For this job, I worked on a super tune up on this 1 year old unit. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. Customer was recommended a UV system to help with biological growth in her unit, I recommended an IAQ 200 to help with allergies and also viruses. Customer mentioned that she will talk about it with her husband first. Membership upgrade was also recommended however customer explained that she will talk about it with her husband too. Refrigerant levels looked ok point, filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. Customer was offered an upgrade options on his UV system, however customer rejected for now. For this job I did an evaluation. Nothing was running and thermostat had no power. Found fuse popped inside furnace. Began low voltage short diagnosis. Found that value germicidal had failed and popped the fuse. Uninstalled value germicidal and replaced fuse. Verified system functionality in all modes. Left system cooling. Came to house to give quote on adding plugs outside on patio and also on back side of garage but gave price to do plug on back side of patio my customer wants them cut in to the brick so gave quote to do that and it was too high for a customer to want to do both so we just did the one in the back patio and customer is super happy with it and everything is working explain to customer if anything happens to call us back and I will be back out for free to fix it also customer will be reaching out in the future to do the other plug just wanted to wait a little bit
for this job I did a super tune up. Deltas good. Filter changed. Drains are clear. Tightened electrical components and in tolerance. Refrigerant is good. Washed coil. Recommend upgrading to soft start. Homeowner opted to reseal plenum w/minor repair & H&B update. System cooling by when I left.

Customer was recommended to replace his capacitor, since it was out of tolerance. I explained to the customer our life time warranty and they decided to purchase a premium capacitor. On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. The system works and does achieve a 20° delta. The super heat is at 23° which is a little high. It could be for from 410@ top off charge to achieve 15 ° super heat. He's not ready to to look at a new system at this time.
Eval- customer stated that he woke up yesterday to 84 degree home Upon inspecting system, noticed that the wire going to the reversing valve solenoid was not getting 24 volts When inspecting the wires, I noticed that the plug for the O wire on the defrost board had electric tape, needed to be repaired Told customer about repair and asked about what kind of warranty he had, so I told him he had the parts warranty Re did electric wire plug at the defrost board and reversing valve would energize on cool and de energize when shutting off and had cool air coming out the vents Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
Arrived to find outdoor u it throwing code L2 for high pressure lockout reset code and adjusted charge in both heating and cooling unit is now working as it should Also inspected customers filter it is considerably dirty and will need to be changed soon customer opted to order and replace it on themselves

Found that during initial install when the pressure switch was relocated the tube connecting it to the inducer had become kinked not allowing it to operate correctly adjusted the pressure switch location unit is now functioning correctly left unit on in heating
Performed evaluation Upon arrival systems were on Upstairs system delta 19 Downstairs system delta 16 – 5 – 13 Downstairs system has intermittent performance Thermaled indoor coil and found front face cold bottom 1/3 and heat on 2/3 Inside coil the cooling is inverted with top 1/2 cold – and bottom warm On whole face of innter coil – refrigerant lines are not cool Reccomended indoor coil replacement for feeding issue Provided estimate for refrigerant to be done to see system performance up to total of estimate – may not require all Homeowner declined comfort advisor and reccomended repairs until personal home repairs are completed 1st Systems left on cool at exit

For this Job I performed a evaluation. The system was not operating upon arrival. I checked the breaker panel and the breaker for the AC was tripped. I turned it back on and the system began to run within normal limits. I recommended a electrician servicing her breaker panel due to its age and condition. The homeowner stated that they have a family known electrician that they have used for years and will have them come service the panel for them. No further suggestions were made.
