This is a 2 year old system is washed the condensor and changed the filter. Cooling is in range with 8° subcool and 20°td. The heating side is in range and back up heat strips kicking pull 17amps a piece. The system could benefit greatly from easy start and uv. Over the system is clean and functions great.
Scheduled for Saturday 28th in Alvarado Approved by GoodLeap Finance
System is in tolerance on the cooling side. Td is 20 subcool is 10. System is now washed and has clean filters i recommend an easy start and uv.
This system is intolerance in heating side. I have installed new filter and washed the condensor. The only thing I found was a blown out hard start kit. I recommend an easy start to reduce the inrush. Other then this cap tested in tolerance contactor is clean. Td is 20 subcool is 8.
Arrived for IAQ200 install 16 inch bulb does not fit Will return with a 12 inch bulb to complete install
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor units blower and coil dirty. Biological growth in indoor unit. Outdoor unit was starting hard. With customers permission I added an iaq 200 and compressor saver kit along with a complimentary coil and blower clean. When I left system running and cooling.
Arrived for STU Filter fine Drain clear Blower and coil clean Will return next month for IAQ200 install at customer request. They may move appointment up Washed Condenser coil Motors, capacitors, and refrigerant levels fine
Found system low on refrigerant. Found leak in field weld. Fixed the weld and recharged.
Found airhandler making loud noise, pulled blower motor and discovered 4 opossum dead on the heat strips and blower. Removed with the help of the customer. Customers condenser is older than me and with the upcoming price increase caused by the AIM act NOW is the best time to replace. Instructed customer to talk with Jana on getting someone out to talk about replacing system.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and they stated their coil had Frozen up all the way to the compressor. When I got there the system was set to Fan only I turned the system to cooling and pretty much immediately the system started to freeze up. I went outside and gauged up where I had a 20° superheat and a 12° sub cool so refrigerant levels looked within range. This eliminated the suspicion of lower refrigerant and left me with an airflow restriction, when I took the filters out of the air handler and checked my pressures again they started to rise above freezing. Both filters were dirty, this is an upflow closet unit and that system in particular has slots for filters on each side underneath the coil. I talked to the customer that airflow was to blame and with how saturated the filters were they would need to be replaced.
08/31/24 TS- customer declined work before I could finish quote on floor and waterheater Closet door is 22" wide 23" if door is off hinges. Waterheater corniche is 19" wide. Waterheater is 49" tall (4feet). We would need to place a 21" X 21" wide floor board. The old one is rotted out.

Arrived to no cool. Discovered that the 45/5 capacitor has failed on the compressor side. Installed a premium dual run capacitor. Performed function check. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and they stated water was overflowing the coil drain pan and soaking their floor. This being a mobile home the drain line went under the house, after a little bit trying to clear the drain line with air I had to crawl under the house and take apart the flex tubing where it connected to PVC, the PVC had become completely obstructed and water was unable to drain. I disconnected it and ran the tube along the refrigerant line, as far it would go and it was draining well upon departure.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and system was only blowing out hot air, at the condenser the compressor was trying to turn on and when I tested the capacitor it was out of tolerance practically dead. I replaced it with a new one and system started running and cooling just fine blowing out at 70° upon departure.
Replaced frost proof on side of home tested after repair was made everything working properly
Customer communication. Came to some conclusions about lighting problems. He is happy. Going to fix himself ofc. Damage control complete.
Replaced the accumulator everything is running and cooling with a 18° temperature split from the return to one of the supplies

Found float switch tripping. Cleared and tested the drain with several gallons of water. System is draining And running properly
