System is operating at this time, checked all components and everything is operating normally.

On arrival the system was running and cooling but the secondary drip pan had partially refilled. I ensured that the refridgerant levels were good and not causing the coil to freeze. I removed the drain lines from the primary drip pan and capped them. The pan held water and did not drip which confirmed that the pan was not cracked. I replaced the male fittings and re ran/attached the drain lines. Water immediately emptied down the primary drain line. The unit was level, so I left my phone videoing inside the unit to see if water was improperly shedding down the coil and saw no sign of this. After 30 min of run time no water had made it past the primary drip pan, confirming that my leak was caused due to loose male fittings. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

On arrival the system was running and not cooling. I leak searched the evaporator and found a leak along with a good amount of rust. I recommended replacing the coil of it is still under manufacturer warranty. I need to follow up with the office tomorrow to confirm warranty status.
Mike R.
On this job the system caused damage to the ceiling due to super caked filter and caked A coil.. drain lines are clear and nvr an issue. I recommend system replacement based on the age and many issues the system has.
Brock S.
Ran annual heating tune up on unit. Poured 1 gallon of water through drain and found water to back up into the secondary drain, clearing is needed at this time. Temperature delta was within tolerance, coil was clean, and unit worked normally in both heating and cooling. Tightened down all electrical connections. Found biological growth inside of furnace and recommended installing a UV system. Tested all amp draws outside on fan and compressor andnallctested good. Still recommended installing a compressor saver to help with inital amp draw on the compressor. Tested capacitor and cap was within tolerance. Cleaned off outdoor coil inside and out. Found no other issues at this time. Cleared drain line and tested with water. Drain working as normal.

40/5 dual run capacitor was failing. Replaced. System cooling properly.
Tyler L.
Tyler L completed an electrical tune up panel was almost brand new found no immediate problems or issues connections were tight they had a new meter can a disconnect outside the only thing I could find that was any problem was the gfci's that were not present in the kitchen they need three of thebut they denied the service so that they could do it them selves

2006 3 ton gas furnace carrier, evaporator coil was replaced by another company in 2022. Found orange flickering flames in the furnace, this was after I allowed the dust burnout and checked gas pressure. When blower wheel comes on the flames increased. Condenser unit is not level, if the condenser unit isn't level, then the oil inside the compressor won't be level either. This can lead to one side of the compressors motor not being properly lubricated. Ultimately, that can cause compressor damage due to the grinding of the motors parts. Condenser dual Run 40/5 cap is failing. Drain line was blocked, cleared with my shop vac. Emergency pan rusted. Ducts need to be cut down and buried under insulation for maximum performance. I discussed the seriousness of the flickering orange flames at length with customer An orange flame means gas is being wasted and carbon monoxide is being produced. This inefficient combustion process causes stunted heat production and higher energy bills. Col

On arrival the system was running and cooling as intended. The unit produced a 16 degree delta and had a clean blower and coil. The primary drain line had a ring of gunk and the secondary drip pan had water in it. I removed the insulation from the coil door where the cap tubes were pressed against it and condensating. This was causing water to bypass the primary drip pan and eventually end up in the secondary. The outdoor unit was in good condition and passed all electrical tests. I recommended a drain treatment strip to help clear out the primary drain line and with the customers permission I installed it. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!

Same issue as the previous visit. Primary drain is clear however the drain switch is shutting the system off intermittently. Bypassed the drain switch in order to isolate the issue. Drain switch needs to be replaced. Customer doesn’t want to replace at this moment. Advised it needs to be repaired very soon.

Replaced compressor, TXV, liquid line drier, compressor saver that had been compromised and added a vapor line drier due to signs of burn out. Need to schedule a return visit early next week to remove vapor line drier and recheck charge.

During inspection discovered that cap was getting close to being below tolerance and spoke to customer about that and a compressor saver and said he would like the estimates for those and asked if he could call us back out next week to get it done and I told him yes we could do that Left customers house with system cooling
Alec G.
Spoke with customer and gave them 3 different options for cleaning the ducts and they said mother in law lives with them and would be splitting the bill so they will talk about the pricings with her when she gets home and then call the office if they want to go any further with the cleaning Emailed customers estimates
