Casey was great got the problem fixed and now I don’t have to go without AC. He was quick to find the issues and repair it. He came out the same day I call. I will definitely recommend his services to a friends and family!!! Thank you Casey for doing such an amazing job and keeping my family cool in the hot summer days!!!
The only thing I wish had been done differently would have been to give me some tips on preparing for installation especially preparing for stuff coming out of the vents.
Marshall was very professional and completed the maintenance with no complaints
System is low on refrigerant, located leak on evaporator coil Schrader valve. Gave customer a price to replace the valve and a ballpark estimate of how much refrigerant will cost. Customer is going to call a friend of his
Upon arrival found indoor unit running but not cooling. I evaluated the outdoor unit to determine the cause and found ants in the contactor. I explained ro the customer that we can not warranty ants. And she accepted to replace the part. I changed out the contactor. Unit Began running. I checked refigerant levels and found levels to be within range left system cooling.
Customer interested in 9k mini split for theatre room which was converted from part of the Garage. He likes our price but needs to talk to his accountant. Should be in touch in a few days.
Performed ac, customer stated machine is not keeping up mid-day. Found system low on r22, 17 degree delta. Evaporator coil severely rusted and corroded. Drain line was clogged until I flushed drain with water. Compressor is drawing high amps. Due to systems age, condition and r22 phase out recommend system replacement.
System tripping on high pressure, condenser coil dirty. Cleaned condenser coil, system operating normally at this time.
Upon arrival unit was on with no cooling. Customer stated drain line backing up. Inspected indoor unit and found drain line clogged. Inspected outdoor unit and found capacitor unable to start compressor motor. Recommended membership, capacitor and drain line clear. Customer accepted recommendation, replaced capacitor. Inspected system again and sound unit running within unit specification. Cleared drain line. Left unit on and cooling with 20 dt.
Upon arrival found system running and cooling. Changed air filter and evaluated indoor unit and found blower working appropriately and very clean. Indoor Coil had signs of rust. All electrical wiring was tight inside control panel. Drain line was clear. I evaluated the outdoor unit and found refigerant levels to be within range. Compressor and condenser fan motor was operating appropriately within data specs. A tree next to the condenser had grown into side of the coil. Could not cut root to pull it out. I advised customer to have that tree taken care as soon as possible. Found bad dual cap and switched out under P&L. All electrical wiring was tight inside control panel. Washed down condensing unit. Left system cooling.
7/15/22 upon arrival found systems cooling. The outside couls were a little dirty but filters in the attic were perfectly clean as was the delta. Tested drain lines were clear and pressures looked perfect on both units. Systems were left cooling with 20 dt as it should
Completed tune up. Outdoor unit capacitor in tolerance. Fan and compressor pulling normal amps. Indoor unit has small amount of biological growth along drain pan. No other issues. Blower wheel clean and spins freely. Poured water down drain to verify operating correctly. System running in cooling on departure
Upon arrival found indoor unit running but blowing hot air. I checked the outdoor unit and found condenser fan operating properly. Checked amp draw in compressor and found nothing. I checked the capacitor and found dead capacitor. Switched out capacitor to ensure system functionality and compressor came on and is pulling 10.12 amps. Condenser fan motor is working properly and refigerant levels look good.
