The only thing I wish had been done differently would have been to give me some tips on preparing for installation especially preparing for stuff coming out of the vents.
STU performed today, outdoor unit refrigerant levels are good at this time and the dual run capacitor to testing within manufacturer specifications, indoor unit filter is clean and primary drain line is clear at this time. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage and the system is working as it should in both heating and cooling. Customer purchased new uv bulb to keep ultra violet filtration working effectively
Went to home for cooling tune up on one system. Checked indoor unit in heating first. Blower is clean, filter is dirty, customer ordered new one, will replace when able, electrical connections good. Drain lines and drain pan clear, recommended drain switch to protect against drain issues. Uv system is operational, bulb is dimming, recommend replacement. Evaporator coil is not corroded, ducts are relatively clean. Went to outdoor unit and checked it in cooling. Capacitor is within tolerance, fan amps fine, compressor ampshigh on startup, recommend compressor saver. Condenser coil is clean, electrical connections are secure, defrost board needs to be replaced soon. The system is functioning well.
Went to house for stu on one system. Checked filter, filter clean, blower dirty, ducts dirty, recommended Duct clean, customer declined. Electrical connections good, temp rise/fall good, evap coil is alright, drain lines clear. Went to outdoor unit and checked fan amps, compressor amps, and capacitor. Capacitor good, fan amps fine, compressor ampsfien in operation, high on startup, recommended compressor savor customer said no. Defrost board burned I spots, recommended replacement, customer declined. Contactor burned and pitted and buzzing, recommended replacement, customer wants to wait. Cleaned outdoor coil, unit is operational. Customer declined energy audit, is getting solar panels installed soon.
Jan 24 - Gavin V. Checked outdoor and indoor units. Outdoor amp draws were in range. Inrush current was a little high, customer declined compressor saver. Capacitor was bad on HERM side, replaced with new capacitor. Cleaned outside coil and service disconnect. Inside unit performing good. Delta 20. Found biological growth, Customer declined value germicidal light. Did drain repair. Blower levels are good. Changed customer supplied filter. System left in working order.

12/2/2022 Gavin Vance - changed filter on furnace. Inspected flame sensor. System works as intended. Checked capacitor on outside unit, rated for 45/5 read 43/5. Cleaned outside coil. System was left with cooling and heating working.
Customer is emailing the copy from the other company to Jana Tunnel 22 foot under house to fix belly and pipe and put a clean out in the front yard. Before we go forward with this I want to get the Mike out to just clarify that I am right. This is just a estimate.
