Mark came in and went through our old system with a fine tooth comb. Mark understood what the system needed to keep it in good working order. He knew the short cuts the previous owners had taken and how to fix them. I appreciate his professional attitude as well as his customer approach to be polite and to keep his customers happy. Super tune up performed today in an Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Gas valve, burners, igniter and heat exchanger are all acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. IV bulb was replaced on this visit.

Electrical to plumbing Electrical to HVAC Both trades to come out on the first Saturday of April so the 5th I have labeled their panel and have found that the water heater has a small leak and the outside condenser unit needs work done on the disconnect and possibly a checkup


Arrived to no heat. Customer installed a thermostat. System works in fan and in cool. Only fan will run in heat. Heat works when thermostat is bypassed and wires are jumped from “r” to “w”. Customer installed thermostat is faulty. Customer refused repairs at this time.

Install 36k upflow gas use current filtration includes duct cleaning and code kit

Upon arrival tech replace electric heat strips once tech was done tech made sure system was working properly

System was down upon arrival, Customer stated Condenser would not run. During evaluation found that the auxiliary motor starter had failed. Talked with customer about replacement of auxiliary motor starter and Recommendations. Recommended having a comfort advisor visit and customer agreed. CA visit scheduled for tomorrow 10-12 confirmed with office

2/26/25 Ran all gas lines and tested fired up system and located a bad striker coupling that could not get to seal pausing job and will complete first call in the am should only take 30 from arrival

2006 r22 closet downflow. Expired manufacturers warranty. Expired refrigerant type. Malfunctioning thermostat. Freezing evaporator coil. Leaks of r22 refrigerant detected in evaporator coil Poor filtration. Dirty coil. Dirty blower wheel. 2yo heatstrips from another company. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturers specifications. Condenser fan has been replaced. Capacitors have been replaced. Condenser unit is extremely noisey. Disconnect prongs have heat damage. Primary electrical control contractor has heavy scorching and pitting. Refrigerant levels are below manufacturers tolerance. Shared all pertinent video and photo evidence. Discussed the issues at hand. Due to the age, refrigerant type and issues found, the homeowner agreed to visit with a CA 2/25/25 @1p to discuss replacement. System is functional but diminishing in performance fast. Military veteran and new member, please price accordingly.

Installed 40 gallon el3ctric water heater tested for leaks no leaks detected job complete

Came out to give estimate to install a customer supplied gas water heater. Customer said he had two other estimates for work. One for $250.00 and another for $300.00. Explained that all our work would be up to code for safety and piece of mind. Customer declined work at this time

Will replace 40 gallon propane water heater tomorrow have leak isolated customer has scheduled for tomorrow

Customer states that the previous technician wanted to sell a blower cleaning. Customer believed that it was part of the regular service to brush off the blower wheel. I explained that it is not part of our usual service as a dirty blower wheel is a repair, not a maintenance item. I performed complimentary blower cleaning this time due to the confusion of the services provided and the customer was satisfied. . Level 1 blower cleaning performed today.

Heat strips were shorted to a piece of duck board just over a year old but I'm going to warranty this because of workmanship. We need to order 10kw Hunter can come back and install it

2015 3.5 gas closet upflow. Expired manufacturers warranty. Gas valve defective- I have inlet pressure when system is off. When system comes on the burners spurt for just a second and I lose all gas pressure. Gas line is against code having flex line coming into the furnace where it should be black pipe. 30amp breaker at service panel tripped, not labeled. High voltage large junction box in attic unprotected and against code - very dangerous. Gas water heater not working - many code violations. One being yellow flex going down I to the wall. Texas gas service came out whilst there and checked city side inlet pressure, when taking meter off he poured water out and water spurted out of the city side. Rated for 4oz but was getting over 5oz. Texas gas turned off service until violations were fixed. Electrical inspection set for 2/21/25. Plumbing inspection set for 2/21/25. A CA will be scheduled once the gas code violations are fixed due to the age of system. I'm set to call homeo

Customer gas and water heater are far beyond being in code there are many code upgrades that need to be done the gas is currently shut off customer will need to make upgrades before atmos turns gas bk on

Electrical inspection preformed on home. Found many concerning issues. Customer explained that two inspections were done prior to buying. As a licensed Master Electrician I must say attic is very very unsafe, and should never have been passed. At minimum the customer should have been informed of major saftey violations throughout attic. Knob and tube wiring in attic still being used in multiple locations. Very immediate electrical danger. Many open air splices and open junction boxes causing major concerns. Good news is that the service and breakers have been updated, however with all the wiring that is not grounded. I informed customer about immediate electrical dangers and spoke discussing options moving forward. Estimate given is to repair all exposed wiring in attic and Completely eliminate knob and tube. Repair, replace, and install junction boxes as needed in order to make safe. Replacement of any exposed wiring is included. Any additonal work required below top plate to devices

Upon arrival, technician talked to homeowner technician found that the system was a shade electric technician got all his pictures took off the door. As soon as technician took off the door. The emergency heat strip had sparks technician turned off system, checked resistance in the heat strip and found that there was no resistance technician suggest an electric heat kit. The system is under manufacturer warranty, but does not have a labor warranty. Technician will email estimate to homeowner for wife and husband to talk over

Arrived to low heat. Technician was here last week and patched the supply plenum the best he could. Supply plenum has fallen and is misshapen. This is causing uneven airflow. Duct work is original and has some air leaks. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow at noon regarding replacing the supply plenum and the duct work. 14.5kw heat kit with 3 heat strips but only has power going to 2 heat strips on a 60 amp circuit. Need to install an additional 30 amp circuit to run the third heat strip. Requesting an electrician to meet with the customer as soon as possible.

Dryer plug was burnt out. Installed new outlet. Sanded plug end to remove char. Everything working great.
