I called at 0645 when I knew something was wrong. Told a tech would be here btwn 0800 and 1200. Hoped to avoid the hottest time of the afternoon. Tech showed up at 4pm and was great. Long long time customer and expected quicker service. Disappointed for the first time
Mike installed two hose bibs, one of which required cutting into drywall and adapting the new piece into a troublesome prior fixture. He adapted well to the unforeseen issue, solved it and put in both bibs with the care and attention to detail of a dedicated craftsman. I was very impressed and appreciative of the quality of his work and, of course, the final end product was what I had wanted.
Mark is researching parts we need to repair instant kitchen sink hot water dispenser installed new this past Spring by another plumbing service. Past plumbing service repairs have not lasted. Comfort electrician Brady did a fantastic job on exterior landscape lights around our pool. Mark appears to be equally as knowledgeable in his plumbing specialty. Sue Tejml
Best service ever. Jordan was on time and did a great job
Brady stayed many hours into the evening to complete projects and made special trips to Lowe's for unusual parts. He remained patient and kind - until he finally left for a 1.5 hour drive home to his kids in Mineral Wells at 8 p.m. That is service with a capital "S" !?!
Tech arrived at a cooling tune-up. There was a ride along employee present. It was cold and rainy. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was audibly buzzing. The condenser coils were dirty and were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was a little dirty and was replaced. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. The UVV system indicated "bad bulb". The blower area was a little dirty. The Water heater appeared to be in good shape. The customer was informed that it may be time for a water heater flush in the near future. She will revisit this on our next visit. The customer is not interested in recieving additional information on #Solar at this time. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived for a service call. Upon arrival the fan setting was on auto. The system setting was off. The fan was still running. There was no call for fan at the thermostat. The blower turned of shortly after. The furnace control board was set to 3min on blower delay. This setting was changed to 90 seconds. The system was reevaluated and appeared to be functioning properly. The blower area, board, and control board was very dirty. The control board had hot spots detected by the infrared FLIR camera. Due to the condition it is recommended that the control board be replaced. Upon departure the blower area was taking a long time to shut down, longer than the 90 seconds setting. A Level 2 duct cleaning is highly recommend. It was also noticed that the drain system did not have a drain safety. This condition could result in severe water damage. The customer decided to add a float switch to the drain system today. The outside system was evaluated and the duel run capacitor was found to
