Upon arrival system was in working condition. All electrical connections and components are good. Blower is a little dirty , blower capacitor is out of tolerance. Coil is clean. Couldn't check drain line as it has no air hole, recommended a pan strip to avoid back up. Filter was changed. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor is within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are good. Amp draws are good. Could benefit from compressor saver. Client scheduled for Monday to get that capacitor, pan strip and compressor saver. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.

Upon arrival the outside unit's fan was running but the compressor was not. After inspecting both the indoor and outdoor unit, I recommended a drain line clean to clear debris and prevent the drain line from overflowing, a coil clean to remove dust and increase efficiency, a blower capicator to replace the existing one that was out of tolerance (9.17 out of 10 with a 5% tolerance), a dual run capicator to replace the completely open dual run capicator on the outside unit (0 out of 35) and a compressor saver kit to replace the existing one with a cracked start capicator seal), and a copper membership. The customer accepted all recommendations. The copper membership requires a 20 dollar a month payment in return for 20% off the total price today, a free plumbing and electrical inspection every year, and a super tuneup on your HVAC system yearly. You must maintain this membership for 1 year or pay back the 20% discount provided today. Additionally, as long as you maintain this membe

When I arrived both units were running. The indoor unit was mostly clean, I recommended a drain pan strip because the drain was working but there was a small amount of water sitting in the primary drain pan. The outside unit tested within the acceptable range on all applicable tests. As I left both the indoor and outdoor units were running and cooling as intended. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Went to home for duct cleaning estimate, customer is concerned about critters entering system, recommended iaq upgrades to sterilize germs and dissuade any insects/rodents. Recommended duct clean level one with free blower clean if duct clean is purchased. Unit is operational, system is running fine.

Came to system down. Diagnosed thermostat and furnace blower motor are faulty. Drain repair has to be done as well. Customer will be called Monday to talk about pricing for motor. System left down

Tech arrived for a parts and labor warranty cooling tune-up. The system is a Goodman package unit. The capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The coils were hosed off to assist with air flow. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain was clogged. The drain was easily cleared with a hose. Bleach was poured down the drain system. There was growth present in the blower area. The customer was informed of different Indoor Air Quality packages. The customer was also informed that the UVC systems can be financed. The customer was informed of the benefits behind having an Energy Audit performed on the home and that we provide #Solar services. The customer would like to be called on Thursday to give a date and time for the meeting. The system was functioning upon departure.

Coming on site unit wasn't cooling. Lots repairs have been delt with on this system, out of code(red tagged unit) left option sheet in the email and talked with homeowner on options. Relay is burnt, compressor wire is chewed up, tstat wire is completely exposed outside, disconnect is wood spiked outside in the wall, lots of growth in the system but very rusted out coil, contactor is burnt and almost pit. Customer wants to take to the boss about making proper decision on moving forward with options. Customer is selling home. Warning might not be able to find some parts for this unit(out of date maker)

Upon arrival I checked the indoor unit for heating functionality and everything ran exactly how it should. The filter is in dire need of a change but there was not one provided so I could not do anything about it. There was some minor biological growth on the blower motor wiring as shown in the pictures I took. The outdoor unit was running properly with the exception of slightly higher than normal amperages on the compressor and the fan motor. Customer opted to add a compressor saver kit to help alleviate that. The capacitor was well within tolerance and didn't need replacing. Left customer in heating with a 20⁰ delta.

Performed ah, system heating normally. Blower motor has excessive build up, leaking oil. Inspected heat exchangers and found lots of rust spots and thermal wear. Due to systems age, condition, and safety reasons recommend system replacement.
