After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.
After several other plumbers were booked out into the weekend I contacted Comfort Experts on Shantel’s recommendation. She was super sweet, made things quick and was able to get me a plumber sent out within a couple hours. After he left, she called to follow up about my experience and made sure everything was done right. Awesome customer service. Will recommend Comfort Experts and absolutely will use again if I run into another problem.

I replaced the existing wifi thermostat and control module with new, updated units. After installation, I conducted a thorough function check to ensure the system was operating correctly. The new thermostat was configured to connect to the client's wifi network, allowing for remote control and monitoring. The system was tested for both heating and cooling functions, and both were confirmed to be working efficiently. Upon completion, I verified that the system was running smoothly and providing the desired cooling.
I successfully replaced the outdoor fan motor, ensuring all connections were secure and the new motor was properly installed. After the replacement, I conducted a thorough function check to confirm the motor's efficiency and reliability. The system was tested under various conditions to ensure it operated smoothly and quietly. I verified that the fan blades rotated correctly and that there were no unusual noises or vibrations. Upon completion, the system was fully operational, providing optimal performance and reliability.
During the recent inspection, we identified that the outdoor fan motor's bearings were failing, which could lead to further damage if not addressed promptly. To rectify this issue, we replaced the faulty bearings and ensured the motor was functioning correctly. As we missed this problem during our previous visit, we are offering the customer two complimentary service fees over the next two years, which can be used for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs. If the customer opts to replace the motor, we can install a 1/4 hp motor for a cost of $825.
On May 13, I arrived to find the customer's blower running at an unusually high speed. I promptly adjusted the blower settings to their original configuration, ensuring it operated at the appropriate level. The customer appreciated the swift resolution. Additionally, I coordinated a follow-up visit scheduled for the 19th, which will include a representative from Ryan and Goodman. This visit aims to address any remaining concerns and ensure the system functions optimally. The customer expressed satisfaction with the service provided and looks forward to the upcoming assessment.
The customer reported an unusually loud condenser fan. Upon inspection, the motor appeared to be functioning correctly with no bearing issues, balanced fan blades, and motor windings and amp draws within specifications. Despite these checks, the noise persisted. To address potential airflow issues, I thoroughly cleaned the outdoor unit. Despite these efforts, the root cause of the noise remained elusive. The customer opted to enroll in a home budget protection plan for future assistance.
The customer reported a water heater leak affecting the wifi thermostat control board at the air handler. Despite power reaching the control board, it failed to communicate with the thermostat. I ordered a new wifi thermostat and control board. After installation, I tested the system to ensure proper communication and functionality. The customer paid half the cost upfront and will settle the remaining balance upon job completion.

Customer states that the indoor coil freezes up sometimes. Technician found sub cooling to be in range but very high superheat and a low coil temperature. This was caused by low airflow across the coil. Adjusted the blower speed and performed function check. system operating normally upon departure with a coil temperature at 40 degrees.

Apr 02, 2026 Brian H – Inspected furnace to look for blower ramping up and down. The furnace did periodically drop out the blower out of proper operation for brief moments and sounded like it ramped down and back up several times. Identified power circuit to the furnace is jumped off of living room light and receptacle circuit. Furnace receptacle power was back stabbed in to the receptacle device and no ground is present in the circuit. It is possible this created a poor connection to the furnace and could be a factor in the blower cycles. I put the conductors under the screw terminals to ensure a better connection. Dedicated power circuit needs to be ran to the furnace. Return air needs to be enlarged for 48,000 cooling btu system. Currently has two 30×8 flat faced return air grills for the system. One can be enlarged to help with air intake. Attic has minimal insulation. Recommend upgrading insulation to at least R-30 for improved comfort and lower utility bills.
