We have been without AC for over a week and were told that a part was bad, and we had to wait for the new part to come in, then, when the new part came in, then we were told the compressor was bad and now we might need the entire unit replaced. Not good at all… Especially in this 100° temperatures that we’ve had for so long. Pretty frustrating to say the least… This is the second time this particular unit has had to been replaced in just the three years that we’ve lived in this house and we started off with a brand new unit from Comfort experts. Don’t feel like we got what we paid for with the initial cost of these units… Very frustrated and wished we would’ve chose another AC company to begin with. Now we feel like we are stuck. Ian, the service tech, was totally fine… Not his fault at all.

Inspected the Blower wheel and compartment, evaporator coil, ducting, supply and return plenum, filter and vents. Discussed with the customer the difference between the level 1 and 2 duct cleaning estimates. Customer is remodeling the home for his elderly father-in-law, but the renovations are not complete yet. Discussed the possibility of scheduling the duct cleaning for a future date but the customer declined. Customer stated he has a relationship with Daffen and will be obtaining more quotes.
