super tune-up on a Goodman LP furnace package unit installed in 2010. I meticulously checked all electrical connections, ensuring they were secure and free from corrosion. I identified pitting on the primary electrical control, which I noted for potential future maintenance. Refrigerant levels were found to be low, though I was unable to detect a leak. The compressor and condenser fan motor were inspected and found to be functioning properly. The outdoor unit was thoroughly cleaned to enhance efficiency. After completing the service, the system was operational and effectively cooling the home.
A customer contacted us for a quote on a primary electrical board for their mini split system. During the assessment, the technician was shown pictures of a lizard that had caused a short circuit on the board. We provided the customer with the price for the primary electrical board. Additionally, we advised the customer that other components might have been damaged due to the short circuit and recommended a complete replacement to ensure optimal performance. The customer appreciated the information and decided to have a friend assist with the replacement of the mini split system.
I inspected and tightened all electrical connections on the 2022 Goodman Airhandler, ensuring optimal performance. I replaced the customer-provided filter and confirmed the drain was clear and functioning. The blower motor and wheel were in good condition, as was the evaporator coil. The UV system was operational. For the 2022 Goodman Straight Cool, I checked and tightened electrical connections, verified the dual run capacitor, and replaced the failed compressor saver under warranty. The primary electrical unit and refrigerant levels were acceptable. I cleared debris and washed the condenser coils, then applied wax to the top of the unit.
Upon inspection, the blower wheel exhibited a significant issue characterized by a loud grinding noise that intensified as it reached full operational speed. This noise indicated a critical malfunction within the system. To address this, the motor was identified as the primary culprit, necessitating its replacement. Additionally, the motor mount, which had shown signs of wear and instability, was also replaced to ensure secure and efficient operation. The blower wheel and its protective cage were both found to be damaged, contributing to the noise and potential safety hazards. These components were meticulously removed and replaced with new parts to restore the system's functionality and silence the disruptive noise.
Today, I conducted a comprehensive super tune-up on a two-year-old Ducane heat pump. I meticulously inspected and tightened all electrical connections, ensuring there was no corrosion. The blower wheel and evaporator coil were cleaned to remove any accumulated debris. I verified that all amp draws were within the manufacturer's specifications. The compressor and condenser fan motor were evaluated and found to be functioning properly. Refrigerant levels were checked and confirmed to be within the optimal range. Finally, the outdoor unit was thoroughly washed and waxed to protect against the elements.
Today, I conducted a comprehensive tune-up on two heat pump systems. The first, an Amana heat pump installed in 2025, had all electrical connections checked for tightness and corrosion, with none found. The evaporator coil and blower wheel were meticulously cleaned, and amp draws were verified to be within acceptable limits. The outdoor unit was washed and waxed. The second system, a 6-year-old Lennox heat pump, also had tight electrical connections, clean coils, and a waxed outdoor unit. Refrigerant levels were confirmed to be acceptable in both units. Both systems have UV systems, compressor savers, and surge protection installed outside. I recommend adding an attic tent to the attic access to improve energy efficiency.
I conducted a thorough inspection of the condenser unit and all associated heads. During the inspection, I identified a faulty part that was promptly replaced under warranty. No additional repairs or refrigerant were required. After the replacement, I meticulously verified the operational status of the system to ensure it was functioning correctly. The unit was tested for efficiency and reliability, confirming that it met all performance standards.
