Work completed, uv bulb replaced, water heater flushed Cleaned out door system due to it being heavily impacted by dust and degree While completing work cust showed me a ceiling fan that isn't working properly, found some bad wiring in the switch box, this is a fire hazard and is what caused the ceiling fan to fault. Need to install new ceiling fan and repair the switches. While flushing the water heater I found a small leak on the hot water supply. This is not a critical leak at this time but does need to be fixed before leak gets worse. Inspected the duct work and found have biological growth, uploaded pictures. Recommend a duct cleaning. Electrical is top priority to insure saftey Contacted HO about doing electrical repairs, verbally approved, emailed estimate for esign, as soon as HO signs the estimate we can schedule to do rec work. These are cust supplied estimates, cust will need to have ceiling fan and outdoor light upon arrival for me to complete work If estimate isn't s

Upon arrival hratpump was not running. Found Primary electrical unit was pitted and not passing power through to heat pump. Replaced Primary electrical unit and added compressor saver to system.
I have completed an electrical wreck work to check every single switch and plug inside of the home and make sure that the connections were tight and proper I had originally gone out there for a circuit failure on 1/22/24 and again on 2/13/24 in both situations the failure was due to loose connections on one occasion one plug had melted in the bathroom due to arcing
I will be returning 3/2 sold rec work
Justin P. completed a heat and air conditioning service call.
Upon arrival Condenser was not running while cool mode was calling. Upon evaluation found Condenser board was throwing 08 code system didn't have line power. Checked main breaker box found Condenser breaker was tripped. Reset breaker ran system check found no issues. Tennant stated power company was working on power days before and shut her power off. Found no others issues in system Talked with Tennant about uv bulb replacement. Also talked about uvc 200 and the benefits uvc 200 has over standard uv system that last longer.
Tyler T. completed an electrical service call.
After arriving well showing me exactly what happened was able to turn it back on we did find an outlet with burn marks around it and it had melted part of the easily wire so I rewired it and replaced the outlet we also talked about how this is technically the second time that this wiring has caused an issues
During inspection verified that system was working properly Spoke with customer about unit surge protector being out and how it had protected the system from a surge that had come through and if they wanted to get a new one installed onto the system Went ahead and got that new surge protector on and had the system up and running Left customer's house with system operating properly
Ryan and I arrived on site for DOA heat pump removed old welded in New ran vacuum. Wired in new board tested and ran for half hour. System is on and heating properly to all zones 100 degree air from supply. Rec work completed.
Tyler L is completed an electrical evaluation trying to find the box plugs and switches that I uncovered were all very loose almost completely untightened along with this fact I found a wire that was stabbed into the back of an outlet to be completely severed it broke off the worksmanship for the house and its entirety electrically speaking was very unprofessional I have suggested to them to get into contact with their original builder and try to sort this out
Job completed
Outdoor kept hitting head pressure attempted to recover refrigerant thinking it may have been overcharged no change after hours of troubleshooting supervisor and myself both agree DOA heat pump. This is our 4th visit within 30 days time. Materials have been added will return when parts are available or when DOA approved.
There was a smaller separate panel mostly next to their solar equipment that did include the breaker that was causing them issues it was tripped I reset it and explain to them that putting their space heaters on said circuit especially when that circuit is wide spread around the house will trip it
Arrived to no heat. Technician discovered that heat strips were running but the delta T was only 3 degrees. Went outside to find the heat pump was stuck in air conditioning. Disconnected reversing valve and it did not move. Reversing valve is stuck in AC. Pulled disconnect outside so the customer could have heat from the heat strips. House was heating upon departure.
Homeowners claim the filter was replaced in November 2023. It does seems much dirtier than the time frame. High pressure cutout switch tripped on condenser unit. Reset all power from the breaker to the 24v circuit board plugs, wired 10min and reconnected and turned power back on. All error codes cleared, system came on with no issues. Waited additional time to let the tstat reach its set point, turned off properly. When turning tstat up 2 degrees, system came on with no issue. DeltaT was 28 and all rooms were pushing 100 degrees from supply vents. System is fully functional and heating property. I did everything last tech did and did not collect a service fee. Homeowners brought up the idea that the system was not worth the price and in order to de-escalate I waive the service fee. Homeowners are interested in duct cleaning but husband was not available to make that decision at the time.
Updated board on cool cloud system now heating properly.
Board locked out on outdoor manual reset system is now on and heating properly. No evidence found of system malfunctioning.
Tested all components all measured within ratings and specs. Refrigerant level is normal. Changed filters. Recommend duct cleaning lvl1 and home/budget protection plan.
Tyler L completed electrical etu I found no issues within the main or the sub panel he did not have a search protector I did talk to him about it and I gave him a price of 713 but he was not interested today but he does seem very unhappy with his air conditioning situation due to the previous company that installed it besides that gfci's are located in the appropriate spots and all of the plugs are wired correctly I also tightened up all of the connections to The breakers inside of the sub panel
Mark D. completed annual heat tune ups.
