Quote on installing new customer supplied kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and the cold shut off valve needs replaced. Drain should be good to reuse. Told customer to have sink basket strainers if the new sink doesn't come with

Attempt to Tighten handle on shower valve. Customer is going to order new trim for shower valve

Gave estimate for new hose bibb Will need wall access to repair hose bibb

Arrived for eval Customer stated the system wasn’t working Ran test and the cap was out Relayed and replaced cap System was running before I left

Prince evaluation I showed up to customer's home and they stated the unit was not running and water was getting inside the closet and under the unit. The wet switch had tripped because the drain line was clogged at the drain pan. I used compressed air and shot it through the drain line to clear it and dried off the wet switch and turned power back on. The system ran smoothly for approximately 15 minutes and I did not see any signs of more water leakage.

On this job I inspected the cooling side of the system. When I got there the temp was 68. The system was drity at the filter and condensor. I replaced the filter and washed the condensor. The cap is in tolerance and the broad is too. tD is 20 and froen levels are on point.

I've come back today to make a rapir on the condensor. I welded up a cap tube coming out of the reversing valve. System held 200 psi and past decay test. System is back online and cooling.

Today I discovered a leak at the condenser. I plan on making this repair this Saturday 10 to 12 am . The leak is a capillary tube coming from the bottom of the reversing valve.

For this evaluation I showed up to the customers home, and the air handler was blowing air but not cold air. When I gauged up outside I had negative pressure on the low and high side, and the compressor would not turn on. Additionally I was not getting a call from the thermostat for cool most likely because the system was in low pressure lockout. I leak searched the evaporator coil extensively but I could not find a leak. Same for the condenser, I added refrigerant and inspected the coil but again couldn't find any signs of where the leak was at. I talked to the customer about what I found and told her without finding the source of the leak it would be extremely hard to fix the machine and adding refrigerant would only leak out again with no guarantee how long it would last. I talked to her about replacing the system as it is almost 16 years old and not functioning as efficiently as it should.

Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was very dirty and replaced. The drain was clear and bleach was poured. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will hold off for right now. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a membership service call. Upon inspection, the drain was clogged. The sink plumbing was disabled and removed. The pipes were unclogged. The plumbing was reassembled and no leaks were observed. The customer was informed to monitor this area for the next couple of days. Water was poured down the drain line and drained through termination. The system was functioning upon departure.

Plumbing Eval -- Water Leak

Tech arrived at a 2 system warranty tune-up. It was raining. Upon inspection, the upstairs capacitor was out of tolerance and replaced. The wrong filters were installed allowing unfiltered air to enter the system. The blower area and ductwork was dirty. There was biological growth present. The Deltas were within range. The drains were clear and the sump pump was functioning. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer decided to move forward with adding a compressor saver to the upstairs system compressor. He will speak to his other ac company about the cleaning and UVC system and would like a follow up at the end of April. The systems were functioning upon departure.

This system could benifit from a level 1 duct cleaning. More importantly it could benefit from a UV system hard start kit and a working float switch. Please consider all weve discussed and give us a call back. All prices are subject to change so the sooner the better. Thanks so much Mike R

This system is over 10 years old and I recommend system replacement. The system is low on r22. The system is caked with drit and dust. At this point the key disconnect is by passed. Any money put in to repairing it woukd be a waste of money please consider a new system before summer fully arrives.

02/24/24 Tyler s- inspected l8ne under house and need to rerun a new line from copper to pex 1/2" 15' run and then also replace shower valve + line. Shower is leaking behind diverter and the main water line is busted at 4 separate spots. If customer agrees on work I will most likely need a second set of hands to help work could take 8 hours

Ive returned today to install new whip and disconnect that is all. System is back online and ready for operation.

01/27/24 Tyler s- relight pilot light and turned heat up on thermostat. If issue persist then thermostat needs to be replaced. Also quoted for new unit because the old ones 10 years and a repair is the same cost of a new unit

On this job I will be replaceing whip and disconnect for the air handler. Also I will be cleaning the outside system. This will take place the 1st of Feb and 10 am.

This system has a temp fix..I bye passed burnt disconnect to give fur down system it's 240v back. They do not have the money today to have a new disconnect installed. They will call us back to have it put to in.
