Upon arrival found systen heating and cooling with a 20 delta. Amana gas furnace straight cool condenser. Found capacitor was low and filter was dirty. Changed capacitor under parts and labor warranty. Pressures were good and system was left fully functioning upon departure. Recommended compressor saver

Found thermostat programming for gas heat, causing blower to not kick on. 2 heat element stopped working due to failed sequencer, customer will make repairs himself
Went to house for super tune up on one carrier system, checked indoor unit in heating first. Filter is relatively clean, drain lines are clear, evaporator coil is not corroded, electrical connections are good. Flame sensor going bad, recommend replacement. Ducts are sealed, blower is clean, went to outdoor condensor unit and checked it cooling. Fan amps are good, compressor amps are good while running, high on startup, recommend compressor savor to extend lifespan of compressor. Recommended indoor air quality upgrades to increase air quality in home. Washed off coil, unit is functioning properly in heating and cooling.
Performed ahc system operation is normal, refrigerant levels in range, capacitor in tolerance. Cleaned condenser, primary drainline is clogged, needs to be cleared under sink and install drain protection.
Install Seer 2 Amana 16 seer variable speed 2 stage hz dual fuel systems 36k and 60k with high efficiency filtration, 1404 square foot R30 insulation, relocate 1 of the 2 existing drain lines
Did an anual heating and cooling tune up, tested capacitor, was below rated amount, recommended it get replaced. Cleaned outdoor coil and checked functionality, unit is still functioning. Indoor unit ignitor is burnt, blower capacitor is below rated amount, recommended it to get replaced. Recommended replacing system due to age, customer is interested in cleaner air, recommended IQ4000. Refrigerate lv's are good. Customer checked untis functions before leaving.
