Best service ever. Jordan was on time and did a great job
Brady stayed many hours into the evening to complete projects and made special trips to Lowe's for unusual parts. He remained patient and kind - until he finally left for a 1.5 hour drive home to his kids in Mineral Wells at 8 p.m. That is service with a capital "S" !?!
Jordan did an excellent job. Great service

Marshall was very nice and provided clear explanation of the issues with my ac. The pricing charged for Freon was substantially higher than other service providers.
Thoroughly performed a super tune up, washed condenser coil out and checked components. Refrigerant levels are good, dual run is good 45/5, compressor amps within specs, ducts are dirty, furnace is up to specs and the system is functioning properly at this time. Spoke with customer about duct cleaning and a Uv system.
Replaced burnt receptacle and failed GFCI. Installed in use weatherproof covers on three circuits Diagnosed low voltage lighting replaced switch for spot light and added waterproof wire nuts to low voltage
Tech arrived for a service call. Upon inspection the compressor was not working for the upstairs system. The capacitor was checked and was out of tolerance. The capacitor was changed and the compressor regained functionality. While checking on this system, there was a noise coming from the downstairs system. That capacitor was also out of tolerance. Both capacitors were replaced and both systems were operating upon departure. Refrigerant and deltas were at acceptable levels.
Evaporator coil rusty and corroded, build up on blower wheel, biological growth, duct cleaning, system rejuvenation, system upgrade do to age and condition. No one living in house in process of making it a rental house.
Upon arrival found the master bedroom evaporator coil was frozen and the system is extreme low on refrigerant. Recommend system replacement due to the age and cost of repairs. Customer will call the company that replaced her other 2 systems. Left the master bedroom system down.
Did a CTU, changed filter, flushed the drain, offered customer a compressor saver customer declined compressor saver
Thoroughly inspected all the low voltage wires, and entire circuit is ohming correctly. Found the drain switch wires going into the air handler panel was slightly cut and had bare copper showing, also low voltage wires out side against the wall had copper showing as well(pics included in photo checklist). Replaced the drain switch and rerouted the wires so it will not get cut again, and redressed and secured the wires outside. Verified system operations, system is functioning properly left on in cooling.
Recall on myself. Fuse was popped again. Replaced contactor under parts and labor warranty. Cycled unit 4 times and everything is operational at this time.
No cool. Fuse was popped. Changed fuse and unit began operation as normal. Checked electrical connections for any bare wires, and bad connections. Could not find any. Everything is operational at this time. *CUSTOMER WANTS INSTALLERS TO COME OUT AND FIX THE CONDUIT FROM THE MINI SPLIT SYSTEM. WAS TOLD WE WOULD CALL BACK BUT NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM US. ALSO WANTS LINE SET COVER REPLACED SINCE ITS DAMAGED.
