Spoke to customer over the phone and got new zone control board paid for and now just waiting for it to be ordered and letting the customer know when we can come back
Amp draws acceptable, coils clean, plenums clean, blower clean and operating efficiently Refrigerant levels are good system is cooling and heating well Primary drain is clogged, showed Cust and he said he will clear it himself Zone board is operating correctly Spray foamed home very well insulated Capacitor in range Contactor acceptable
During inspection discovered that zone board was not passing power from the tstat side to the equipment side Made a temporary fix for customer to have cool on and working and let him know we would need to order a new zone control board and would let the customer know as soon as it would come in Order new zone control board under P&L
04/02/24 Tyler S- quoted for new waterheater or customer supplied. Basic package no upgrades or parts needed. Advised against repair because it's leaking g at the heating element and repair may not last long. Currently the leak at the element popped the internal breaker. Reset breaker and unit is heating again. 13 year old unit needs to be replaced
03/19/24 Tyler s- Duel 50gal waterheaters that are hooked up incorrectly at the hot outlet. Both waterheaters are 18 years old and the first one is showing signs of starting to rot at the base. Informed customer about replacing units very soon
Wet switch tripped, fixed
Arrived at customer's house and made our way to the main panel. Checked for tripped breaker did not see any. Went into attic and looked for wires connecting to GFCI outlets for testing, no break in the wires. While tightening connections in main panel we noticed that a breaker on the generator panel was tripped. When reset the garage had power again. We also looked at customers bedroom fan because the lights were not coming on when the switch was flipped. We checked the connections on the switch and found them to be loose, once tightened the lights functioned properly.
02/17/24 Tyler- basic checkup. Issues with kitchen sink and needs to be replaced and also the drain needs to be redone to fix issues

After arrival I got multiple photos of the unit as well as spoke to the homeowner to figure out the issue. I then called my manager to set up for a time so he and I can look up the water heater brand and any information before we take the next step. Thank you.
Tech arrived for rec work. The AprilAire 310 filter upgrade kit was installed. The filter was inserted. The customer will think about a whole home surge protector for the future and is still waiting on a plumber to evaluate the water heater.
Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor out of tolerance and was replaced. There was no observed surge protection. The filter was relatively clean. The blower area was a little dirty. The UV system was functioning. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. There was no inline float switch. There was corrosion present on the water heater. This is a solar water heater. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with upgrading the 20*20*5 box filter to a AprilAire filter. This part will be ordered. He would also like to set up an appointment next week for a plumber to evaluate the water heater. The system was functioning upon departure.
Install 42k hz heat pump with high efficiency filtration, uv system and duct cleaning
Install 60k upflow air handler only use current filtration
This system is over 10 caked with mold in the blower motor system blower also doesn't shut off. This is an ecm motor. She is not interested in repairs. She wants to talk to someone about new system. That is set up for 3 to 5pm today.
Arrived to unit after performing evaluation of system and testing heat strips I found that the indoor evap coil had a leak on it customer had outdoor unit replaced a couple years ago, customer also had a side hvac tech change thecoil a coupler years ago also,customer has comfort adviser coming out tomorrow, will need to set follow up call
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was wrong capacitor was currently installed. The fan motor was pulling high amperage. The contactor was pulling high amperage. The disconnect was stuck. The filter was dirty, the customer will replace. There was no drain safety. The drain line was not properly glued. The blower area was dirty and growth was present. The the coil was relatively clean. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will review the recommendations and is interested in the Upgraded UVC System and Air Cleaner. He will call back in to schedule installation. The system was functioning upon departure.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had a clean coil and blowernand the drain lines flowed when flushed. The uv bulb was not turning on. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I will follow up mid January about the uv bulb as requested.
Outdoor unit checked was raining hard also ,indoor unit is operating in specifications, uv bulb is out ,replaced uv bulb left system heating
Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection the inverter board showed normal cooling. The condenser coils were hosed off from the inside to assist with air flow across the coils. The Delta was within range. The filter was dirty and replaced. The customer supplied UV bulb was replaced. The blower area was clean. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The secondary drain was draining slowly. The wet switch was upside down. This switch was repositioned. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to install a drain treatment strip to help keep the drain system clean. The system was functioning upon departure.
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The co tactor was in working condition. The amp draws were within range. The filter was clean. The Delta was within range. The UV bulb was expired. The blower area was dirty and growth was present. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. There was corrosion present on a water heater fitting. Customer was informed of recommendations today. He is selling the home and pass on repairs today. The system was functioning upon departure.
Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon inspection there was water in the master bathroom and on the carpet in front of the unit. The drain was checked and clear. The customer mentioned that he cleared it. The drain switch was not functioning properly. It appears to be wired improperly. The customer decided to add a treatment strip today. He will call the company that installed the unit to address the drain switch. The system was functioning upon departure.
Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon inspection the Delta was high. The refrigerant was within range. The capacitor was out of tolerance and was replaced. There was air leaking at the bottom of the supply plenum. This area was resealed. The zone control board was sending 24v to open and 24v to closed on the same damper at the same time. This downstairs damper was faulty even after sending proper voltage. A new damper and zone control board will be ordered and installed at a later time. Honeywell Zone control board HZ322. Power open Power closed damper operator. Tech was able to get flow to the effect areas and left the system cooling at this time. The flow may be temporary. We will pause for parts
Upon arrival the system was running but not cooling efficiently. The unit had a 13 degree temperature drop, and a clean blower and coil. The drain lines were flowing smoothly and operating as intended. The outside unit was dirty but otherwise in good shape electrically. The unit was missing dust covers. The subcool for the unit was 15 and the superheat was 40 indicating stuck txv that is not metering refrigerant as intended.
