10/21/24 TS- master sink has a slow drain but small hair near stopper and runs good after. Flushed waterheater, small amount of sediment at first but clear for the most part year old waterheater

Arrived onsite gave estimate for job customer was wanting to get done. He said to email to him he would look at it and get back to us.

10/12/24 TS- customer declined work. Leak is in a field across the street near a well head. Linenis 2" pvc that supplies the whole block water. Not only is the hole filled with water but the while field would need to be pumped down to access repair. Break is on a T section

Spoke to customer about options to hang two custom fixtures. Without the fixtures being here I informed her there is no garuntees. She ordered fixtures from a Instagram guy who makes them in his barn. Informed customer that once she has the fixtures on site we can come back and give her an accurate estimate on installing them. Emailed ballpark estimate and made sure she understood that this is not set in stone whatsoever. Way to many variables.

On this job I washed the condensor change the filter and blew out the drain lines. The system has a td of 20 subcool of 8. The heating side in range and back up heat strips pulling 17amps each. The system could use uv and a soft start. Other then this the system is online and cooling.

Came out for an evaluation customer was concerned about the noise level being produced by the fan motor however prior to my arrival she said her son blew off the leaves and the noise stopped I did not experience anything out of the ordinary I also did not physically open or diagnose anything however I did get her signed up with the complimentary senior citizen membership she expressed her frustrations with the company that installed this unit and stated that she has been calling us ever since I verified her manufacturers warranty and put a screenshot in the form she would also like a plumber to come out here and take a look at one of their toilets that they have been having issues with she said anytime works for her if the office just calls and gives her a heads up

Replaced the txv again, also replaced filter dryer, system has a floating restriction causing system to freeze and pull into a vacuum. Could attempt to run a flush kit through system or replace evaporator coil, system needs to be replaced to something more efficient, and reliable, customer is going to contact parents to seek for some help. Instructed customer to not run machine as compressor damage is imminent

Mini Split System left on cooling at exit

On this job I washed out 2 condnesor and changed 2 filters. I washed the drian lines out with bleach. I inspected the rest of the cooling components. Subcooling at 7 and 8° on both system and td is 20. These 2 systems have all other comments in tolerance and are ready for cooling.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and she stated the coil had Frozen three times since I was out here and replaced the TXV in August. Airflow is good and the customer had removed the filter from the air handler, and the system still froze after removing it. I went outside and gauged up where I had a 36⁰ SH with a 12⁰ SC meaning the replaced TXV has become restricted again. I spoke with Ryan and we are going to replace the TXV under warranty with a Piston metering device.

Came out for a membership super tune-up found the insulation on the blower door sucked in sprayed some adhesive to remedy this issue found the condensate drain line draining slow treated this with vinegar and added a pan strip found the disconnect for the condensing unit to be loose and brittle recommend replacement as well as installing a unit search protector for the convincing unit also noticed bare control wires to the condensing unit has the potential to short out the transformer should contact ever be made between the two

On arrival customer wanted an evaluation pertaining to excessively high utility bills. Raining at time of visit but machine is producing a 17 degree delta and is running as it should electrically. Customer would like a visit to discuss adding his HVAC condenser to the generator transfer switch. Set for next Monday 10-12.

The system here has a 7° subcool indicating the system has enough 410a but extreme low side at 15° evaporator. Not enough suction cooling coming back to cool the compressor head shouting down the compressor. The system also had a hard start kit not the right size for it. He needs a new txv at the air handler. Besides the main issue the evap coil is very rusted over drian line looks to be caked up.

Found thermostat wire cut by lawnmower and nest thermostat not working. Replaced and rewired thermostat and sign them up for membership.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and she stated their system was having a hard time keeping up being they set the temperature to 77°, however doesn't get below 80. She stayed at about Monday the system had froze up and they replace the filter as it was dirty and since then the system has not froze. I started off at gauging up where I had a 25° superheat and 21° sub cool indicating the TXV is not metering or refrigerant properly which is not allowing the proper amount of refrigerant to flow through the evaporator coil and absorb the heat in the home. Additionally the compressor was running at 19.7 amps with an RLA of 20. This means the compressor is likely over amping as it hit triple digits indicating the compressor can fail really at any given moment when over amping. I talked to the customer about the cost of replacement versus repair and how repairs will be thousands of dollars and that money could go towards a new system instead. Customer will talk to her hu

8/12/24 For this job, it was supposed to be a TXV replacement, however upon going to swap the two out we received the wrong part. The original TXV is a weld on and the part received is a bolt on so it will not work. Customer will wait for the new one to come in.

On arrival upstairs system furnace not receiving power. Found door switch not fully engaged. Once properly depressed system ran and cooled with no issues. Recommended membership and soft start kits for his condensers to increase their lifespan and allow for easier use with a generator.
