Level 1 36k heat pump

For this job, I arrived to replace a refrigerant control valve and a UV bulb. UV bulb was replaced, however refrigerant control valve job could not be completed. After trying to complete the first step of getting a pump down done, and being unsuccessful, a further diagnostic was completed after differents tests. The compressor is not being able to function properly either. Everything was explained to customer and her options were given, customer decided to schedule a Comfort Advisor today. Customer will hear and see what is more beneficial to her. UV bulb job is completed however TXV was not, customer paid 30% on my first visit, I informed her a refund will be done. Came out for a membership cooling tune up the only concerns I have are with the duck system needing to be cleaned and inspected for breeches possibly by critters underneath the home and the need for a soft start device for the compressor outside

For this job, I worked on a double super tune-up on these two heat pump systems. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and check for maximum efficiency. In the upstairs unit, I noticed a bad temperature difference, I went on and checked my super heat and sub cool and diagnosed a bad refrigerant control valve. A UV bulb replacement for her air scrubber was also recommended. Capacitor on upstairs condenser was about to go out of tolerance also. Customer approved all jobs to be done, I notified the customer that the UV bulb and the Txv needed to be ordered and that she would get a call from the office to schedule the job to be done when parts arrived.
