Installed new condenser coil and added warranty refrigerant Tested all components and everything was testing within spec
Replacing evap coil txv under warranty.
This system is only out of tolerance on the in rush. It could benefit from a hard start. The system could also use a duct cleaning. Other then that the td is 18 the filter clean the condensor is clean and ready for cooling.e
Installed one new dimmer

During inspection verified that system was working properly And also verified that there was no air leaks Spoke to customer about a drain switch,pan strip and a membership so we can come out and keep her system up and running and in good health Customer wants to get the work done but would need to hold off on it for now and said she would give us a call back out when she was ready
During inspection discovered that system was completely empty on refrigerant and leak tested and discovered a leak at the bottom of the condenser coil Let customer know that we would get the coil ordered and that there would be a 550 refrigerant warranty charge and customer stated she would pay the fee when we come back out with the new condenser coil Let customer know we would call once we get the coil in Order new condenser coil for Coleman system
I have replaced her doorbell with a ring camera that she was using off of batteries I also opened up her panel it was a little old but she's not having any trouble with it right now and she did have a dimmer switch that was being a little finicky but she's not interested in replacing that at this moment
Plumbing inspection. Faucet in master bath is leaking under cabinet recommend replacment Kitchen drain lines shows signs of leak and wear recommend replacement of drain lines Kitchen sink drain lines are clogged and is draining in to yard out back. Recommend running sewer machine to attempt to unclog line cast iron line. Customer claims she is going to call her American home shield to take care of plumbing issues. Water heater is a 2005 shows no sign of wear but age is concering due to being in middle of home.
Arrived for service eval Compressor run wire loss on spare terminal Recalling service fee Installed hard start kit and tightened spade connections Installed IAQ200 with pan strip and coil clean System left in cooling at exit
Alec G. completed annual heat and air conditioning tune up.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. Thr indoor unit had a clean blower and coil and the drain lines flowed when flushed. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up. I recommended replacing the expired uv bulb, adding a compressor saver kit to prevent overamping and cleaning the ducts. As I left system was running and cooling.
During inspection discovered that system needed a update for the circuit board and was not allowing the two units to communicate and also was getting a locked rotor code went ahead and downloaded update and reset locked rotor code and had system up and running Let customer know that that code is common for this brand and year model and that to prevent that from happening a compressor saver would solve that problem Customer wanted to hold off for now but did sign up for the home protection plan

During inspection verified that system was working properly and also had found some concerns that needed to be brought to the customers attention Talked to Ryan S about concerns of system and also had Ryan speak to the customer for a little and let the customer know of everything with the system and customer stated that he only gets paid once a month and it's on the 1st of each month and he wants to at least get the surge protector installed when he gets paid on the first so customer wants to schedule appt for 3/1/24 and have the office call the day before to verify that customer is still good for that day Left customer's house with system operating properly Schedule appt for 3/1/24 to return to install surge protector
On this job I looked over the heating side of the system. After inspections this system is in tolerance. It does a good amount build on the blower wheel and uv light bulb needs to be replaced.
Leaks detected in evaporator coil. Rust present at the base. Intake side is has airflow restricting dirt build up and oil streaks at the top. Filter is replaced only once a year. Heavy build up. Heavy biological growth found inside indoor unit. Blower wheel has dirt and dust build up. Primary pan is dry and has lots of sediments present. Outdoor unit coil was covered in vines, removed fan top and cleaned. Compressor capacitor is just at manufacturer failing tolerance. Oil streaks present at the bottom of the condenser coil found inside diameter. Refrigerant levels are low. System efficiency is poor. Sat with homeowner and discussed the facts surrounding the state of system. Talked about proper filter replacement timing. Customer was upset feeling these issues I found should have been caught earlier and I responded "sometimes these issues (coil leaking refrigerant) can't be detected until they happen". Was able to de-escalate. Homeowner will visit with a CA on 12/27/23 @1pm to discu

2006 carrier Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer Washed their washable filters Drain was clear and draining poured a gallon of water down Blower motor and wheel were very impacted with dust and dirt, performed blower cleaning Evaporator coil was acceptable Blower capacitor was within manufacturers range Gas piping was acceptable Ignition system was functional All safeties are functional
Install completed no in, thermostat is set to 74 System tested on heating and cooling. Door is locked and key put it back where l found it Install 30k upflow straight electric with standard filtration

System is operating within specifications, after long talk with customer she declined all recommendations, left system heating
2.5gas goodman 2017. Replaced filter. Thorough inspection of the system. Customer has a membership agreement with another company and claimed she told our customer service representative. Customer declined products because she buys her products from another hvac company. I offered multiple services. Elderly.
